Auch auf den restlichen Diotec-Niederlassungen sollen PV-Anlagen installiert werden.<\/p>\n\n<p>Um die Solarmodule vor &#8222;Hotspots&#8220; und Sch\u00e4den durch die partielle Abschattung aufgrund der tiefer stehenden Sonne oder Schneebelag zu sch\u00fctzen, werden sie mit Bypass-Dioden best\u00fcckt. Diese ben\u00f6tigen eine niedrige Fluss-Spannung im Bypass-Betrieb, und einen geringen Leckstrom im Normalbetrieb. Damit auch ihre Produktion m\u00f6glichst umweltfreundlich ist, f\u00fchrte Diotec 1996 die \u201ePlasma EPOS Technologie\u201c ein. EPOS steht f\u00fcr Etched and Protected On Slice. Bei dieser Technologie handelt es sich um ein umweltfreundliches Verfahren, bei dem das \u00c4tzen und die erste Passivierung nicht mit giftigen Chemikalien, sondern mit Plasma unter nahezu Vakuumbedingungen durchgef\u00fchrt.
