Nous parlerons de l&#8217;emballage qui doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour garantir que les \u00e9quipements transf\u00e9r\u00e9s entre les fabricants et les consommateurs ne provoquent pas de probl\u00e8mes. Nous examinerons \u00e9galement les \u00e9quipements de protection du personnel et des postes de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"pourquoi-une-protection-esd-efficace-est-elle-importante\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi une protection ESD efficace est-elle importante ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors des d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques, la charge tente de trouver son chemin vers la terre. Si l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement n&rsquo;est pas correctement prot\u00e9g\u00e9, cela peut endommager les \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques sensibles. Les dommages sont plus susceptibles de se produire au niveau des contacts des appareils, des jonctions de semi-conducteurs et des couches isolantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dommages caus\u00e9s \u00e0 ces composants essentiels entra\u00eenent non seulement des co\u00fbts d&rsquo;investissement, mais aussi des arr\u00eats de production, ce qui a un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la fiabilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-mettre-en-place-des-mesures-de-protection-esd\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment mettre en place des mesures de protection ESD<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le moyen le plus simple de se prot\u00e9ger contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques pendant le transport est l&#8217;emballage. Le choix d&rsquo;un emballage appropri\u00e9 permet d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuer les effets de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique et de prot\u00e9ger les composants \u00e9lectroniques sensibles contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques pendant le transport. Il est donc important de conna\u00eetre les diff\u00e9rents types d&#8217;emballage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les emballages doivent \u00eatre en mesure de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la charge statique potentielle de leur int\u00e9rieur. Il est possible qu&rsquo;ils doivent \u00e9galement r\u00e9sister (et \u00e9vacuer) les charges de l&rsquo;environnement ext\u00e9rieur auquel ils sont expos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une caract\u00e9ristique cl\u00e9 pour toute forme d&#8217;emballage antistatique est une r\u00e9sistance de surface \u00e9lev\u00e9e, en choisissant des mat\u00e9riaux capables de maximiser cette valeur et pour lesquels la norme ASTMD257-78 sp\u00e9cifie les m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;essai utilis\u00e9es. Le respect de la norme internationale et europ\u00e9enne CEI\/EN 61340-5 est \u00e9galement important, car elle d\u00e9finit les caract\u00e9ristiques que doit avoir un emballage pour prot\u00e9ger les \u00e9quipements sensibles contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques. La conformit\u00e9 aux directives est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e par des tests rigoureux qui \u00e9valuent \u00e0 la fois l&#8217;emballage et ses mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"quelles-sont-les-options-demballage-esd-disponibles\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelles sont les options d&#8217;emballage ESD disponibles ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe trois types de base de sachets, qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en fonction du niveau de protection requis. Le premier est un sachet \u00e9tanche \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, permettant de pr\u00e9server l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des articles transport\u00e9s. Des options refermables sont aussi disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que les sacs antistatiques emp\u00eachent l&rsquo;accumulation de charges \u00e0 leur surface et soient adapt\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter que les composants plac\u00e9s dans une zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques ne posent des probl\u00e8mes, ils ne sont pas en mesure de prot\u00e9ger les composants ou les cartes de circuits imprim\u00e9s plus sensibles contre d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuels dommages caus\u00e9s par les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques &#8211; comme un choc ESD provenant d&rsquo;une autre source.
