Il a con\u00e7u la premi\u00e8re diode \u00e9lectroluminescente qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re de la lumi\u00e8re rouge visible au lieu de la lumi\u00e8re infrarouge. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, ce concept est utilis\u00e9 couramment dans de nombreux appareils ; voici quelques exemples d&rsquo;applications populaires :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Feux de circulation&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flashs des appareils photo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lasers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avions et parkings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les \u00e9crans des appareils, tels que les t\u00e9l\u00e9viseurs, les PC, les tablettes et les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feux de croisement de voies ferr\u00e9es et de voies de circulation d&rsquo;a\u00e9roport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9lectronique grand public<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boutons et panneaux de sortie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mat\u00e9riel chirurgical microscopique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9clairage modulaire et \u00e9clairage d&rsquo;appoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"un-bref-apercu-des-drivers-de-led\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un bref aper\u00e7u des drivers de LED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les avantages des diodes \u00e9lectroluminescentes par rapport aux sources de lumi\u00e8re incandescentes traditionnelles sont qu&rsquo;elles consomment tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, ont une longue dur\u00e9e de vie et sont beaucoup plus respectueuses de l&rsquo;environnement. Pour qu&rsquo;elles fonctionnent correctement, les lampes \u00e0 LED ont besoin de drivers (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9s alimentations pour LED ou drivers de lumi\u00e8re) pour convertir le courant alternatif haute tension en courant continu basse tension. Par cons\u00e9quent, un driver de LED est une source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie autonome qui g\u00e8re la puissance utilis\u00e9e par une diode \u00e9lectroluminescente ou son r\u00e9seau.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les drivers de LED sont une pi\u00e8ce importante de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique qui contr\u00f4le l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;une ou plusieurs diodes lumineuses. Un autre de ses r\u00f4les importants est de prot\u00e9ger les diodes \u00e9lectroluminescentes (LED) contre les dommages. Alors, si l&rsquo;on ne l&rsquo;utilise pas correctement, on risque d&rsquo;endommager les composants et causer des pannes. Les fluctuations du courant \u00e9lectrique peuvent entra\u00eener une variation de l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 lumineuse (luminosit\u00e9) de l&rsquo;ampoule ou une surchauffe. Le driver prot\u00e8ge donc cette ampoule des fluctuations de courant lorsque la tension (puissance) change.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"courant-constant-et-tension-constante\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Courant constant et tension constante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe deux types diff\u00e9rents de drivers de LED sur le march\u00e9 : les drivers \u00e0 tension constante et les drivers \u00e0 courant constant, chacun ayant une fonction et une application diff\u00e9rentes. Les drivers \u00e0 courant constant sont utilis\u00e9s pour les LED qui n\u00e9cessitent un courant constant mais peuvent supporter diff\u00e9rentes tensions. Le driver \u00e0 courant constant est le mieux adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation de spots ou de lampes LED \u00e0 haute puissance. Un driver \u00e0 tension constante, quant \u00e0 lui, est con\u00e7u pour les \u00e9clairages n\u00e9cessitant une tension constante (12 ou 24 V) dont le courant est r\u00e9gul\u00e9 par un autre dispositif de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Toutes les barres lumineuses \u00e0 LED doivent \u00eatre aliment\u00e9es en 12 V ou 24 V, en fonction de leurs sp\u00e9cifications.  Veillez \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner un driver dont la tension de sortie est identique \u00e0 celle de la lampe LED qu&rsquo;il alimente. L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un \u00e9clairage de 12 V avec un driver de 24 V augmentera la luminosit\u00e9 des LED \u00e0 court terme, mais la tension plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e finira par br\u00fbler le ruban.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"puissance-en-watts\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Puissance en watts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La puissance en watts d&rsquo;un driver indique sa capacit\u00e9 de sortie maximale. Il est conseill\u00e9 de choisir des drivers dont la puissance est sup\u00e9rieure d&rsquo;au moins 10 % \u00e0 la puissance de la lampe LED \u00e0 alimenter, car cela garantit une plus longue dur\u00e9e de vie \u00e0 l&rsquo;appareil. La puissance d&rsquo;une LED est la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qu&rsquo;elle consomme dans des conditions normales d&rsquo;utilisation. Une puissance trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e provoquera grillera la LED, tandis qu&rsquo;une puissance trop faible fera que la diode ne fonctionnera pas du tout. Pour cette raison, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de connecter des drivers \u00e0 des LED qui utilisent plus de 80 % de la puissance maximale du driver.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"differents-types-de-drivers-de-led\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diff\u00e9rents types de drivers de LED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les drives de LED peuvent \u00eatres regroup\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Internes<\/strong> &#8211; les drivers internes sont le plus souvent utilis\u00e9s pour les ampoules LED domestiques.  