Les automates contr\u00f4lent des capteurs analogiques et num\u00e9riques, une large gamme d&rsquo;actionneurs, et communiquent par le biais d&rsquo;interfaces complexes selon diff\u00e9rents protocoles.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les automates sont d\u00e9sormais populaires dans les applications num\u00e9riques, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;Internet industriel des objets (IIoT). L&rsquo;automate programmable industriel est couramment utilis\u00e9 dans les industries pour ex\u00e9cuter des processus s\u00e9quentiels et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs. Les nouveaux automates jouent un r\u00f4le important dans l&rsquo;industrie 4.0 et am\u00e9liorent efficacement les installations des usines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"cnvs-block-toc cnvs-block-toc-1719921796815\" >\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"a-quoi-servent-les-automates-programmables\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 quoi servent les automates programmables ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme vous le savez d\u00e9j\u00e0, un automate programmable, souvent abr\u00e9g\u00e9 en API (ou PLC en anglais), est un dispositif \u00e9lectronique qui contr\u00f4le le fonctionnement d&rsquo;une machine ou d&rsquo;un processus et qui est constitu\u00e9 de composants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide. Les automates programmables peuvent recevoir des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et transmettre des instructions de fonctionnement via ses sorties. Ils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de petite taille et jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;automatisation de processus importants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trois r\u00f4les principaux des automates programmables :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a surveillance et le contr\u00f4le des processus  d&rsquo;automatisation industrielle ; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>effectuer des t\u00e2ches de test et de mesure ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ex\u00e9cuter des fonctions de processus, comme ceux  utilis\u00e9s dans les syst\u00e8mes CVC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour remplir ces fonctions, chaque automate est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de capteurs ou d&rsquo;autres dispositifs d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce auxquels il re\u00e7oit les donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires pour prendre une d\u00e9cision bas\u00e9e sur la logique. Sur cette base, l&rsquo;automate envoie des instructions de commande au syst\u00e8me m\u00e9canique ou \u00e9lectrique connect\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette raison, un automate programmable peut \u00eatre d\u00e9crit comme un type de syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 qui comprend \u00e0 la fois une m\u00e9moire d&rsquo;ordinateur et une capacit\u00e9 de traitement des donn\u00e9es ainsi que des dispositifs d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e-sortie (E\/S), ce qui le rend similaire \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la logique bas\u00e9e sur des relais c\u00e2bl\u00e9s et \u00e0 la logique bas\u00e9e sur un PC. Ils peuvent avoir des applications diff\u00e9rentes selon l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 ils seront utilis\u00e9s &#8211; dans un environnement domestique ou professionnel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif ultime d&rsquo;un environnement industriel automatis\u00e9 efficace est d&rsquo;augmenter la productivit\u00e9 globale et la qualit\u00e9 du travail. L&rsquo;automatisation industrielle moderne repose sur le retour d&rsquo;information en temps r\u00e9el des machines et des donn\u00e9es op\u00e9rationnelles, ainsi que sur des interactions avanc\u00e9es entre plusieurs dispositifs num\u00e9riques. L&rsquo;automate programmable joue donc ici un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;automate programmable am\u00e9liore le fonctionnement des usines au niveau du contr\u00f4le, en recevant des informations des \u00e9quipements et en les renvoyant, et parfois en transmettant des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes de niveau de supervision tels que SCADA et Historian. Gr\u00e2ce aux automates, les donn\u00e9es de mesure peuvent \u00eatre obtenues rapidement et avec pr\u00e9cision. Pendant les op\u00e9rations de test et de mesure, les automates traitent les donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el, en mesurant le d\u00e9lai en millisecondes entre la mesure d&rsquo;un appareil et l&rsquo;obtention des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques intelligents et \u00e0 des unit\u00e9s d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e-sortie, la r\u00e9ception des signaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 perfectionn\u00e9e et am\u00e9lior\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des sources d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e analogiques et num\u00e9riques. Les dispositifs d&rsquo;E\/S avec un automate int\u00e9gr\u00e9 sont particuli\u00e8rement utiles car ils sont compatibles avec les IHM fonctionnant avec les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;exploitation Windows ou Linux et offrent une connectivit\u00e9 Ethernet. Ces types d&rsquo;appareils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9s de plusieurs modules, chacun remplissant une fonction diff\u00e9rente, et d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9 centrale qui contr\u00f4le le processeur et la m\u00e9moire. De nombreuses options de modules diff\u00e9rents sont disponibles pour ces automates. Il peut y avoir un module d&rsquo;alimentation s\u00e9par\u00e9 ou des modules suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les fonctions d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e\/sortie ou pour faciliter la communication r\u00e9seau. L&rsquo;appareil lui-m\u00eame peut \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 avec tous les modules dans un seul bo\u00eetier. Cela permet d&rsquo;obtenir une taille de dispositif plus compacte. Au fil du temps, les capacit\u00e9s des r\u00e9gulateurs se sont consid\u00e9rablement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es et les unit\u00e9s modernes offrent un contr\u00f4le PID (proportionnel-int\u00e9gral-d\u00e9riv\u00e9) et de nombreuses autres fonctions avanc\u00e9es. Les automates modernes peuvent effectuer des proc\u00e9dures complexes et adaptatives. Cela est d\u00fb en partie \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction constante de la taille et \u00e0 la puissance croissante des puces \u00e0 semi-conducteurs qui rendent ces ordinateurs miniatures de plus en plus intelligents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un automate moderne peut prendre la forme d&rsquo;un simple dispositif \u00e0 circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (CI) ou d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9 simple \u00e0 base de microcontr\u00f4leur qui n\u00e9cessite peu d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une combinaison de composants de commande mont\u00e9e en rack. Les configurations d&rsquo;automates les plus complexes rivalisent avec les ordinateurs d&rsquo;usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral utilis\u00e9s pour le contr\u00f4le industriel.
