Dans certains cas, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans un site de test ind\u00e9pendant afin de d\u00e9montrer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des composants. Le processus consistant \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 sous le terme de proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"evaluation-de-la-conformite\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluation de la conformit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proc\u00e9dure consistant \u00e0 prouver que toutes les directives et lois pertinentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9es.<\/li><li>La d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9pertorie les normes et les directives appliqu\u00e9es au produit. En signant la d\u00e9claration, le fabricant d\u00e9clare que la machine est conforme aux normes en vigueur applicables.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"evaluation-des-risques\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluation des risques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proc\u00e9dure exig\u00e9e par la directive relative aux machines.<\/li><li>Prouve que tous les risques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisamment att\u00e9nu\u00e9s.<\/li><li>R\u00e9pertorie les dangers, les mesures prises ou \u00e0 prendre et les niveaux de performance avant et apr\u00e8s les mesures d\u00e9finies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"procedure-devaluation-de-la-conformite\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de commande est utilis\u00e9 pour assurer une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, il doit pr\u00e9senter un niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9 par rapport au danger contre lequel il prot\u00e8ge. Dans ce cas, les syst\u00e8mes exigeant une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle doivent \u00eatre con\u00e7us conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation des risques, d\u00e9taill\u00e9e ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspect essentiel au concept de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle, tout composant de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou syst\u00e8me de composants de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans un syst\u00e8me de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre absolument exempt de risques. En cas de d\u00e9faillance du syst\u00e8me de commande ou de l&rsquo;un des composants du syst\u00e8me de commande, la fonction globale du syst\u00e8me ne doit pr\u00e9senter aucun danger. Normalement, cela implique la mise hors tension de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement dangereux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 correction de la d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"evaluation-des-risques-2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluation des risques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A risk assessment is mandatory for all devices that fall under the Machinery Directive. In case of an accident in connection with your machine at any stage of its product life cycle, the risk assessment will be taken into account. probabilit\u00e9 et la gravit\u00e9 du danger pour \u00e9valuer le niveau de risque et le niveau de performance de votre solution de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Indiquer le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 que la solution doit atteindre.<\/li><li>D\u00e9finir la solution permettant de r\u00e9duire le risque et indiquer le nouveau niveau de risque ainsi obtenu.<\/li><li>Inclure les sch\u00e9mas techniques des syst\u00e8mes de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les informations relatives aux composants du syst\u00e8me de commande et les calculs de tol\u00e9rance aux pannes du syst\u00e8me.<\/li><li>Si le risque obtenu reste trop \u00e9lev\u00e9, identifier d&rsquo;autres mesures \u00e0 prendre afin de rendre le niveau de risque risques li\u00e9s aux machines, aux robots ou aux processus automatis\u00e9s est d\u00e9crite dans plusieurs normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 internationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il convient de s\u00e9lectionner une norme pertinente reconnue par les organismes de mise en application en Europe pour garantir l&rsquo;identification et le contr\u00f4le ad\u00e9quats de tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du risque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une norme technique reconnue permet au concepteur d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une \u00abpr\u00e9somption de conformit\u00e9\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples de normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 utiles pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des processus, robots et machines automatis\u00e9s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ISO 12100 &#8211; Principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines<\/li><li>ISO 14121 &#8211; Principes d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation des risques<\/li><li>CEI 61882 &#8211; Etudes de dangers et d&rsquo;exploitabilit\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"niveau-dintegrite-de-securite-sil\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SIL)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SIL est le niveau relatif de r\u00e9duction des risques assur\u00e9 par une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La norme CEI 61508 identifie 4 SIL, le niveau 4 \u00e9tant le plus fiable et le niveau 1 \u00e9tant le moins fiable. Le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de chaque fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9fini lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques. Il d\u00e9pendra de la m\u00e9thode et des produits choisis pour r\u00e9duire le risque.