Ces ampoules sont con\u00e7ues sp\u00e9cifiquement pour un usage domestique et utilisent des drivers int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au lieu de drivers s\u00e9par\u00e9s et externes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Externes<\/strong> &#8211; les drivers externes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s dans les applications d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage commercial, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage des entrep\u00f4ts et les lampadaires. Les drivers sont install\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, car le remplacement des drivers externes est beaucoup moins cher que le remplacement de l&rsquo;ensemble du luminaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement des types de drivers de LED qui varient en fonction de leur taille, comme les petits ou les micro avec une puissance commune de 4 watts ou les drivers haute puissance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La technologie de LED la plus r\u00e9cente et la plus avanc\u00e9e est la LED COB (Chip-on-Board, en fran\u00e7ais : puce sur carte), qui consiste de plusieurs puces LED directement sur un substrat pour former un seul module. Ces types de diodes sont tr\u00e8s efficaces, consomment moins d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et produisent un faisceau lumineux de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre type de LED est celui des LED \u00e0 gradation, dont vous trouverez quelques exemples ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"driver-de-led-a-gradation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Driver de LED \u00e0 gradation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les drivers \u00e0 gradation permettent de faire varier la puissance fournie \u00e0 la diode. Cela permet de modifier rapidement la luminosit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re. Il existe deux principaux types de drivers gradables, \u00e0 savoir les drivers gradables de bord de fuite (parfois appel\u00e9s drivers \u00e9lectroniques basse tension ou ELV) et les drivers gradables de bord d&rsquo;attaque (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9s drivers triode ou TRIAC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les drivers de bord d&rsquo;attaque sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&rsquo;option la moins ch\u00e8re, mais ils n\u00e9cessitent une lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 haute tension, ce qui les rend moins bien adapt\u00e9s aux applications d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage \u00e0 basse tension. Les drivers de bord de fuite plus modernes sont plus complexes et permettent une r\u00e9gulation plus douce de la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement des drivers DALI. Cela signifie que les param\u00e8tres du driver de LED doivent correspondre \u00e0 ceux de la diode, tels que la tension, le courant, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;environnement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut sp\u00e9cifier l&rsquo;environnement externe dans lequel le driver sera install\u00e9.  Par exemple, si l&rsquo;installation de LED est effectu\u00e9e dans un environnement ext\u00e9rieur, il est important de s&rsquo;assurer que le driver poss\u00e8de le niveau appropri\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau. Certains drivers de LED sont con\u00e7us sp\u00e9cifiquement pour les applications en ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Le c\u00e2blage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Identifiez les fils positif (P) et n\u00e9gatif (N) de votre prise, puis d\u00e9branchez la du secteur. Si les drivers et les transformateurs ne disposent pas de bornes, connectez le connecteur directement \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du c\u00e2ble. Les fils positifs et n\u00e9gatifs de l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage doivent \u00eatre connect\u00e9s aux bornes correspondantes du module de commande. Ensuite, connectez le fil de mise \u00e0 la terre vert et jaune (GND) du driver \u00e0 une borne de mise \u00e0 la terre. Enfin, connectez les fils positifs et n\u00e9gatifs de la prise de courant aux bornes correspondantes du driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Tester<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez maintenant tester l&rsquo;installation minutieusement pour vous assurer que toutes les connexions sont bien fix\u00e9es et pos\u00e9es correctement, v\u00e9rifier que la chaleur est correctement dissip\u00e9e et que tous les c\u00e2bles sont bien reli\u00e9s. En cas de panne, coupez d&rsquo;abord l&rsquo;alimentation et inspectez soigneusement la connexion pour voir s&rsquo;il y a un probl\u00e8me. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de remplacer le driver de LED s&rsquo;il ne fonctionne plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez <strong>tester un driver<\/strong> de LED de ces trois fa\u00e7ons :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En le connectant au syst\u00e8me LED et en observant le r\u00e9sultat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En utilisant un \u00e9quipement de test \u00e9lectronique, par exemple un voltm\u00e8tre qui permet de tester la tension de sortie du driver. Soyez prudent car les drivers de LED \u00e0 courant constant peuvent fonctionner \u00e0 une tension extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appliquer une r\u00e9sistance de charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"eclairez-lobscurite-avec-les-drivers-led-de-rnd\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9clairez l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 avec les drivers LED de RND<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>RND propose 51 drivers en version 12 V et 24 V, avec une large gamme de puissances allant de 15 W \u00e0 300 W. Les drivers LED de RND garantissent que vous avez suffisamment de courant pour tous vos \u00e9clairages.
