Les centres de donn\u00e9es sont devenus un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de presque toutes les applications que nous utilisons : de l&rsquo;automobile \u00e0 l&rsquo;automatisation industrielle en passant par la domotique intelligente. La surveillance et le maintien d&rsquo;une alimentation constante en \u00e9nergie des \u00e9normes baies d&rsquo;ordinateurs et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements de stockage sont une condition pr\u00e9alable au fonctionnement du centre de donn\u00e9es et une mesure de sa performance globale. Dans cet article, nous abordons la question de l&rsquo;alimentation des centres de donn\u00e9es, soulignons la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de surveiller la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et expliquons comment mettre en place les \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs de la gestion de l&rsquo;infrastructure des centres de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"notre-dependance-a-legard-de-la-disponibilite-des-centres-de-donnees\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notre d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de la disponibilit\u00e9 des centres de donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis moins de deux d\u00e9cennies, nous sommes devenus compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9pendants de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux centres de donn\u00e9es. Lorsque nous regardons des films chez nous, \u00e9coutons de la musique ou utilisons des assistants intelligents, nous utilisons le cloud. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les voitures, o\u00f9 nous utilisons une application de navigation pour planifier le trajet et \u00e9viter les retards. Les usines qui utilisent des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le des processus et les bureaux qui utilisent des solutions commerciales d\u00e9pendent \u00e9galement d&rsquo;un acc\u00e8s constant \u00e0 l&rsquo;internet. M\u00eame le fonctionnement des caf\u00e9s d\u00e9pend des centres de donn\u00e9es, sans lesquels il serait impossible de commander une tasse de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les consommateurs, cette connectivit\u00e9 permanente est une \u00e9vidence. Nous oublions souvent que derri\u00e8re notre smartphone, notre ordinateur et notre assistant virtuel se cache une longue cha\u00eene d&rsquo;infrastructures de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications qui sont connect\u00e9es des salles de serveurs. Outre les r\u00e9seaux de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 large bande passante, les centres de donn\u00e9es ont besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour fonctionner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans les centres de donn\u00e9es est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e et, conform\u00e9ment aux tendances mondiales, des efforts intensifs sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour rendre l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement et l&rsquo;infrastructure des centres de donn\u00e9es aussi efficaces que possible sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. La disponibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un centre de donn\u00e9es est un param\u00e8tre important pour d\u00e9terminer ses performances. Dans les centres de donn\u00e9es, atteindre une disponibilit\u00e9 de \u00ab cinq neuf \u00bb, ou 99,999 %, signifie un temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat r\u00e9el d&rsquo;environ cinq minutes par an ou moins d&rsquo;une seconde par jour, ce qui est un chiffre impressionnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour obtenir une fiabilit\u00e9 aussi impressionnante, il faut dupliquer les serveurs, les dispositifs de stockage et l&rsquo;infrastructure du r\u00e9seau afin de cr\u00e9er une redondance. Malheureusement, cela augmente encore la complexit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alimentation dans un centre de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 haute disponibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"larchitecture-energetique-critique-dun-centre-de-donnees-moderne\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&rsquo;architecture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique critique d&rsquo;un centre de donn\u00e9es moderne<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fonctions d&rsquo;alimentation primaire typiques utilis\u00e9es dans les centres de donn\u00e9es sont illustr\u00e9es dans la figure 1, qui montre le chemin de l&rsquo;alimentation depuis le fournisseur d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie jusqu&rsquo;aux serveurs critiques et aux baies de stockage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img  loading=\"lazy\"  decoding=\"async\"  height=\"553\"  width=\"1024\"  src=\"data:image\/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAABAAAAAIpAQMAAAAGoNgEAAAAA1BMVEUAAP+KeNJXAAAAAXRSTlMAQObYZgAAAAlwSFlzAAAOxAAADsQBlSsOGwAAAFxJREFUeNrtwTEBAAAAwqD1T20MH6AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADOBha4AAGq4FvSAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC\"  alt=\"\"  class=\"wp-image-45604 pk-lazyload\"  data-pk-sizes=\"auto\"  