Mais les bornes de recharge sont-elles toujours s\u00fbres ou peuvent-elles constituer un danger pour les personnes et le v\u00e9hicule lui-m\u00eame ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jamais auparavant nous n&rsquo;avons \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la protection de l&rsquo;environnement qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui. Ainsi, la recherche de m\u00e9thodes de transport plus durables nous conduit toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;e-mobilit\u00e9, qui est \u00e9galement une alternative plus rentable \u00e0 long terme au moteur \u00e0 combustion classique. Les voitures \u00e9lectriques sont donc plus demand\u00e9es que jamais, ce qui signifie que le besoin d&rsquo;une infrastructure de recharge compl\u00e8te augmente \u00e9galement. C&rsquo;est pourquoi on trouve de plus en plus de bornes de recharge dans les parkings publics, les stations-service, sur le lieu de travail et \u00e0 la maison. Les points de recharge, comme tout syst\u00e8me ou dispositif \u00e9lectrique en Allemagne, doivent \u00eatre test\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DGUV V3, afin de r\u00e9duire au minimum le risque d&rsquo;endommager le v\u00e9hicule ou m\u00eame de blesser quelqu&rsquo;un pendant la charge. Mais comment tester la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des bornes de recharge et des chargeurs muraux conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la r\u00e9glementation 3 de la DGUV, chaque borne de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.ch\/fr\/ev-charging-hub\/cms\/ev-charging-hub\"> recharge de v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique<\/a> fait partie des installations \u00e9lectriques sur lesquelles les tests initiaux conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN VDE 0100-0600 et les tests r\u00e9currents conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN VDE 0100\/0105 doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s par des \u00e9lectriciens qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bornes de recharge et les chargeurs muraux sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement raccord\u00e9es au courant alternatif triphas\u00e9 de 400 volts, comme le sont les cuisini\u00e8res \u00e9lectriques avec des plaques en c\u00e9ramique. Ils g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un courant de charge \u00e9lev\u00e9 afin de recharger les batteries le plus rapidement possible. Cependant, cette charge permanente \u00e9lev\u00e9e, qui dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plusieurs heures, peut provoquer des pannes ou des surcharges dans les \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques. Cela peut entra\u00eener de graves dommages mat\u00e9riels et\/ou corporels caus\u00e9s par des chocs \u00e9lectriques ou des surtensions. Par cons\u00e9quent, les \u00e9quipements de charge doivent \u00eatre dot\u00e9s de dispositifs de protection appropri\u00e9s qui, en cas de d\u00e9fauts tels que des contacts humides, des c\u00e2bles endommag\u00e9s, des d\u00e9fauts AC\/DC ou m\u00eame une surchauffe, prot\u00e9geront les personnes et les v\u00e9hicules (ou les batteries).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la DGUV 3, les stations de recharge de VE &#8211; comme toute autre installation \u00e9lectrique &#8211; doivent \u00eatre conformes \u00e0 la norme DIN VDE 0100 et \u00eatre inspect\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. En outre, une inspection conforme aux normes IEC\/EN 61851-1 et IEC\/HD 60364-7-722 doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e pour garantir un fonctionnement s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce contr\u00f4le obligatoire doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 par un \u00e9lectricien qualifi\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e8gles techniques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de fonctionnement (TRBS1203).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La personne qualifi\u00e9e v\u00e9rifie l&rsquo;installation \u00e9lectrique avant la premi\u00e8re mise en service conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN VDE 0100-600. Les tests r\u00e9currents doivent \u00eatre conformes \u00e0 la norme DIN VDE 0105-100. La r\u00e9glementation 3 de la DGUV recommande g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un intervalle de test d&rsquo;un an, mais c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricien qualifi\u00e9 effectuant l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques qui le d\u00e9termine en dernier ressort. Si ces intervalles de test ne sont pas respect\u00e9s, l&rsquo;exploitation de l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e9lectrique peut \u00eatre interdite par l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire. Certains fabricants font de la mise en service initiale avec protocole et de l&rsquo;inspection annuelle une partie de leurs conditions de garantie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les c\u00e2bles de charge sont test\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN VDE 0701-0702. En outre, il est possible de tester les stations de charge conform\u00e9ment aux normes IEC\/EN 61851-1 et IEC\/HD 60364-7-722 en combinaison avec un \u00e9quipement de test appropri\u00e9 (ind\u00e9pendant du fabricant).L&rsquo;adaptateur de borne de recharge pour v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique EVCA210-UK de Megger simule la connexion d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 la borne de recharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les tests techniques suivants sont requis :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contr\u00f4le visuel conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN VDE0100-0600 (test initial) et DIN VDE 0100\/0105 (test r\u00e9current)<\/li><li>Continuit\u00e9 du conducteur de protection (PE) et liaison \u00e9quipotentielle VDE0100-0600 et DIN VDE 0100\/0105<\/li><li>Test d&rsquo;imp\u00e9dance de boucle de terre selon les normes DIN VDE 0100-0600 et DIN VDE 0100\/0105<\/li><li>Contr\u00f4le des dispositifs de protection FI\/RCD DIN VDE 0100-0600 et DIN VDE 0100\/0105<\/li><li>Ordre des phases (pour les syst\u00e8mes triphas\u00e9s)<\/li><li>Test des mesures de protection\/conditions d&rsquo;arr\u00eat selon la norme VDE 0100-410<\/li><li>Test d&rsquo;isolation DIN VDE 0100-0600 et DIN VDE 0100\/0105<\/li><li>Contr\u00f4le des conditions d&rsquo;arr\u00eat DIN VDE 0100-410<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tests fonctionnels requis :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Traitement des erreurs (d\u00e9faut de terre)<\/li><li>Communication<\/li><li>\u00c9tat du v\u00e9hicule<\/li><li>Verrouillage m\u00e9canique de la fiche<\/li><li>Autres tests selon les besoins ou selon les recommandations du fabricant<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le c\u00e2ble de recharge d&rsquo;urgence des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ne doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;en cas d&rsquo;urgence et non comme une solution permanente. Ils ne sont destin\u00e9s qu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00eatre recharg\u00e9s sur des prises de courant classiques, fixes et mises \u00e0 la terre (prise domestique), si aucun dispositif de charge install\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on permanente n&rsquo;est disponible. Pour un fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier, il est fortement recommand\u00e9 de recharger l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 une borne de recharge ou \u00e0 un chargeur mural pour VE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains testeurs d&rsquo;installation peuvent, si n\u00e9cessaire, \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la prise de courant situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant, qui est reli\u00e9e aux ports L1, N et PE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une charge fictive peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre connect\u00e9e via cette prise pour v\u00e9rifier si les compteurs de puissance existants dans le chargeur mural\/borne de recharge s&rsquo;affichent correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ports de 4 mm L1, L2, L3, N et PE sont utilis\u00e9s pour connecter les cordons de test.Avec deux bornes suppl\u00e9mentaires pour le signal CP, l&rsquo;utilisateur a la possibilit\u00e9 de mesurer le signal CP avec un oscilloscope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, certains adaptateurs de VE disposent d&rsquo;une fonction de pr\u00e9-test PE manuel qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur de v\u00e9rifier que la borne de recharge ne pr\u00e9sente pas de tensions dangereuses sur la ligne PE avant d&rsquo;effectuer tout autre test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux tests manuels suppl\u00e9mentaires sont \u00e9galement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans certains adaptateurs : d\u00e9faut CP &#8211; simule un d\u00e9faut dans le circuit pilote de commande ; et d\u00e9faut PE &#8211; provoque la d\u00e9connexion du circuit PE.Ces deux tests garantissent la d\u00e9connexion correcte de la sortie du point de charge. Avant d&rsquo;effectuer des tests avec cet adaptateur, il est recommand\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur de se familiariser avec les normes pertinentes : IEC 61851-1:2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les
