Une production efficace repose sur des dispositifs intelligents qui permettent une connectivit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el, transformant les capteurs et actionneurs traditionnels en composants intelligents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mois dernier, nous avons publi\u00e9 un article sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/fr\/electronique\/le-role-des-commutateurs-dans-lindustrie-4-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00f4le des commutateurs dans l&rsquo;industrie 4.0<\/a>. Nous avons expliqu\u00e9 comment un commutateur \u00e9lectronique dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une interface IO-link permet de connecter num\u00e9riquement des machines et des lignes de traitement \u00e0 l&rsquo;IoT. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous nous concentrerons enti\u00e8rement sur IO-link et ses applications. Nous pr\u00e9senterons plusieurs solutions de fournisseurs industriels de premier plan pour prouver l&rsquo;importance de la technologie de communication IO-Link. D\u00e9couvrez comment IO-Link peut aider les fabricants \u00e0 adopter l&rsquo;Industrie 4.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"signification-de-io-link-dans-lindustrie-4-0\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signification de IO-Link dans l&rsquo;industrie 4.0 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La fabrication est de plus en plus num\u00e9ris\u00e9e et m\u00e9canis\u00e9e \u00e0 mesure que le big data, la robotique et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. La production traditionnelle se transforme en usines intelligentes o\u00f9 tout est connect\u00e9. Ainsi, les capteurs traditionnels deviennent \u00ab\u00a0intelligents\u00a0\u00bb avec IO-Link, ce qui leur permet de se connecter \u00e0 plusieurs param\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au lieu de signaler simplement un signal bas ou haut, un capteur utilisant le protocole IO-Link peut transmettre la mesure r\u00e9elle de la temp\u00e9rature en temps r\u00e9el. Auparavant, la seule information que l&rsquo;on pouvait extraire des capteurs \u00e9tait un \u00e9tat de marche\/arr\u00eat. IO-Link fournit une structure de donn\u00e9es qui est \u00e0 la fois claire et lisible par la machine. Comme le mentionne Helmut B\u00f6rjes, chef de produit chez WAGO, \u00ab\u00a0IO-Link est la cl\u00e9 de l&rsquo;avenir num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>IO-Link n&rsquo;est pas seulement de plus en plus accept\u00e9 dans un nombre toujours plus grand d&rsquo;applications &#8211; la technologie de communication ind\u00e9pendante du fabricant est \u00e9galement un catalyseur pour des solutions de capteurs innovantes et soutient la disponibilit\u00e9 globale des donn\u00e9es et des informations requises par l&rsquo;industrie 4.0.<\/em><\/p><cite>CBN, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbn.co.za\/featured\/io-link-industry-4-0-for-everyone-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>IO-Link : L&rsquo;industrie 4.0 pour tous<\/em><\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"normes-de-communication-io-link\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Normes de communication IO-Link <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IO-link est le premier syst\u00e8me de communication bidirectionnel point \u00e0 point puissant et normalis\u00e9. En d&rsquo;autres termes, IO-Link est une interface d&rsquo;acquisition de donn\u00e9es de terrain avec beaucoup de flexibilit\u00e9. La norme de communication ouverte permet un flux de donn\u00e9es continu du capteur ou de l&rsquo;actionneur au niveau de la commande. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa compatibilit\u00e9 avec les architectures industrielles courantes, telles que Fieldbus et Ethernet industriel, il peut \u00eatre facilement connect\u00e9 aux automates ou IHM existants \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de connecteurs standard, sans c\u00e2blage suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est particuli\u00e8rement important que la technologie d&rsquo;information ouverte &#8211; ou technologie d&rsquo;interface &#8211; entre le capteur\/actionneur et le terminal E\/S, soit conforme \u00e0 la norme internationale IO-Link, IEC 61131-9. Nous pr\u00e9sentons ci-dessous la vision des leaders de l&rsquo;industrie sur la technologie IO-Link, soutenue par des produits recommand\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"omron\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">OMRON<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;industrie 4.0, les ing\u00e9nieurs et les techniciens de maintenance peuvent collecter davantage de donn\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;usine. Ils sont capables de pr\u00e9voir combien de temps les capteurs seront install\u00e9s dans un environnement sp\u00e9cifique et o\u00f9 des am\u00e9liorations de processus sont n\u00e9cessaires pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie des capteurs.
