Il se concentre sur les derni\u00e8res technologies et innovations des principaux fournisseurs du monde de l&rsquo;opto\u00e9lectronique, y compris l&rsquo;optique, les LED et les drivers de LED intelligents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;infrarouge (IR) est une forme de rayonnement \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des longueurs d&rsquo;onde se situant en dehors du spectre de la lumi\u00e8re visible. L&rsquo;infrarouge a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert en 1800 par William Herschel, lorsqu&rsquo;il a men\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences mesurant les variations de temp\u00e9rature associ\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rentes couleurs des longueurs d&rsquo;onde. Ces exp\u00e9riences ont abouti \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de l&rsquo;infrarouge, les temp\u00e9ratures les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e9tant enregistr\u00e9es au-del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 rouge du spectre visible.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Bien que les longueurs d&rsquo;onde infrarouges ne soient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas visibles pour l&rsquo;homme, les plus faibles peuvent parfois \u00e9mettre une lueur rouge visible. Une lueur rouge est observ\u00e9e lorsque les longueurs d&rsquo;onde infrarouges se trouvent juste apr\u00e8s le spectre de la lumi\u00e8re rouge visible. Ainsi, bien que la plupart des longueurs d&rsquo;onde infrarouges ne soient pas d\u00e9tectables \u00e0 la vue, l&rsquo;homme peut percevoir l&rsquo;infrarouge gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son \u00e9mission de chaleur. Mais les LED infrarouges ont des applications distinctes. Les diff\u00e9rentes longueurs d&rsquo;onde infrarouges sont adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 divers usages. Le rayonnement infrarouge proche se rapproche le plus du spectre visible de la lumi\u00e8re. Les LED IR avec une longueur d&rsquo;onde de 750-850 nm \u00e9mettent une lueur rouge visible. Les IR moyens et lointains sont ind\u00e9tectables par la vision humaine. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"quest-ce-quune-led-infrarouge\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;une LED infrarouge ?\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n<p>Les LED infrarouges fonctionnent de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que les autres LED, mais elles utilisent des mat\u00e9riaux diff\u00e9rents pour \u00e9mettre un spectre lumineux distinct. Les LED infrarouges \u00e9mettent des longueurs d&rsquo;onde \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure du spectre du rayonnement \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique, se situant au-del\u00e0 du spectre visible. Mais contrairement aux LED qui \u00e9mettent des longueurs d&rsquo;onde et des couleurs dans le spectre visible, les LED infrarouges ne sont pas utilis\u00e9es pour \u00e9clairer de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Les LED IR pr\u00e9sentent un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications int\u00e9ressantes, qui seront explor\u00e9es ci-dessous.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"les-led-infrarouges-emettent-elles-de-la-chaleur\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les LED infrarouges \u00e9mettent-elles de la chaleur ?\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n<p>Bien que le rayonnement infrarouge \u00e9mette de la chaleur, la plupart des applications utilisent l&rsquo;infrarouge pour ses caract\u00e9ristiques uniques d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage plut\u00f4t que pour sa chaleur. Ces applications utilisent des longueurs d&rsquo;onde infrarouges de forte puissance pour \u00e9clairer de grandes distances avec des r\u00e9solutions \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une \u00e9mission de chaleur \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la LED. Examinons de plus pr\u00e8s quelques-unes de leurs applications.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9commandes :<\/strong> les LED infrarouges sont couramment utilis\u00e9es pour les communications \u00e0 courte port\u00e9e, telles que les t\u00e9l\u00e9commandes de t\u00e9l\u00e9viseurs, de climatiseurs et d&rsquo;autres appareils \u00e9lectroniques. Les t\u00e9l\u00e9commandes contiennent une LED infrarouge qui \u00e9met des impulsions de lumi\u00e8re infrarouge non visible pour transmettre un message \u00e0 un r\u00e9cepteur.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Cam\u00e9ras de vid\u00e9osurveillance et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/strong> Presque tous les objets \u00e9mettent des radiations infrarouges ou de chaleur, d\u00e9tectables par des capteurs. L&rsquo;infrarouge est donc utile pour les applications de d\u00e9tection et de surveillance, telles que les cam\u00e9ras de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la reconnaissance automatique des plaques d&rsquo;immatriculation et les lunettes de vision nocturne. Ces cam\u00e9ras thermiques utilisent des diodes \u00e9lectroluminescentes infrarouges de grande puissance dispos\u00e9es autour de l&rsquo;objectif de la cam\u00e9ra pour capturer des images infrarouges dans des conditions de faible luminosit\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 totale. Cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9clairer une sc\u00e8ne et de la surveiller \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cam\u00e9ra.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9tecteurs de mouvement<\/strong> : les LED infrarouges sont utilis\u00e9es dans les d\u00e9tecteurs de mouvement pour rep\u00e9rer les mouvements et d\u00e9clencher des alarmes ou d&rsquo;autres actions. Ces capteurs d\u00e9tectent l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie infrarouge \u00e9mise sous forme de chaleur par les humains et les animaux. Une augmentation du niveau d&rsquo;infrarouge sera d\u00e9tect\u00e9e par le capteur, d\u00e9clenchant ainsi une r\u00e9ponse et signalant qu&rsquo;une personne s&rsquo;est approch\u00e9e dans son rayon d&rsquo;action.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9quipements m\u00e9dicaux<\/strong> : Les LED infrarouges sont utilis\u00e9es dans les \u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux, tels que les oxym\u00e8tres de pouls, pour mesurer la saturation en oxyg\u00e8ne du sang (SpO2). La mesure de l&rsquo;oxym\u00e9trie de pouls utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux longueurs d&rsquo;onde diff\u00e9rentes. La diff\u00e9rence entre l&rsquo;absorption de la lumi\u00e8re infrarouge et de la lumi\u00e8re rouge est utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne du sang. L&rsquo;oxym\u00e9trie de pouls permet \u00e9galement de d\u00e9tecter l&rsquo;apn\u00e9e du sommeil chez les patients.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Applications automobiles : <\/strong>les LED infrarouges sont utilis\u00e9es pour la d\u00e9tection dans les applications automobiles, telles que les syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection de collision et les syst\u00e8mes de surveillance du conducteur, qui sont con\u00e7us pour alerter les conducteurs de la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;objets ou de pi\u00e9tons autour de la voiture. L&rsquo;infrarouge est la solution id\u00e9ale dans ce cas, car il se base sur la chaleur pour la d\u00e9tection plut\u00f4t que sur l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Lecteurs de codes-barres<\/strong> : les LED infrarouges sont utilis\u00e9es dans les lecteurs de codes-barres. Elles dirigent les longueurs d&rsquo;onde infrarouges sur la surface du code-barres. Le lecteur mesure alors la forme et la quantit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie par le code-barres. L&rsquo;\u00e9mission lumineuse re\u00e7ue est convertie en donn\u00e9es par un d\u00e9codeur, puis transmise \u00e0 un ordinateur.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Montres connect\u00e9es et surveillance de la sant\u00e9<\/strong> : la surveillance de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une longueur d&rsquo;onde infrarouge. Une LED infrarouge \u00e9met de la lumi\u00e8re qui p\u00e9n\u00e8tre \u00e0 travers la peau et est absorb\u00e9e par les vaisseaux sanguins. La lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie et les donn\u00e9es qui en d\u00e9coulent permettent de mesurer des param\u00e8tres tels que la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, le taux d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne dans le sang et m\u00eame le taux de glucose dans le sang.
