Les actifs de production sont de plus en plus souvent connect\u00e9s \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le et d&rsquo;analyse des performances. L&rsquo;environnement du r\u00e9seau industriel est souvent diversifi\u00e9, avec Ethernet comme r\u00e9seau de base pour les syst\u00e8mes informatiques d&rsquo;entreprise. Un m\u00e9lange \u00e9clectique de m\u00e9thodes de bus s\u00e9rie \u00e0 faible vitesse constitue les connexions \u00e0 la technologie op\u00e9rationnelle (OT) utilis\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement industriel. La gestion de plusieurs protocoles r\u00e9seau est un d\u00e9fi et ne convient plus aux syst\u00e8mes IIoT modernes, tels que les syst\u00e8mes de vision industrielle, destin\u00e9s aux applications en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 large bande passante. Cet article d\u00e9crit le d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9cent de l&rsquo;Ethernet \u00e0 paire unique et la mani\u00e8re dont le protocole Ethernet peut relier les syst\u00e8mes informatiques d&rsquo;entreprise jusqu&rsquo;aux syst\u00e8mes p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques OT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"lessor-des-machines-connectees\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;essor des machines connect\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les initiatives de transformation industrielle telles que l&rsquo;industrie 4.0 sont responsables de la revigoration de nombreuses usines et op\u00e9rations de fabrication. Dans le but d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle globale d&rsquo;un processus ou d&rsquo;une installation, la collecte de donn\u00e9es est primordiale. Le timing est souvent d\u00e9terminant pour la r\u00e9ussite de nombreuses choses dans la vie, et ce fut certainement le cas lorsque l&rsquo;industrie 4.0 a rencontr\u00e9 le concept de l&rsquo;internet des objets (IoT). L&rsquo;IoT, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, l&rsquo;IoT industriel (IIoT), \u00e9tait exactement ce qu&rsquo;il fallait pour relier les moteurs, les capteurs, les actionneurs et la myriade d&rsquo;autres \u00e9quipements de contr\u00f4le utilis\u00e9s dans un processus automatis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, connecter des syst\u00e8mes et des composants de contr\u00f4le n&rsquo;est pas un concept nouveau. Depuis plus de quarante ans, des appareils de contr\u00f4le des processus industriels utilisent des protocoles de mise en r\u00e9seau en s\u00e9rie tels que Profibus, RS232\/422 et Modbus. L&rsquo;interfa\u00e7age entre les syst\u00e8mes informatiques des entreprises est devenu une t\u00e2che complexe pour les passerelles et les serveurs d\u00e9di\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"lheritage-dethernet\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage d&rsquo;Ethernet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le monde de l&rsquo;informatique a beaucoup chang\u00e9 depuis les ann\u00e9es 80. Au d\u00e9part, la connexion d&rsquo;ordinateurs individuels entre eux \u00e9tait compliqu\u00e9e, et de nombreux protocoles de r\u00e9seau propri\u00e9taires se faisaient concurrence pour dominer. Il est donc naturellement devenu le candidat id\u00e9al pour des applications en dehors de ses march\u00e9s traditionnels. Ethernet est rapidement devenu une norme viable pour la mise en r\u00e9seau des v\u00e9hicules et les applications d&rsquo;automatisation des b\u00e2timents. Les adaptations de l&rsquo;Ethernet industriel, telles que les r\u00e9seaux sensibles au temps (TSN), et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transporter plusieurs protocoles existants, d\u00e9montrent que l&rsquo;Ethernet convient \u00e0 tous les types d&rsquo;automatisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"exigences-en-matiere-de-reseaux-industriels\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exigences en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9seaux industriels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;environnement industriel est diff\u00e9rent de la plupart des bureaux et des centres de donn\u00e9es. La disposition d\u00e9fective des connecteurs RJ45 \u00e0 quatre paires torsad\u00e9es des c\u00e2bles Ethernet, utilis\u00e9e dans nos foyers et nos bureaux, est mal adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 une utilisation industrielle. Les c\u00e2bles et connecteurs de r\u00e9seau qui relient les \u00e9quipements de production et les capteurs aux syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le sont soumis \u00e0 un environnement de travail difficile et \u00e0 des contraintes m\u00e9caniques sp\u00e9cifiques. Les facteurs environnementaux comprennent les vibrations, l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une protection contre les intrusions. Dans les armoires de commande industrielles o\u00f9 l&rsquo;espace est restreint, la densit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les c\u00e2bles doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s souples et capables d&rsquo;un rayon de flexion serr\u00e9. De m\u00eame, la protection des c\u00e2bles dans des conduits m\u00e9talliques impose des contraintes sur les tailles de c\u00e2bles utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La croissance rapide du d\u00e9ploiement de dispositifs IIoT intelligents bas\u00e9s sur la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie n\u00e9cessite une source d&rsquo;alimentation en plus de la connectivit\u00e9 filaire. Ethernet offre une capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;alimentation par Ethernet (PoE), mais l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, le poids et le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;un c\u00e2ble Ethernet traditionnel \u00e0 huit conducteurs emp\u00eachent son utilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"lethernet-a-paire-unique-le-choix-ideal-pour-les-applications-industrielles\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;Ethernet \u00e0 paire unique : le choix id\u00e9al pour les applications industrielles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme Ethernet \u00e0 paire unique (SPE), IEEE 802.3bp 1000BASE-T1, a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2019. Comme son nom l&rsquo;indique, elle utilise une seule paire torsad\u00e9e de conducteurs et offre une distance de liaison maximale de 15 m\u00e8tres avec des c\u00e2bles non blind\u00e9s et de 40 m\u00e8tres avec des c\u00e2bles blind\u00e9s. Par rapport \u00e0 un c\u00e2ble Ethernet ordinaire \u00e0 quatre paires de cat\u00e9gorie 6 utilisant des conducteurs AWG 23, un c\u00e2ble SPE est 60 % plus l\u00e9ger et a un diam\u00e8tre nettement inf\u00e9rieur. Comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9, le connecteur RJ45 n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9 au secteur industriel, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de poursuivre les recherches sur un format de connecteur que l&rsquo;industrie pourrait adopter. En mars 2020, la norme de connecteur CEI 63171 pour les c\u00e2bles SPE a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une norme de capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;alimentation appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0power over data line\u00a0\u00bb (PoDL) est d\u00e9finie dans la norme IEEE 802.3bu. Neuf combinaisons de courant et de tension permettent de d\u00e9livrer un maximum de 50 watts \u00e0 l&rsquo;appareil final. Une r\u00e9vision r\u00e9cente de la norme PoDL, 802.3cg, ajoute six classes, voir la figure 2, qui stipule un maximum de 52 watts d\u00e9livr\u00e9s \u00e0 la charge. Elles prennent en compte les capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;alimentation s\u00e9par\u00e9e et sur ligne de donn\u00e9es, la protection contre les intrusions et l&rsquo;utilisation de types de c\u00e2bles blind\u00e9s ou non blind\u00e9s. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, avec l&rsquo;av\u00e8nement de l&rsquo;Ethernet \u00e0 paire unique IEEE 802.3bp et de la norme de connecteur SPE CEI 63171, ces m\u00eames niveaux de qualit\u00e9 de service et d&rsquo;alimentation sont disponibles pour tous les composants du r\u00e9seau.
