Il se concentre sur les derni\u00e8res technologies et innovations des principaux fournisseurs du monde de l&rsquo;opto\u00e9lectronique, y compris l&rsquo;optique, les LED et les drivers de LED intelligents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La lumi\u00e8re ultraviolette (UV) couvre la gamme de longueurs d&rsquo;onde de 100 \u00e0 400 nanom\u00e8tres (nm) et se situe donc en dehors de la partie visible du spectre \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique, qui se situe entre 380 et 740 nanom\u00e8tres. Seulement 5 \u00e0 6 % de la lumi\u00e8re qui atteint la terre est de la lumi\u00e8re UV. Le rayonnement UV est divis\u00e9 en zones ayant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>UVA<\/strong> = 315-400nm. La longueur d&rsquo;onde la moins dangereuse et celle que nous recevons le plus fortement du soleil. La majorit\u00e9 des UVA traverse la couche d&rsquo;ozone et atteint la surface de la Terre. C&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce aux rayons UVA que la peau bronze.<\/li><li><strong>UVB<\/strong> = 280-315nm. Le rayonnement UVB est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus puissant que le rayonnement UVA et est en grande partie absorb\u00e9 par l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re. Ils sont n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la synth\u00e8se de la vitamine D, mais sont \u00e9galement responsables de l\u00e9sions cutan\u00e9es (coups de soleil).<\/li><li><strong>UVC<\/strong> = 200-280nm. Le rayonnement UVC est enti\u00e8rement filtr\u00e9 par la couche d&rsquo;ozone. C&rsquo;est cette longueur d&rsquo;onde qui est le plus souvent utilis\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9sinfection.<\/li><li><strong>VUV<\/strong> = 100-200nm. Fortement absorb\u00e9 par l&rsquo;eau et l&rsquo;air, ce rayonnement ne peut \u00eatre transmis que dans le vide. Il ne traverse pas la couche d&rsquo;ozone et n&rsquo;atteint pas la surface de la Terre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img  loading=\"lazy\"  decoding=\"async\"  src=\"data:image\/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAEAAAABAQMAAAAl21bKAAAAA1BMVEUAAP+KeNJXAAAAAXRSTlMAQObYZgAAAAlwSFlzAAAOxAAADsQBlSsOGwAAAApJREFUCNdjYAAAAAIAAeIhvDMAAAAASUVORK5CYII=\"  alt=\"\"  class=\"wp-image-46428 pk-lazyload\"  width=\"1024\"  height=\"527\"  data-pk-sizes=\"auto\"  data-pk-src=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-1024x527.png\" ><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Parmi les deux types d&rsquo;UV qui atteignent la surface de la Terre, les UVA repr\u00e9sentent environ 90%, le reste \u00e9tant des UV-B. Bien que les UVC n&rsquo;atteignent pas la Terre, ils poss\u00e8dent l&rsquo;effet st\u00e9rilisant le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 par rapport aux autres types d&rsquo;UV. Les UVC sont donc id\u00e9aux pour la d\u00e9sinfection car ils d\u00e9truisent les cellules au niveau mol\u00e9culaire. Les UVB ont \u00e9galement cette capacit\u00e9, mais dans une bien moindre mesure. Le rayonnement UVB de la lumi\u00e8re naturelle du soleil est le principal composant nocif. Ces rayons peuvent endommager les cellules humaines, provoquant des coups de soleil et m\u00eame des cancers de la peau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux UVC, les UVB ne peuvent que perturber les cellules de l&rsquo;ADN et ne peuvent pas tuer efficacement les micro-organismes. Les micro-organismes sont beaucoup plus petits que les cellules humaines, de sorte que pour percer leurs structures cellulaires, des longueurs d&rsquo;onde UVC plus petites sont n\u00e9cessaires. Dans un micro-organisme, le noyau cellulaire contient de la thymine, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment chimique de l&rsquo;ADN\/ARN. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La thymine absorbe les UVC \u00e0 une longueur d&rsquo;onde sp\u00e9cifique de 253,7 nm. Cette lumi\u00e8re UVC modifie l&rsquo;ADN microbien par la formation de dim\u00e8res de thymine. Cette alt\u00e9ration perturbe gravement la r\u00e9plication microbienne ainsi que les processus d&rsquo;expression des prot\u00e9ines qui sont vitaux pour la survie des cellules. L&rsquo;ADN\/ARN est chimiquement alt\u00e9r\u00e9, ce qui signifie que l&rsquo;organisme ne peut plus se r\u00e9pliquer.\n\n5. Incapable de m\u00e9taboliser et de se r\u00e9pliquer, l&rsquo;organisme ne peut ni provoquer ni propager une maladie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il convient de noter que la lumi\u00e8re UVC ne fait pas de distinction lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de d\u00e9truire le mat\u00e9riel g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. Cette longueur d&rsquo;onde peut endommager les cellules de la peau et des yeux chez l&rsquo;homme et l&rsquo;animal. Une exposition prolong\u00e9e aux rayons UVC peut provoquer des coups de soleil, des l\u00e9sions cutan\u00e9es, des conjonctivites et m\u00eame des cancers. Lors de l&rsquo;utilisation de la lumi\u00e8re UVC, la peau et les yeux doivent \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement prot\u00e9g\u00e9s contre l&rsquo;exposition, et la source lumineuse ne doit pas \u00eatre dirig\u00e9e vers la peau ou les yeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"leds-uvc\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">LEDs UVC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Largement utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins de d\u00e9sinfection, les produits LED UVC ont connu une \u00e9volution rapide au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Les LED n&rsquo;utilisent pas de mercure, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;elles ont une faible incidence sur l&rsquo;environnement et se distinguent par leur taille compacte et leur longue dur\u00e9e de vie. Quel que soit le but recherch\u00e9, il est prouv\u00e9 que les UVC constituent une m\u00e9thode efficace de d\u00e9sinfection et de d\u00e9fense contre les bact\u00e9ries pathog\u00e8nes.
