Cela se produit lorsque l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019\u00e9lectrons cr\u00e9e un champ \u00e9lectrostatique important. Cela devient extr\u00eamement probl\u00e9matique dans un environnement de fabrication de haute technologie.<br><br>L\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique et l\u2019induction \u00e9lectrostatique sont les causes les plus courantes de DES. Cependant, une d\u00e9gradation partielle a tendance \u00e0 conduire ult\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 une d\u00e9faillance intermittente ou permanente.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-peut-on-assurer-la-protection-des\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment peut-on assurer la protection DES?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La protection DES est importante dans les processus de fabrication, d\u2019exp\u00e9dition et d\u2019exploitation.<br><br>La gamme de dispositifs de protection DES \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendue, il est important de choisir la bonne option pour votre utilisation. Un dispositif inappropri\u00e9 sera inefficace et risque d\u2019interf\u00e9rer avec le fonctionnement normal du circuit. Un DES optimal doit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>R\u00e9agir rapidement pour arr\u00eater les pointes de courant et de tension dangereuses lors de DES.<\/li><li>Avoir la capacit\u00e9 de ne pas \u00eatre affect\u00e9 par les d\u00e9charges DES r\u00e9p\u00e9titives.<\/li><li>Ne pas perturber les fonctionnalit\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me qu\u2019il prot\u00e8ge.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dispositifs de protection contre les DES servent \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les produits et \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques sensibles contre les DES pendant le stockage et le transit et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir l\u2019accumulation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique et la contamination par la poussi\u00e8re ou l\u2019humidit\u00e9. L\u2019utilisation de produits de mise \u00e0 la terre permet d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019accumulation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les ESD. Une personne peut accumuler de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique en marchant ou en se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant, qui est ensuite d\u00e9charg\u00e9e par le CI.<\/li><li>Utilisation normale de l\u2019appareil \u2013 Mod\u00e8le d\u2019appareil charg\u00e9 &#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;Le test CDM simule le comportement d\u2019un appareil lorsqu\u2019il est lui-m\u00eame sous une charge \u00e9lectrostatique et entre en contact avec une surface m\u00e9tallique. C\u2019est le type le plus courant de ESD. Par exemple, les dispositifs de protection ESD externes sont id\u00e9aux pour les interfaces particuli\u00e8rement sensibles aux dommages caus\u00e9s par les ESD, mais peuvent ne pas convenir aux syst\u00e8mes sur puce (SoC) tr\u00e8s avanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La taille du lieu de travail et la nature du travail effectu\u00e9 d\u00e9termineront \u00e9galement les exigences de l\u2019entreprise en mati\u00e8re de mise \u00e0 la terre sous ESD. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les environnements de travail plus petits respectent les exigences de base en mati\u00e8re de ESD tandis que les installations plus grandes devront respecter des exigences de mise \u00e0 la terre plus strictes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un environnement de travail \u00e9tendu, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de cr\u00e9er une zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e contre les ESD (EPA), o\u00f9 toutes les surfaces, objets, personnes et dispositifs ESD sont maintenus au m\u00eame potentiel \u00e9lectrique.
