Die zwei Ziffern, die dahinterstehen, geben den Schutz vor Festk\u00f6rpern, wie Schmutz und Staub, bzw. vor Wasser an. Es macht also einen Unterschied, ob eine Leuchte beispielsweise mit IP67 oder IP20 klassifiziert ist. Daher sollte vor allem bei einer potenziell feuchten Umgebung, wie im Badezimmer oder im Freien, auf einen ausreichenden Schutz geachtet werden.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"welche-schutzarten-gibt-es-prinzipiell-gilt-je-hoeher-die-ziffer-desto-groesser-der-schutz\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Schutzarten gibt es? Prinzipiell gilt: je h\u00f6her die Ziffer, desto gr\u00f6sser der Schutz.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Niedrigere IP-Schutzarten: Innenanwendungen:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr viele Anwendungen ist keine hohe IP-Schutzart erforderlich, z.&nbsp;B. f\u00fcr die allgemeine Verwendung in Innenr\u00e4umen, in denen kein Wasser oder starker Staub auftritt (Schlafzimmer- oder Wohnzimmerbeleuchtung). In solchen F\u00e4llen reichen normalerweise Schutzarten unter IP44 aus. Die meisten Standardleuchten in Ihrem Haus haben die Schutzart IP20, d.&nbsp;h. sie sind zwar nicht gegen Wasser, aber leicht gegen Staub gesch\u00fctzt.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mittlere IP-Bewertung:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beleuchtungsprodukte mit der Schutzart IP44 bis IP65 bieten einen h\u00f6heren Schutz gegen Witterungseinfl\u00fcsse und sind daher sowohl f\u00fcr den Innen- als auch f\u00fcr den Aussenbereich geeignet. Da Beleuchtungsprodukte mit diesen Schutzarten nicht vollst\u00e4ndig wasserdicht sind, sollten sie an einem gesch\u00fctzten Ort vor den h\u00e4rtesten Wetterbedingungen gesch\u00fctzt installiert werden.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>H\u00f6here IP-Bewertungen:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Ihre Anwendung h\u00e4rteren Witterungsbedingungen ausgesetzt ist, ist eine h\u00f6here Schutzart erforderlich. Beleuchtungen mit der Schutzart IP65 oder IP67 gelten in der Regel als wasserbest\u00e4ndig, k\u00f6nnen aber nicht dauerhaft unter Wasser installiert sein. Zu den Anwendungen, die diese h\u00f6heren IP-Bewertungen erfordern, geh\u00f6ren Gartenbauanwendungen, bei denen Standardschl\u00e4uche und Bew\u00e4sserungssysteme verwendet werden und Schmutz vorhanden ist.
