B\u00e1r a 3D nyomtat\u00e1s eredeti c\u00e9lja a gyors protot\u00edpusgy\u00e1rt\u00e1s volt, a technol\u00f3gia sz\u00e1mos m\u00e1s \u00e1gazatban is elterjedt. A 3D nyomtat\u00e1ssal t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 protot\u00edpusgy\u00e1rt\u00e1s egyszer\u0171, gyors \u00e9s megfizethet\u0151 m\u00f3dja a term\u00e9kek l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1nak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2015-ben hozt\u00e1k l\u00e9tre az <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/69669.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISO\/ASTM 52900 szabv\u00e1nyt<\/a> az addit\u00edv gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si (AM) technol\u00f3gia terminol\u00f3gi\u00e1j\u00e1nak meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1s\u00e1ra, amely az addit\u00edv alak\u00edt\u00e1s elv\u00e9t alkalmazza, \u00e9s lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi val\u00f3s, h\u00e1romdimenzi\u00f3s (3D) geometri\u00e1k l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1t az anyag fokozatos hozz\u00e1ad\u00e1s\u00e1val. Ez egy m\u00e1sik, a sztereolitogr\u00e1fi\u00e1hoz hasonl\u00f3 3D nyomtat\u00e1si elj\u00e1r\u00e1s, de gyorsabb nyomtat\u00e1si id\u0151t biztos\u00edt, mint az SLA. A DLP nyomtat\u00e1ssal hihetetlen\u00fcl r\u00e9szletes gyanta t\u00e1rgyak nyomtathat\u00f3k, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul j\u00e1t\u00e9kok, \u00e9kszerform\u00e1k, fog\u00e1szati alkalmaz\u00e1sok, d\u00edszek, figur\u00e1k, er\u0151s\u00edt\u0151k \u00e9s m\u00e1s, prec\u00edz r\u00e9szletess\u00e9g\u0171 t\u00e1rgyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"szelektiv-lezerolvasztas-slm\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Szelekt\u00edv l\u00e9zerolvaszt\u00e1s (SLM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A szelekt\u00edv l\u00e9zerolvaszt\u00e1s (SLM) amelyet Wilhelm Meiners n\u00e9met tud\u00f3s fejlesztett ki 1995-ben. A gyorsabb nyomtat\u00e1si folyamat miatt gyakran a gyors gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si technik\u00e1k k\u00f6z\u00e9 sorolj\u00e1k. Az alkatr\u00e9szek el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz az EBM nyomtat\u00f3t magas v\u00e1kuumban kell haszn\u00e1lni, hogy a f\u00e9mport r\u00e9tegr\u0151l r\u00e9tegre megolvassza. A por\u00edtott f\u00e9met az elektronok nagy energi\u00e1j\u00fa sug\u00e1rz\u00e1sa olvasztja meg.
