Ezt a tendenci\u00e1t t\u00f6bb, egym\u00e1ssal \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 t\u00e9nyez\u0151 magyar\u00e1zza. A v\u00e9gterm\u00e9kgy\u00e1rt\u00f3kra nagy nyom\u00e1s nehezedik, hogy term\u00e9keiket kisebb\u00e9 tegy\u00e9k, ugyanakkor n\u00f6velj\u00e9k k\u00e9pess\u00e9geiket \u00e9s funkcionalit\u00e1sukat. Ehhez folyamatosan fejleszteni\u00fck kell a saj\u00e1t technol\u00f3gi\u00e1ikat, hogy kisebb helyen is elf\u00e9rjenek. A technol\u00f3giai kutat\u00e1s \u00e9s fejleszt\u00e9s teszi ezt lehet\u0151v\u00e9; kiv\u00e1l\u00f3 p\u00e9lda erre, hogy a f\u00e9lvezet\u0151k egyre kisebb alapter\u00fcleten egyre t\u00f6bb milli\u00e1rd tranzisztort tartalmaznak. De nem a f\u00e9lvezet\u0151 az egyetlen elektronikai alkatr\u00e9sz, amelynek kisebbnek kell lennie. Manaps\u00e1g a legt\u00f6bb elektronikai alap\u00fa v\u00e9gterm\u00e9k kevesebb mint \u00f6t f\u00e9lvezet\u0151t tartalmazhat, annak ellen\u00e9re, hogy k\u00e9pess\u00e9geik \u00f3ri\u00e1si m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben megn\u00f6vekedtek. Ugyanakkor t\u00f6bb sz\u00e1z t\u00e1mogat\u00f3 \u00e9s ugyanilyen fontos alkatr\u00e9szre, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul passz\u00edv alkatr\u00e9szre (induktorok, kondenz\u00e1torok \u00e9s ellen\u00e1ll\u00e1sok) van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g.<\/p>\n\n<p>Az alkatr\u00e9szek miniat\u00fcriz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ra vonatkoz\u00f3 k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek azonban nem csak az elektronikus alkatr\u00e9szekre korl\u00e1toz\u00f3dnak. Az ipari ter\u00fcleten a gy\u00e1rban a hely sz\u0171k\u00f6s, \u00e9s az egyes termel\u00e9si eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k, \u00e9rz\u00e9kel\u0151k \u00e9s m\u0171k\u00f6dtet\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra rendelkez\u00e9sre \u00e1ll\u00f3 hely korl\u00e1tozott. K\u00f6vetkez\u00e9sk\u00e9ppen az egyes termel\u00e9si eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 gener\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1nak kisebbnek kell lennie, \u00e9s t\u00f6bb funkci\u00f3t kell biztos\u00edtania.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ez a cikk arra \u00f6sszpontos\u00edt, hogy az alkatr\u00e9szek folyamatos miniat\u00fcriz\u00e1l\u00e1sa mennyire fontos az ipari ter\u00fcleten, legyen sz\u00f3 ak\u00e1r elektronikus alkatr\u00e9szr\u0151l, ak\u00e1r ipari \u00e9rz\u00e9kel\u0151r\u0151l.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"az-alkatreszek-miniaturizalasa-teret-hodit\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Az alkatr\u00e9szek miniat\u00fcriz\u00e1l\u00e1sa teret h\u00f3d\u00edt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Az elektronikai iparban a v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s \u00e1lland\u00f3. A tranzisztor 1940-es \u00e9vek v\u00e9gi sz\u00fclet\u00e9se \u00f3ta a kutat\u00f3k a miniat\u00fcriz\u00e1l\u00e1sra \u00f6sszpontos\u00edt\u00f3 evol\u00faci\u00f3s \u00fatra l\u00e9ptek. Egy \u00e9vtizeddel k\u00e9s\u0151bb Robert Noyce a Fairchild Semiconductor c\u00e9gn\u00e9l kifejlesztette az els\u0151 n\u00e9gy tranzisztort tartalmaz\u00f3 integr\u00e1lt \u00e1ramk\u00f6rt (IC). Ha pedig a jelenlegi technol\u00f3gi\u00e1t n\u00e9zz\u00fck, m\u00e1r t\u00f6bb t\u00edzmilli\u00e1rd tranzisztort tal\u00e1lunk a legmodernebb processzorokban. A f\u00e9lvezet\u0151k egyre kisebb ter\u00fcleten t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 elhelyez\u00e9s\u00e9nek folyamata jelent\u0151sen el\u0151rehaladt. Az alkatr\u00e9sztervez\u00e9s \u00e9s -gy\u00e1rt\u00e1s ter\u00e9n el\u00e9rt fejl\u0151d\u00e9s azonban a sz\u00e9lesebb \u00e9rtelemben vett elektronikai iparnak is haszn\u00e1ra v\u00e1lt.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"a-technologiai-fejlodes-hatasa-az-elektronikus-alkatreszekre\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A technol\u00f3giai fejl\u0151d\u00e9s hat\u00e1sa az elektronikus alkatr\u00e9szekre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Az els\u0151 tranzisztor protot\u00edpusa a mai eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kh\u00f6z k\u00e9pest nagy darab volt. Ez azonban l\u00e9nyegesen kisebb volt, mint az akkori korszak \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6lt technol\u00f3gi\u00e1ja: a Braun-cs\u00f6vek. A tranzisztor nem csak kisebb volt, de a t\u00e1pfesz\u00fclts\u00e9g elrendez\u00e9se is kev\u00e9sb\u00e9 volt bonyolult, mint a Braun-cs\u00f6vek