Prenons l&rsquo;exemple du transport ferroviaire. Certaines pi\u00e8ces \u00e9lectriques d&rsquo;un moteur, de voitures de passagers et de camions de marchandises peuvent \u00eatre mont\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et soumises \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d&rsquo;eau, d&rsquo;huile et de nombreux types diff\u00e9rents de particules de poussi\u00e8re. M\u00eame s&rsquo;ils sont mont\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une voiture, ils peuvent subir quotidiennement des chocs et de fortes vibrations. Les si\u00e8ges sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9quip\u00e9s de prises de courant et de prises USB. Des \u00e9crans d&rsquo;information indiquent le d\u00e9roulement du voyage et la probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un retard. Le Wi-Fi public, les syst\u00e8mes de chauffage et de ventilation des voitures et les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;infodivertissement en ligne occupent les passagers et rendent le voyage agr\u00e9able. Les dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 tels que les d\u00e9tecteurs de fum\u00e9e et les syst\u00e8mes de vid\u00e9osurveillance sont omnipr\u00e9sents. Les commandes de portes, les ouvre-portes et l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage de secours sont tous bas\u00e9s sur des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques aujourd&rsquo;hui, et comme tout le reste, ils ont tous besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. De plus, les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques et les alimentations associ\u00e9es sont sensibles aux variations de tension, aux interruptions et aux conditions environnementales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est probablement quelque chose que nous consid\u00e9rons tous comme acquis dans nos maisons et nos bureaux. Les coupures de courant sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement peu fr\u00e9quentes et l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une alimentation principale fiable et stable devient la norme. Cependant, pour les applications ferroviaires et autres applications de transport, la stabilit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e9lectrique ne sont pas aussi assur\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comprendre-les-defis-electriques-et-environnementaux-des-applications-ferroviaires\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprendre les d\u00e9fis \u00e9lectriques et environnementaux des applications ferroviaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 disponible dans un train provient d&rsquo;un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur fix\u00e9 \u00e0 la locomotive principale ou d&rsquo;un pantographe suspendu. Tous deux sont soumis \u00e0 des pics de tension, \u00e0 des surtensions et \u00e0 des chutes de tension, dont certaines r\u00e9sultent de la myriade d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques et \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques utilis\u00e9s pour les syst\u00e8mes de mat\u00e9riel roulant, comme le freinage. Des interruptions momentan\u00e9es de courant se produisent \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les conditions environnementales de fonctionnement constituent un autre aspect important d&rsquo;une application ferroviaire. Certains syst\u00e8mes sont mont\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, soumis \u00e0 des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques extr\u00eames, \u00e0 la pluie, \u00e0 la neige, \u00e0 la glace et aux variations de temp\u00e9rature qui en d\u00e9coulent. Les poussi\u00e8res, notamment celles qui contiennent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments conducteurs, constituent un danger particulier. M\u00eame \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la voiture des passagers, la condensation se produit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ensuite, il y a les nombreuses secousses, vibrations et forces de mouvement rapide que nous subissons tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la s\u00e9lection d&rsquo;une alimentation pour une application ferroviaire, examinons plusieurs consid\u00e9rations essentielles, \u00e0 commencer par la tension d&rsquo;alimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"sources-de-tension-ferroviaire\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sources de tension ferroviaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des alimentations ferroviaires pour les \u00e9quipements bas\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique sont en courant continu, ce qui souligne l&rsquo;application utilisant des convertisseurs DC\/DC. Comme nous l&rsquo;avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 soulign\u00e9, l&rsquo;alimentation en terminologie \u00e9lectrique est bruyante. Au fil de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques ferroviaires, des normes sont apparues qui fournissent une sp\u00e9cification relativement bien d\u00e9finie dans le cadre de laquelle une alimentation \u00e9lectrique doit fonctionner. La norme EN 50155:2017 est la principale norme couvrant la plupart des \u00e9quipements pour les caract\u00e9ristiques de tension, d&rsquo;environnement et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La norme stipule plusieurs tensions de fonctionnement nominales (Vnom), dont trois sont illustr\u00e9es \u00e0 la figure 1. La plage de tension de fonctionnement continue est color\u00e9e en gris, et la tension de \u00ab\u00a0brown out\u00a0\u00bb, essentiellement une baisse ou une chute de courte dur\u00e9e de la tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e