Les longueurs d&rsquo;onde l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus fortes re\u00e7ues du soleil, qui sont responsables de la synth\u00e8se de la vitamine D et des br\u00fblures de la peau.<br>\u2022 UVC = 200-280nm. Cette longueur d&rsquo;onde est couramment utilis\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9sinfection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La d\u00e9sinfection par UVC est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente des autres m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9sinfection qui utilisent la chaleur ou des produits chimiques, et elle est de plus en plus populaire. L&rsquo;ADN et l&rsquo;ARN contiennent l&rsquo;information g\u00e9n\u00e9tique n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 cette prolif\u00e9ration. Dans la plage des UV, les UVC ont la longueur d&rsquo;onde la plus courte et offrent les meilleures performances en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;inactivation des bact\u00e9ries et des virus. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats des tests d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation r\u00e9alis\u00e9s conjointement avec l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Yamaguchi (avec le professeur associ\u00e9 Horishi Shimoda, le professeur Daisuke Hayasaka, le d\u00e9partement de microbiologie v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, la facult\u00e9 v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire commune), Stanley Electric a confirm\u00e9 que la d\u00e9sinfection par UV est tr\u00e8s efficace. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l&rsquo;effet de d\u00e9sinfection est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la quantit\u00e9 cumulative de lumi\u00e8re (ou dose d&rsquo;UV) appliqu\u00e9e, qui est calcul\u00e9e en connaissant la force de la lumi\u00e8re (intensit\u00e9) et la dur\u00e9e pendant laquelle la lumi\u00e8re UV est projet\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;objet (dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9). Plus la dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 est longue, plus la quantit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re cumul\u00e9e augmente, ce qui accro\u00eet l&rsquo;effet de d\u00e9sinfection.