eset\u00e9ben. Emellett f\u0171t\u0151elem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl az \u00e1ramk\u00f6r nem melegedett. A m\u00e9rn\u00f6k\u00f6k m\u00e1r a korai szakaszban l\u00e1tt\u00e1k, hogy a tranzisztorok IC-be t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 integr\u00e1l\u00e1sa milyen lehet\u0151s\u00e9geket rejt mag\u00e1ban. Elkezd\u0151d\u00f6tt az az \u00fat, amelynek c\u00e9lja az IC k\u00e9pess\u00e9geinek n\u00f6vel\u00e9se a fizikai helyig\u00e9ny cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se mellett. Gordon Moore, az Intel t\u00e1rsalap\u00edt\u00f3ja h\u00edres el\u0151rejelz\u00e9se, a \u201eMoore-t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny\u201d szerint \u201eaz IC-kbe \u00e9p\u00edtett tranzisztorok sz\u00e1ma k\u00e9t\u00e9vente megdupl\u00e1z\u00f3dik\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p>A f\u00e9lvezet\u0151 IC-k tervez\u00e9se \u00e9s fejleszt\u00e9se ter\u00e9n v\u00e9gzett kutat\u00e1s \u00e9s fejleszt\u00e9s ma is vezet\u0151 szerepet t\u00f6lt be az elektronikai iparban. Az elektronikai alkatr\u00e9szek m\u00e9ret\u00e9nek cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se kih\u00edv\u00e1s el\u00e9 \u00e1ll\u00edtja az automatiz\u00e1lt gy\u00e1rt\u00f3berendez\u00e9sek gy\u00e1rt\u00f3it, hogy kisebb m\u00e9reteket alkalmazzanak. A jelenlegi fizikai m\u00e9retek elk\u00e9peszt\u0151ek. P\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a fejlett f\u00e9lvezet\u0151-feldolgoz\u00e1si csom\u00f3pont m\u00e9rete jelenleg 5 nanom\u00e9ter (nm). Ez a m\u00e9ret nem a t\u00e9nyleges tranzisztor m\u00e9ret\u00e9re vonatkozik, hanem a f\u00e9lvezet\u0151gy\u00e1rt\u00f3k haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k a tranzisztors\u0171r\u0171s\u00e9g jelz\u00e9s\u00e9re. Sz\u00e1mos okostelefon az 5 nm-es elj\u00e1r\u00e1son alapul\u00f3 IC-ket haszn\u00e1l, \u00e9s a 30 milli\u00e1rd tranzisztor sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1si teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nye az, ami lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a telefon \u00e9s az \u00f6sszes n\u00e9pszer\u0171 alkalmaz\u00e1s m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t.<\/p>\n\n<p>A tranzisztorok \u00e9s a f\u00e9lvezet\u0151 IC-k csomagol\u00e1sa a JEDEC Solid State Technology Association \u00e1ltal kezelt szabv\u00e1nyos fel\u00fcletre szerelhet\u0151 (SMT) csomagol\u00e1si el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sok szerint t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik. Ugyanez igaz a fel\u00fcletre szerelt passz\u00edv alkatr\u00e9szekre, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a kondenz\u00e1torokra, ellen\u00e1ll\u00e1sokra \u00e9s induktorokra is. A f\u00e9lvezet\u0151k zsugorod\u00e1s\u00e1val \u00e9s k\u00e9pess\u00e9geik n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9vel p\u00e1rhuzamosan az \u0151ket t\u00e1mogat\u00f3 passz\u00edv alkatr\u00e9szek m\u00e9ret\u00e9nek cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9re van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g. Ha megn\u00e9z\u00fcnk egy be\u00e1gyazott rendszertervet manaps\u00e1g, csak n\u00e9h\u00e1ny \u00f6sszetett IC-t l\u00e1thatunk. Az IC-k k\u00f6r\u00fcl azonban sok sz\u00e1z passz\u00edv alkatr\u00e9sz van elhelyezve, amelyek alapvet\u0151 fontoss\u00e1g\u00faak a m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00fckh\u00f6z.<\/p>\n\n<p>Egy p\u00e9lda a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.ch\/en\/semiconductors\/c\/cat-L2D_379524\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tranzisztorok<\/a> csomagol\u00e1si form\u00e1tum\u00e1ra: SOT23-3 (<strong>S<\/strong>mall <strong>O<\/strong>utline <strong>T<\/strong>ransistor). \u00c1ltal\u00e1ban kis jel\u0171 \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos c\u00e9l\u00fa tranzisztorokhoz haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k, h\u00e1rom csatlakoz\u00f3val rendelkezik, m\u00e9rete pedig 3\u00a0mm x 1.75 mm x 1.3 mm. Egyes IC-k a SOT-23-as csomagot is haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k, az \u201e-x\u201d jelzi a felhaszn\u00e1lt \u00e9rintkez\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1t. A SOT23-6 p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul egy hat\u00e9rintkez\u0151s IC-t jel\u00f6l.<\/p>\n\n<p>Az integr\u00e1lt \u00e1ramk\u00f6r\u00f6knek sokf\u00e9le csomagol\u00e1si konfigur\u00e1ci\u00f3ja van, n\u00e9melyik \u00f3lmozott, m\u00e1sok nem. Ak\u00e1rhogy is, mindegyik fel\u00fcletre szerelt.
