Cependant, une constante dans toutes les applications est que les circuits imprim\u00e9s n\u00e9cessitent une certaine forme de protection contre le milieu environnant.<br><br>Comme les circuits imprim\u00e9s sont essentiels au fonctionnement d&rsquo;un appareil \u00e9lectronique, le fait de renoncer \u00e0 la protection peut nuire aux performances et \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement. De tels rev\u00eatements offrent une r\u00e9sistance chimique et thermique efficace contre les expositions de courte dur\u00e9e. Ils \u00ab\u00a0adh\u00e8rent\u00a0\u00bb aux contours d&rsquo;une carte, ce qui permet une excellente protection et une couverture compl\u00e8te pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie du circuit imprim\u00e9.<br><br>L&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de ce rev\u00eatement se situe entre 25 et 100 microns, ce qui augmente l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le poids du composant. Comme il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un film relativement mince, ce rev\u00eatement n&rsquo;exerce que peu de contraintes sur les composants, ce qui est extr\u00eamement avantageux pour les \u00e9quipements d\u00e9licats et fragiles. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le film est transparent, ce qui permet aux utilisateurs d&rsquo;identifier facilement le circuit imprim\u00e9 sous-jacent.<br><br>La plupart des rev\u00eatements sont des syst\u00e8mes 1K (composant unique), offrant une longue dur\u00e9e de vie, une faible temp\u00e9rature de durcissement et un temps de s\u00e9chage court. Il est facile de retravailler le rev\u00eatement et de remplacer les composants avec des rev\u00eatements conformes. Les rev\u00eatements peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s manuellement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau, d&rsquo;un pistolet ou par trempage. Toutefois, de plus en plus, des syst\u00e8mes robotis\u00e9s sont utilis\u00e9s pour assurer une application plus pr\u00e9cise et plus uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"resines-encapsulees\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sines encapsul\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sines d&rsquo;encapsulation sont con\u00e7ues pour prot\u00e9ger et isoler les circuits imprim\u00e9s et les composants des environnements difficiles en encapsulant le dispositif et en cr\u00e9ant une barri\u00e8re. Lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont appliqu\u00e9es sur des circuits imprim\u00e9s, les r\u00e9sines peuvent avoir une \u00e9paisseur de 0,5 mm ou plus, et sont souvent appliqu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus \u00e9paisse. Par cons\u00e9quent, les r\u00e9sines peuvent entra\u00eener une augmentation significative du poids, ce qui se traduit souvent par un prix unitaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui du rev\u00eatement.<br><br>Les r\u00e9sines sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des syst\u00e8mes 2K (\u00e0 deux composants) dans lesquels une r\u00e9sine et un durcisseur sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9s pour former un polym\u00e8re r\u00e9ticul\u00e9. Les r\u00e9sines ont une viscosit\u00e9 beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les rev\u00eatements et sont con\u00e7ues pour durcir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Cependant, en appliquant de la chaleur \u00e0 la r\u00e9sine, le temps de durcissement peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duit. Comme la plupart des r\u00e9actions de durcissement sont exothermiques, lorsqu&rsquo;une trop grande quantit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sine est appliqu\u00e9e, la chaleur produite pendant le processus de durcissement peut provoquer une surchauffe du circuit imprim\u00e9 et m\u00eame un incendie.<br><br>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sine permet de mieux prot\u00e9ger le circuit imprim\u00e9, notamment en cas d&rsquo;attaque chimique ou lorsque le composant est immerg\u00e9 pendant une longue p\u00e9riode. Les r\u00e9sines peuvent \u00e9galement offrir une protection contre les chocs physiques, car le volume de la r\u00e9sine peut aider \u00e0 dissiper la force. Contrairement aux rev\u00eatements, les r\u00e9sines peuvent \u00eatre de couleur tr\u00e8s sombre, de sorte que lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont appliqu\u00e9es, le circuit imprim\u00e9 qui se trouve en dessous est compl\u00e8tement cach\u00e9, ce qui cr\u00e9e un certain degr\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la conception. Bo\u00eetiers de circuits imprim\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le circuit imprim\u00e9 est contenu dans un bo\u00eetier con\u00e7u comme sa protection primaire, un rev\u00eatement conforme suffit comme protection de secours. Cette solution est id\u00e9ale en cas de dommage ou de fuite et peut assurer une protection contre l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et la condensation. Si le bo\u00eetier n&rsquo;est pas capable d&rsquo;assurer une protection contre l&rsquo;environnement, une r\u00e9sine sera un choix plus appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"2-environnement\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Environnement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent utilis\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique haute tension et les environnements explosifs, les r\u00e9sines fournissent une couche di\u00e9lectrique totale pour emp\u00eacher la formation d&rsquo;arcs \u00e9lectriques. Dans un tel environnement, des rev\u00eatements conformes plus fins seront beaucoup moins efficaces. Cependant, pour les composants d\u00e9licats dans des environnements qui n\u00e9cessitent des niveaux de protection limit\u00e9s, les rev\u00eatements sont susceptibles de suffire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"3-poids\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Poids<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de d\u00e9terminer si le poids du circuit imprim\u00e9 est un facteur dans l&rsquo;objectif final de la conception. Lors de l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;un rev\u00eatement, la quantit\u00e9 de poids ajout\u00e9e est minime, mais lors de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sine, le poids suppl\u00e9mentaire peut \u00eatre substantiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"4-en-cas-de-retouche\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. En cas de retouche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les applications o\u00f9 des retouches au circuit imprim\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure, les rev\u00eatements conformes seront le choix le plus appropri\u00e9.
