Er widmet sich dem Verst\u00e4ndnis der neuesten Technologien und Innovationen von f\u00fchrenden Anbietern in der Welt der Optoelektronik, von Optik \u00fcber LEDs bis hin zu intelligenten LED-Treibern.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultraviolettes Licht (UV) umfasst den Wellenl\u00e4ngenbereich von 100 bis 400 Nanometer (nm) und liegt damit ausserhalb des sichtbaren Teils des elektromagnetischen Spektrums, das sich zwischen 380 und 740 Nanometer befindet. Von dem Licht, das die Erdoberfl\u00e4che erreicht, sind nur 5-6 % UV-Licht. Die UV-Strahlung wird nochmals in Bereiche mit unterschiedlichen physikalischen und biologischen Eigenschaften unterteilt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>UV-A<\/strong> \u2212 Wellenl\u00e4nge 315-400 nm Die langwellige UV-A-Strahlung ist die am wenigsten gef\u00e4hrliche UV-Strahlung und erreicht weitgehend ungehindert die Erdoberfl\u00e4che. Sie ist f\u00fcr die Br\u00e4unung unserer Haut verantwortlich.<\/li><li><strong>UV-B<\/strong> \u2212 Wellenl\u00e4nge 280-315 nm. Die UV-B-Strahlung ist etwas energiereicher als UV-A und wird von der Atmosph\u00e4re gr\u00f6sstenteils absorbiert. Sie ist f\u00fcr die Vitamin-D-Synthese erforderlich, aber auch f\u00fcr Hautsch\u00e4den (Sonnenbrand) verantwortlich.<\/li><li><strong>UV-C<\/strong> \u2212 Wellenl\u00e4nge 200-280 nm. UV-C ist ganz besonders energiereich. Die Strahlung wird von der Ozonschicht vollst\u00e4ndig ausgefiltert, so dass nat\u00fcrliche UV-C-Strahlung die Erdoberfl\u00e4che nicht mehr erreicht. Sie wird am h\u00e4ufigsten f\u00fcr Desinfektionsanwendungen verwendet.<\/li><li><strong>VUV<\/strong> = Vakuumultraviolette Strahlung (Wellenbereich 100-200 nm). Wird stark von Wasser und Luft absorbiert und kann nur im Vakuum \u00fcbertragen werden. Es durchdringt nicht die Ozonschicht und erreicht daher nicht die Erdoberfl\u00e4che.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img  loading=\"lazy\"  decoding=\"async\"  src=\"data:image\/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAEAAAABAQMAAAAl21bKAAAAA1BMVEUAAP+KeNJXAAAAAXRSTlMAQObYZgAAAAlwSFlzAAAOxAAADsQBlSsOGwAAAApJREFUCNdjYAAAAAIAAeIhvDMAAAAASUVORK5CYII=\"  alt=\"\"  class=\"wp-image-46428 pk-lazyload\"  width=\"1024\"  height=\"527\"  data-pk-sizes=\"auto\"  data-pk-src=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-1024x527.png\" ><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Von den beiden UV-Arten, die die Erdoberfl\u00e4che erreichen, macht UV-A etwa 90 % aus, der Rest ist UV-B. Obwohl UV-C die Erde nicht erreicht, besitzt es im Vergleich zu anderen UV-Lichtarten die h\u00f6chste Sterilisationswirkung. Da die UV-C-Strahlung Zellen auf molekularer Ebene sch\u00e4digen kann, ist sie ideal f\u00fcr Desinfektionsanwendungen. UV-B hat diese F\u00e4higkeit auch, aber in einem viel geringeren Ausmass. Die UV-B-Strahlung des nat\u00fcrlichen Sonnenlichts ist die wichtigste sch\u00e4dliche Komponente. Diese Strahlen k\u00f6nnen die menschlichen Zellen sch\u00e4digen und Sonnenbrand und sogar Hautkrebs verursachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu UV-C kann UV-B nur DNA-Zellen zerst\u00f6ren und Mikroorganismen nicht wirksam abt\u00f6ten.\r\nMikroorganismen sind wesentlich kleiner als menschliche Zellen. Um ihre Zellstrukturen zu durchbrechen, sind daher energiereiches, kurzwelligeres UV-C-Licht erforderlich. In einem Mikroorganismus enth\u00e4lt der Zellkern Thymin, eine der f\u00fcnf Nukleinbasen der DNA. Bei einer spezifischen Wellenl\u00e4nge von 253,7 nm wird das UV-C-Licht vom Thymin absorbiert und ver\u00e4ndert die mikrobielle DNA durch die Bildung von Thymin-Dimeren. Diese Ver\u00e4nderung f\u00fchrt zu einer schwerwiegenden St\u00f6rung der mikrobiellen Replikation sowie der Prozesse der Proteinexpression, die f\u00fcr das \u00dcberleben der Zellen entscheidend sind. Die DNA\/RNA ist chemisch ver\u00e4ndert, so dass sich der Organismus nicht mehr replizieren kann.\r\n\r\n5. Da der Organismus nicht in der Lage ist, zu metabolisieren und sich zu vermehren, kann er sich nicht verbreiten und Krankheiten verursachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Wirkung des UV-C-Lichts geht unterschiedslos gegen jede Art von genetischem Material, ob &#8218;gut&#8216; oder &#8218;b\u00f6se&#8216;. Diese Wellenl\u00e4nge kann Haut- und Augenzellen von Menschen und Tieren sch\u00e4digen. Eine l\u00e4ngere Exposition gegen\u00fcber UVC-Strahlung kann Sonnenbrand, Hautsch\u00e4den, Bindehautentz\u00fcndungen und sogar Krebs verursachen. Deshalb m\u00fcssen beim Umgang mit UVC-Licht die Haut und die Augen vollst\u00e4ndig vor Exposition gesch\u00fctzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"uv-c-leds\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">UV-C-LEDs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Entwicklung von UV-C-LED-Produkten, die h\u00e4ufig zu Desinfektionszwecken eingesetzt werden, hat in den letzten Jahren rasche Fortschritte gemacht. Unabh\u00e4ngig vom Verwendungszweck hat sich UV-C als wirksame Desinfektionsmethode und als effizienter Schutz vor pathogenen Bakterien erwiesen.
