Dans le cadre de ses efforts, l&rsquo;entreprise a install\u00e9 des panneaux photovolta\u00efques (PV) sur trois b\u00e2timents de son si\u00e8ge en Allemagne. Cet investissement permet \u00e0 Diotec d&rsquo;exploiter une plus grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie verte, qui est ensuite utilis\u00e9e pour la production de plaquettes, de puces et d&rsquo;appareils. L&rsquo;entreprise pr\u00e9voit d&rsquo;\u00e9quiper toutes ses installations de panneaux photovolta\u00efques.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les diodes bypass photovolta\u00efques sont utilis\u00e9es pour faire face au risque d&rsquo;ombrage partiel d\u00fb \u00e0 l&rsquo;altitude inf\u00e9rieure du soleil et \u00e0 la couverture de neige pendant l&rsquo;hiver. Le dernier d\u00e9veloppement de Diotec est la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.biz\/en\/schottky-diode-25a-40v-axial-diotec-sbx2540-3g\/p\/30253881?track=true&amp;no-cache=true&amp;marketingPopup=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diode Schottky SBX2540-3G<\/a>. Cette diode est con\u00e7ue pour prot\u00e9ger les modules photovolta\u00efques et offre une faible chute de tension directe en mode bypass et une faible fuite inverse en mode de fonctionnement normal.