pendant 100 ms, en rouge. Par exemple, sur la base d&rsquo;un nominal de 24 VDC, la plage de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e est de 9 VDC \u00e0 36 VDC. En dehors de ces sp\u00e9cifications, des condensateurs de maintien suppl\u00e9mentaires assurent une br\u00e8ve p\u00e9riode de fonctionnement continu et doivent survivre aux surtensions. Dans une certaine mesure, les surtensions peuvent \u00eatre supprim\u00e9es avec un calage actif, bien que l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie impliqu\u00e9e puisse \u00eatre substantielle. La norme ferroviaire RIA12 exige une immunit\u00e9 \u00e9tendue aux surtensions jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 8,5 kV d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de 100 ns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"immunite-electromagnetique-iem-compatibilite-electromagnetique-cem-et-decharges-electrostatiques-d-e-s\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Immunit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (IEM), compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (CEM) et d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (D.E.S)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Des transitoires haute tension (dV\/dt \u00e9lev\u00e9) de plusieurs milliers de volts, d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de quelques nanosecondes, peuvent facilement endommager ou perturber le fonctionnement de syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques sensibles. Ces transitoires peuvent \u00eatre rayonn\u00e9s \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiquement ou conduits par les rails d&rsquo;alimentation. La fonction d&rsquo;une alimentation doit causer des probl\u00e8mes ou interf\u00e9rer avec d&rsquo;autres \u00e9quipements. Le fonctionnement d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9lectrique ne doit pas causer de probl\u00e8mes ou interf\u00e9rer avec d&rsquo;autres \u00e9quipements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CEM consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si, par exemple, un convertisseur DC\/DC g\u00e9n\u00e8re des \u00e9missions \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques. Les normes EN 61000-4 (rayonn\u00e9es) et EN 50121-3-2 (conduites) s&rsquo;appliquent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme EN 61000-4 couvre \u00e9galement l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique aux \u00e9missions rayonn\u00e9es et conduites, aux surtensions, aux transitoires rapides \u00e0 haute tension et aux d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"chocs-vibrations-et-considerations-environnementales\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chocs, vibrations et consid\u00e9rations environnementales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chocs et les vibrations sont peut-\u00eatre les forces m\u00e9caniques les plus importantes auxquelles un convertisseur DC\/DC est expos\u00e9. La norme EN 61373 pr\u00e9voit diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories en fonction de l&#8217;emplacement de montage. Les forces mineures sont subies sur ou dans le corps du mat\u00e9riel roulant, tandis que le montage sur un ensemble d&rsquo;essieux est le plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les normes environnementales telles que la temp\u00e9rature et l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9es par la norme EN 50155, class\u00e9es en fonction de l&#8217;emplacement de montage, soit dans une cabine int\u00e9rieure, soit \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. L&rsquo;impact d&rsquo;un choc thermique soudain entre des temp\u00e9ratures fortement diff\u00e9rentes qui peut potentiellement entra\u00eener de la condensation est une autre exigence de cette norme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des passagers, les convertisseurs DC\/DC utilis\u00e9s dans les applications ferroviaires doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre conformes \u00e0 la norme EN 45545-2. Cette norme d\u00e9finit les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s pour la construction du convertisseur, la possibilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il d\u00e9clenche un incendie et son utilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-choisir-une-alimentation-pour-les-applications-ferroviaires-et-de-transport\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment choisir une alimentation pour les applications ferroviaires et de transport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Traco Power fabrique une gamme de convertisseurs DC\/DC certifi\u00e9s pour une utilisation dans les applications ferroviaires. Voir la figure 3. Les applications typiques comprennent la commande de frein et les applications de commande de commutateur\/signal. La s\u00e9rie TEP 40 UIR comprend deux variantes de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e bas\u00e9es sur des entr\u00e9es nominales de 36 VDC ou 110 VDC. Les deux versions offrent la tension de sortie nominale populaire de 5 VDC, 12 VDC, 15 VDC, 24 VDC et 48 VDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les applications ferroviaires n\u00e9cessitant des convertisseurs DC\/DC compacts, enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9gul\u00e9s et isol\u00e9s de faible puissance, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.com\/global\/?search=tmr+6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s\u00e9rie TMR 6WIR<\/a> de 6 watts constitue une solution id\u00e9ale. La s\u00e9rie mont\u00e9e sur carte utilise un format de construction de bo\u00eetier m\u00e9tallique SIP-8 pour occuper une surface minimale de carte de circuit imprim\u00e9.
