Par exemple, IP67 ou IP20. Le premier chiffre repr\u00e9sente le niveau de protection du luminaire contre la salet\u00e9 et les particules de poussi\u00e8re. Tout luminaire utilis\u00e9 dans un environnement potentiellement humide doit disposer d&rsquo;un indice de protection IP ad\u00e9quat pour emp\u00eacher la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de la poussi\u00e8re et de l&rsquo;eau.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"que-signifient-donc-ces-chiffres-plus-la-valeur-de-lun-des-chiffres-est-elevee-plus-le-niveau-de-protection-est-important\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que signifient donc ces chiffres ? Plus la valeur de l&rsquo;un des chiffres est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le niveau de protection est important.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n<p><strong>Indices IP inf\u00e9rieurs : Applications int\u00e9rieures :<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>De nombreuses applications ne n\u00e9cessitent pas un indice IP \u00e9lev\u00e9, telles qu&rsquo;une utilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur sans exposition \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau ou \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de poussi\u00e8re (par exemple, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage d&rsquo;une chambre \u00e0 coucher ou du salon). Dans ce cas, des valeurs inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 IP44 sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme acceptables.
