Il se concentre sur les derni\u00e8res technologies et innovations des principaux fournisseurs du monde de l&rsquo;opto\u00e9lectronique, y compris l&rsquo;optique, les LED et les drivers de LED intelligents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Nous entendons de plus en plus parler de durabilit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;importance de r\u00e9duire le gaspillage. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, le reconditionnement des luminaires est devenu une option efficace et viable pour la modernisation des syst\u00e8mes. Inventronics (OSRAM DS) s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9 comme un expert de premier plan dans l&rsquo;adaptation des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage fluorescent existants et des anciens luminaires \u00e0 LED vers des versions plus r\u00e9centes et plus performantes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"inventronics-reduire-renover-reutiliser-restaurer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inventronics : R\u00e9duire, r\u00e9nover, r\u00e9utiliser, restaurer <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>Le reconditionnement consiste \u00e0 transformer des produits anciens en nouveaux produits am\u00e9lior\u00e9s en r\u00e9utilisant les carcasses des luminaires existants. Cette refonte des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage permet d&rsquo;augmenter les fonctionnalit\u00e9s et les niveaux de performance par rapport au syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;origine. Ainsi, les technologies des clients peuvent \u00eatre mises \u00e0 jour pour am\u00e9liorer leurs capacit\u00e9s et leurs performances, tout en garantissant des co\u00fbts de mise \u00e0 niveau moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"en-quoi-consiste-le-processus\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En quoi consiste le processus ?<\/strong>\u202f\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p>Des \u00e9valuations initiales et des enqu\u00eates sur les produits ou syst\u00e8mes existants sont men\u00e9es pour d\u00e9terminer la meilleure approche de refabrication. La qualit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;utilisabilit\u00e9 des produits actuels sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es, et les composants ou carcasses pouvant \u00eatre conserv\u00e9s et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s sont ensuite extraits et nettoy\u00e9s. Les composants endommag\u00e9s ou obsol\u00e8tes sont remplac\u00e9s. Souvent, ces processus peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur place, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les \u00e9missions de carbone, les co\u00fbts de transport et permettant de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies suppl\u00e9mentaires en mati\u00e8re de carbone. Une fois le produit retravaill\u00e9, les r\u00e9sultats finaux sont soumis \u00e0 des tests de qualit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le nouveau syst\u00e8me est alors fonctionnel et pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre mis en service.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"pourquoi-choisir-la-refabrication\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi choisir la refabrication ?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p>La remise \u00e0 neuf des luminaires existants et l&rsquo;utilisation de leurs carcasses permettent de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;impact environnemental et de diminuer les co\u00fbts de production. Le montant des achats de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pour les nouveaux produits peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit, ainsi que l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et l&rsquo;eau utilis\u00e9es dans les installations de fabrication. Le reconditionnement d&rsquo;anciens produits permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire les frais d&rsquo;\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets et de mise au rebut.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Les incidences n\u00e9gatives sur l&rsquo;environnement sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9duites gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la diminution du gaspillage et \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation de la d\u00e9carbonisation r\u00e9sultant de la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la production. Cela aide les entreprises \u00e0 assumer leur responsabilit\u00e9 sociale et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur durabilit\u00e9. De plus, le reconditionnement est plus s\u00fbr que l&rsquo;industrie du recyclage. En moyenne, le passage aux LED permet de r\u00e9duire de pr\u00e8s de 50 % la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, ce qui se traduit par une \u00e9conomie d&rsquo;environ 936 tonnes de carbone sur 5 ans. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les LED ont une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue, les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;entretien et de r\u00e9paration sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9duits.
