Denn nur durch eine verst\u00e4rkte Nutzung von Solar-, Wind- und Wasserkraft sowie anderer kohlenstoffarmer Technologien wie Elektroautos, Speicherkapazit\u00e4ten und den Einsatz von Mikrogrids und intelligenten Stromversorgungsnetzen kann eine gr\u00fcne Weltwirtschaft erreicht werden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>In diesem Artikel geht es um Akkus als saubere Energietechnologie und deren Bedeutung f\u00fcr die Energiewende. Die derzeitigen technischen Fortschritte und Initiativen zur Elektrifizierung der Wirtschaft st\u00fctzen sich stark auf Lithium-Ionen-Akkus (Li-Ion). Aufgrund ihrer \u00fcberlegenen Leistung, Effizienz und Sicherheit im Vergleich zu konventionellen Akkus sind Lithium-Ionen-Akkus die bevorzugte Batterie f\u00fcr die meisten Elektroautos geworden.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Dekarbonisierung des Verkehrssektors und die zunehmende Netzintegration von intermittierenden erneuerbaren Energietechnologien werden durch die schnelle Reaktionsf\u00e4higkeit, den modularen Aufbau und die anpassungsf\u00e4hige Installation von Akkus erm\u00f6glicht. Eine Kathode (positive Elektrode), eine Anode (negative Elektrode) und ein Elektrolyt dienen als Leiter in Lithium-Ionen-Akkus. Diese Akkus werden derzeit in allen Bereichen eingesetzt, von Mobiltelefonen und Computern bis hin zu Elektroautos, da sie leichter und kleiner sind als \u00e4ltere Akkus und ihre Kapazit\u00e4t gr\u00f6sser ist.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ausserdem sinken die Kosten f\u00fcr Akkus weltweit rapide. Mithilfe von Akkus kann \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Energie gespeichert werden, so dass in Zeiten, wo kein Strom produziert werden kann, also z. B. nachts, oder an windstillen oder bew\u00f6lkten Tagen, darauf zur\u00fcckgegriffen werden kann.<\/p>\n\n<p>Laut der <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/IP_20_1599\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission<\/a> spielen Akkus, die die Speichertechnologie mit der schnellsten Wachstumsrate sind, f\u00fcr das Erreichen des EU-Ziels, die Treibhausgasemissionen bis 2030 um 55 % zu senken, eine wichtige Rolle.<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"transport-e-mobilitaet\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transport (E-Mobilit\u00e4t)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Es wird erwartet, dass der Anteil der batteriebetriebenen Fahrzeuge deutlich zunehmen wird. Elektrofahrzeuge und deren Akkus machen nicht nur fossile Brennstoffe \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig, sondern erh\u00f6hen auch den Anteil der intermittierenden erneuerbaren Energien in den Netzsystemen. An besonders sonnigen oder windigen Tagen kann das Angebot an erneuerbarer Energie die Nachfrage \u00fcbersteigen, weshalb Akkus die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Energie speichern.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2021\/09\/batteries-lithium-ion-energy-storage-circular-economy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Weltwirtschaftsforum<\/a> zufolge, ist die Nachfrage nach Lithium-Ionen-Batterien f\u00fcr den Betrieb von Elektrofahrzeugen und die Energiespeicherung exponentiell gestiegen, von etwa 0,5 GWh im Jahr 2010 auf fast 526 GWh ein Jahrzehnt sp\u00e4ter.
