Fertigungsunternehmen verlassen sich bei ihrer digitalen Transformation immer mehr auf die Automatisierung. Eine der j\u00fcngsten Entwicklungen ist die Einf\u00fchrung von <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/de\/telekommunikation\/ethernet-erweitert-seine-reichweite-auf-sensoren-und-aktoren-in-der-industrieautomation-durch-spe-netzwerktechnologie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Single Pair Ethernet<\/a> (SPE). In diesem Artikel werfen wir einen Blick auf Bourns Single Pair Ethernet-L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die industrielle Automatisierung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"was-ist-single-pair-ethernet\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ist Single Pair Ethernet?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) ist ein neues Kommunikationsverfahren, das auf der bereits bestehenden Ethernet-Technologie basiert. \u201eSingle pair\u201c, weil die Ethernet-\u00dcbertragung nur noch \u00fcber ein einziges verdrilltes Kupferadernpaar und nicht mehr \u00fcber vier erfolgt. SPE unterst\u00fctzt auch Power-over-Data-Lines (PoDL) bis zu 50 W und ist damit bestens f\u00fcr das IIoT und Industrie 4.0 geeignet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Technologie soll den Kommunikationsprozess von Ger\u00e4t zu Ger\u00e4t vereinfachen und gleichzeitig die Leistung gegen\u00fcber typischen Ethernet-Protokollen verbessern und die Kosten senken. Single Pair Ethernet hat gegen\u00fcber dem 8-adrigen Ethernet eine deutlich h\u00f6here \u00dcbertragungs-Reichweite von bis zu mehreren Kilometern. Bei voll belegtem CAT7 sind es h\u00f6chstens 100 Meter. Eine vergleichbar hohe Reichweite l\u00e4sst sich nat\u00fcrlich auch mit Glasfaserkabeln erzielen. Aber GF-Verkabelung erfordert stets eine zus\u00e4tzliche Stromversorgung der Endger\u00e4te, was bei dezentral angeordneten Sensoren unverh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig aufw\u00e4ndig sein kann. Die Single Pair Ethernet Technologie verbindet somit die Vorteile: hohe Reichweite, hohe Geschwindigkeit und geringer Verkabelungsaufwand. Der Mittelabgriff erm\u00f6glicht eine Gleichtaktunterdr\u00fcckung auch ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Gleichtaktfilter. Mithilfe dieses Transformators l\u00e4sst sich der Aufwand bei der EMI-Fehlersuche verringern. Der vollautomatische Produktionsprozess von Bourns tr\u00e4gt zu einer h\u00f6heren Gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit der Komponenten bei und f\u00f6rdert eine gleichbleibende Qualit\u00e4t und verbesserte Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit. Im Gegensatz dazu haben die Einzeldrosseln oder Einzelwicklungsdrosseln nur eine Wicklung auf dem einen Kern. Dieses Diagramm zeigt den Unterschied in der Gleichtaktimpedanz. Eine Gleichtaktdrossel hat Gleichtaktimpedanzen zur Unterdr\u00fcckung unerw\u00fcnschter Gleichtaktst\u00f6rungen.
