Les commandes \u00e9lectroniques, les capteurs et les produits automatis\u00e9s permettent de d\u00e9tecter les interf\u00e9rences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La communication de donn\u00e9es peut \u00eatre affect\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;interf\u00e9rences. Le fonctionnement des \u00e9quipements et des connexions peut \u00eatre affect\u00e9 par les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, une latence \u00e9lev\u00e9e, un faible rapport signal\/bruit, de fortes vibrations, une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de nombreux autres facteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;accent est mis sur les environnements difficiles tels que les temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames, les fuites de caburant et l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 corrosive. Dans cet article, nous pr\u00e9sentons des exemples de produits qui garantissent l&rsquo;\u00e9change correct de donn\u00e9es entre machines dans des conditions extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"liiot-face-a-des-conditions-environnementales-difficiles\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;IIoT face \u00e0 des conditions environnementales difficiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame dans des environnements difficiles, l&rsquo;IA et l&rsquo;IoT permettent aux fabricants de surveiller correctement leurs installations et donc de maintenir leur production. La maintenance pr\u00e9dictive, qui se concentre souvent sur les zones de d\u00e9faillance, c\u00e8de la place \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes de surveillance des machines qui collectent les donn\u00e9es IoT industrielles et les \u00e9valuent \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;algorithmes d&rsquo;IA. Lorsque les composants \u00e9lectroniques sont utilis\u00e9s dans des zones industrielles ou \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames, les syst\u00e8mes doivent \u00eatre capables de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des conditions environnementales difficiles, o\u00f9 des champs magn\u00e9tiques et \u00e9lectriques \u00e9lev\u00e9s et nocifs peuvent \u00e9galement se produire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une marque qui propose des solutions mat\u00e9rielles pour la collecte de donn\u00e9es, la surveillance des machines et les projets IoT industriels dans des environnements difficiles est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.fr\/fr\/manufacturer\/brainboxes\/man_brx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brainboxes<\/a>. La dur\u00e9e de vie de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement d\u00e9pend du type d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement et des conditions dans lesquelles les donn\u00e9es sont collect\u00e9es. Les temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames, les interactions m\u00e9caniques, les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (ESD), les vibrations et les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI) sont des exemples de conditions difficiles dans les applications industrielles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dispositifs compatibles avec l&rsquo;IIoT permettent de pr\u00e9venir les dommages potentiels. Les \u00e9quipements technologiques avanc\u00e9s sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de capteurs et de logiciels permettant de collecter et d&rsquo;organiser les donn\u00e9es, quelles que soient les conditions industrielles difficiles. Par exemple, les nouveaux produits d&rsquo;automatisation de Brainboxes, tels que les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.fr\/fr\/industrial-ethernet-switches-unmanaged-sw-brainboxes\/pf\/3476101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">switchs Ethernet industriels<\/a> ou les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.fr\/fr\/ethernet-media-converters-ed-brainboxes\/pf\/3476143\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">modules d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e analogique<\/a>, qui permettent de surveiller les composants cl\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;automatisation, sont con\u00e7us pour la collecte continue et \u00e0 distance de donn\u00e9es de mesure. Lisez la suite pour en savoir plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"lautomatisation-en-antarctique\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;automatisation en Antarctique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En Antarctique, les temp\u00e9ratures descendent en hiver en dessous de -20 degr\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eamement basses de -55 degr\u00e9s. De plus, l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 totale r\u00e8gne pendant 105 jours par an. Malgr\u00e9 ces conditions difficiles, la collecte continue de donn\u00e9es est possible dans les stations de recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La station de recherche britannique Halley VI, situ\u00e9e dans la mer de Weddell, est la premi\u00e8re station de recherche mobile au monde \u00e0 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 construite sur une banquise flottante. Les scientifiques peuvent y mener des recherches sur les probl\u00e8mes mondiaux actuels tels que le changement climatique et l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation du niveau de la mer, ainsi que sur la m\u00e9t\u00e9orologie spatiale. Source : British Antarctic Survey<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La station est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alimentation autonome innovant d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par les ing\u00e9nieurs du British Antarctic Survey (BAS). Ce syst\u00e8me permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe BAS d&rsquo;effectuer ces mesures sans l&rsquo;aide du personnel au sol, en construisant un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie autonome r\u00e9volutionnaire avec un approvisionnement continu en carburant et en donn\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La station est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;une microturbine. C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re fois qu&rsquo;une microturbine est utilis\u00e9e en Antarctique pour alimenter des instruments de mani\u00e8re autonome. Cela permet au centre BAS de Cambridge de surveiller, de contr\u00f4ler et d&rsquo;arr\u00eater le syst\u00e8me \u00e0 distance. La microturbine Capstone peut fonctionner pendant neuf mois sans entretien, contrairement aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs diesel qui en n\u00e9cessitaient tous les mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La microturbine est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.com\/global\/?search=30220119\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">module d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e analogique de Brainboxes<\/a>, qui collecte des donn\u00e9es de tension et de courant tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises dans des conditions environnementales difficiles. Source : Brainboxes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les modules d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e analogique de marque Brainboxes situ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la turbine sont utilis\u00e9s pour surveiller les capteurs de niveau de carburant dans le r\u00e9servoir et pour mesurer le d\u00e9bit de carburant (voir figure 2). Il \u00e9tait essentiel de garantir une temp\u00e9rature stable \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du bo\u00eetier, car les r\u00e9servoirs externes contenant environ 50 m\u00b3 de carburant n\u00e9cessitaient une moyenne de 140 litres par jour pour \u00eatre pomp\u00e9s dans la microturbine. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait la partie la plus difficile de l&rsquo;installation \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 distance. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe BAS peut d\u00e9sormais s&rsquo;occuper des niveaux corrects en surveillant les fuites de carburant en temps r\u00e9el gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un tableau de bord avanc\u00e9 qui fournit des donn\u00e9es sur les niveaux et les pressions de carburant, ainsi que sur la position des soupapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"conclusion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/fr\/informatique-et-technologie-numerique\/lintelligence-artificielle-et-lapprentissage-automatique-dans-la-cybersecurite-et-la-securite-industrielle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L&rsquo;apprentissage automatique et l&rsquo;IA permettent de r\u00e9duire les risques impr\u00e9vus<\/a> et de prot\u00e9ger les transferts de donn\u00e9es. C&rsquo;est pourquoi de nombreux appareils sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s \u00e0 distance, sans qu&rsquo;il soit n\u00e9cessaire que le personnel les surveille au m\u00eame endroit. Le BAS fonctionne \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures aussi basses que -55\u00b0C depuis pr\u00e8s de deux ans et le personnel n&rsquo;est pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la station qu&rsquo;en \u00e9t\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce aux modules d&rsquo;E\/S \u00e0 distance de Brainboxes, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;automatisation peuvent \u00eatre surveill\u00e9s m\u00eame dans des