data-pk-src=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/DTCA219-Figure1-changed-1024x553.png\" ><figcaption>Figure 1 : Architecture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique typique d&rsquo;un centre de donn\u00e9es, depuis le fournisseur d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie jusqu&rsquo;aux charges des \u00e9quipements critiques (source : Moxa)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de coupure de courant, les g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de secours \u00e9quip\u00e9s de commutateurs de transfert automatique (1 dans la figure 1), qui analysent en permanence le courant fourni pour d\u00e9tecter toute irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 ou d\u00e9faillance imminente et enclenchent imm\u00e9diatement l&rsquo;alimentation de secours, sont extr\u00eamement importants pour tout centre de donn\u00e9es. L&rsquo;appareillage \u00e9lectrique (2) joue un r\u00f4le important en isolant le centre de donn\u00e9es du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique principal et en distribuant le courant provenant du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur.  Les alimentations sans interruption (3) compensent les coupures de courant et couvrent le temps entre la d\u00e9faillance du r\u00e9seau primaire et la mise en marche des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de secours. Les ASI prot\u00e8gent les \u00e9quipements critiques contre les distorsions harmoniques, les transitoires de commutation et les variations de fr\u00e9quence. La derni\u00e8re partie (4) de l&rsquo;architecture du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alimentation est constitu\u00e9e par les PDU (unit\u00e9s de distribuition de l&rsquo;alimentation) qui fournissent une alimentation fiable aux charges importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement des centres de donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e8re beaucoup de chaleur, un syst\u00e8me de refroidissement est n\u00e9cessaire pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement. La figure 2 montre les \u00e9quipements typiques utilis\u00e9s pour le chauffage, la ventilation et la climatisation (CVC) des salles d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements et des baies. Un syst\u00e8me DCIM (Data Center Information Management) avec un syst\u00e8me EMS int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (Energy Management System) et un syst\u00e8me de Gestion Technique du B\u00e2timent (GTB) est essentiel pour la surveillance critique de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"surveillance-de-linfrastructure-des-centres-de-donnees-et-de-la-qualite-de-lenergie-via-un-reseau-integre\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Surveillance de l&rsquo;infrastructure des centres de donn\u00e9es et<\/strong> <strong> de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie via un r\u00e9seau int\u00e9gr\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me DCIM complet signifie que chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment de l&rsquo;installation \u00e9lectrique du centre de donn\u00e9es &#8211; distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, climatisation, ASI et appareillage \u00e9lectrique &#8211; doit \u00eatre connect\u00e9 \u00e0 une application unique dans le centre de contr\u00f4le.  Un r\u00e9seau stable et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 est la base d&rsquo;un d\u00e9ploiement DCIM r\u00e9ussi avec plusieurs p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques r\u00e9seau tels que des switchs Ethernet de niveau 2 et 3 gigabits, des passerelles s\u00e9rie vers Ethernet Modbus, des E\/S distantes et des serveurs de terminaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moxa est un leader mondial des solutions d&rsquo;informatique industrielle et d&rsquo;infrastructure r\u00e9seau critique, permettant la connectivit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;Internet industriel des objets (IIoT) et les applications de centres de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits Moxa con\u00e7us pour les d\u00e9ploiements DCIM comprennent des passerelles de port s\u00e9rie Modbus vers Ethernet et des E\/S \u00e0 distance. La s\u00e9rie peut connecter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 32 serveurs Modbus TCP et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 31 ou 62 esclaves Modbus RTU\/ASCII et est id\u00e9ale pour relier les environnements de technologie d&rsquo;exploitation (OT) et de technologie de l&rsquo;information (IT) que l&rsquo;on rencontre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les syst\u00e8mes de gestion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et de climatisation. La s\u00e9rie E1200 prend en charge l&rsquo;adressage esclave Modbus TCP d\u00e9fini par l&rsquo;utilisateur, les protocoles API RESTful pour les applications IIoT et deux ports Ethernet pour le fonctionnement en guirlande en amont et en aval. Les r\u00e9seaux neuronaux, le streaming multim\u00e9dia haute d\u00e9bit et les applications GPS d\u00e9pendent de la disponibilit\u00e9 des centres de donn\u00e9es. Pour atteindre ces objectifs et g\u00e9rer des installations durables et efficaces sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, il faut mettre en place un syst\u00e8me DCIM pour les centres de donn\u00e9es.
