(ISO 13849-1:2015(E)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quel que soit le degr\u00e9 de complexit\u00e9, tout syst\u00e8me de commande peut \u00eatre simplifi\u00e9 en trois parties distinctes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Etage d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e<\/li><li>Etage logique<\/li><li>Etage de sortie<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette description est valable pour les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques, pneumatiques, hydrauliques ou m\u00e9caniques ou pour ces technologies combin\u00e9es. Lorsque vous envisagez de mettre en \u0153uvre un syst\u00e8me de commande, ces trois \u00e9tages doivent \u00eatre pris en consid\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"1-etage-dentree\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Etage d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un syst\u00e8me de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du syst\u00e8me de commande est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement externe qui a un impact direct sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du processus, du robot ou de la machine command\u00e9e par le syst\u00e8me. L&rsquo;entr\u00e9e peut \u00eatre le changement d&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment, par exemple l&rsquo;activation d&rsquo;un commutateur ou un changement d&rsquo;une valeur surveill\u00e9e atteignant une pression, une temp\u00e9rature ou une vitesse seuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemples:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si une porte de protection est ouverte et permet l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un puissant bras de levage robotis\u00e9, un commutateur mont\u00e9 sur la porte d\u00e9clenche une entr\u00e9e au syst\u00e8me de commande. Le commutateur change d&rsquo;\u00e9tat, signalant l&rsquo;ouverture de la porte.<\/li><li>Les sondes de surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature servent d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e afin d&#8217;emp\u00eacher la surchauffe lors d&rsquo;un processus chimique. La sonde de temp\u00e9rature sera r\u00e9gl\u00e9e de sorte \u00e0 \u00e9mettre une entr\u00e9e au syst\u00e8me de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 si la temp\u00e9rature du processus d\u00e9passe une temp\u00e9rature donn\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"2-etage-logique\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Etage logique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tage logique interpr\u00e8te le signal provenant de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et transmet un signal de sortie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tage de sortie. Dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires, l&rsquo;\u00e9tage d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et l&rsquo;\u00e9tage logique sont combin\u00e9s. Dans les syst\u00e8mes complexes, l&rsquo;\u00e9tage logique peut comprendre un r\u00e9seau de relais, des dispositifs programmables ou une configuration similaire de composants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un contexte de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e9tage logique doit imp\u00e9rativement fonctionner correctement et rester op\u00e9rationnel en cas de d\u00e9faillance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tage d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e. Dans de nombreux syst\u00e8mes de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 modernes, le dispositif logique utilis\u00e9 dans un syst\u00e8me de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la d\u00e9tection des erreurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"3-etage-de-sortie\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Etage de sortie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tage de sortie est le dernier maillon de la cha\u00eene. Dans un syst\u00e8me de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, cette partie du syst\u00e8me doit emp\u00eacher le fonctionnement dangereux d&rsquo;un processus, d&rsquo;un robot ou d&rsquo;une machine dangereuse. Plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments doivent \u00eatre pris en compte pour l&rsquo;\u00e9tage de sortie de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque des pi\u00e8ces mobiles sont entra\u00een\u00e9es par une alimentation \u00e9lectrique, le syst\u00e8me doit emp\u00eacher tout mouvement dangereux et mettre hors tension l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e9lectrique de la pi\u00e8ce mobile. Dans un syst\u00e8me m\u00e9canique, il pourra s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;inclure une goupille de rupture ou de maintien pour \u00e9viter tout mouvement dangereux suppl\u00e9mentaire.
