Az orvosi \u00e9s eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi berendez\u00e9sekre az IEC 60601-1 biztons\u00e1gi szabv\u00e1ny vonatkozik, amelynek c\u00e9lja a beteg \u00e9s az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szakemberek v\u00e9delme. Ez a k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9ny k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen fontos, ha a betegre diagnosztikai \u00e9s orvosi berendez\u00e9seket kapcsolhatnak, \u00e9s ha az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szem\u00e9lyzet elektr\u00f3d\u00e1kat helyez fel vagy a berendez\u00e9st kezeli. Az IEC 60601 biztons\u00e1gi szabv\u00e1nyt 1977-ben vezett\u00e9k be, \u00e9s az Egyes\u00fclt Kir\u00e1lys\u00e1gban, Eur\u00f3p\u00e1ban, az Egyes\u00fclt \u00c1llamokban \u00e9s Kanad\u00e1ban is elfogadt\u00e1k. B\u00e1r a szabv\u00e1ny sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben elterjedt, el\u0151fordulhatnak region\u00e1lis vagy orsz\u00e1gspecifikus \u00e9rtelmez\u00e9sek, ez\u00e9rt ha a term\u00e9k\u00e9t vil\u00e1gszerte \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edti, a legjobb, ha tiszt\u00e1zza a l\u00e9nyeges k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9geket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"az-iec-60601-es-a-kapcsolodo-terminologia-ertelmezese\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Az IEC 60601 \u00e9s a kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 terminol\u00f3gia \u00e9rtelmez\u00e9se<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A szabv\u00e1ny alapelvei a szigetel\u00e9sre, a nagyfesz\u00fclts\u00e9g elleni v\u00e9delemre \u00e9s a sziv\u00e1rg\u00f3\u00e1ramra \u00f6sszpontos\u00edtanak. Az \u00e9vek sor\u00e1n a szabv\u00e1nyt t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r fel\u00fclvizsg\u00e1lt\u00e1k, m\u00f3dos\u00edtott biztons\u00e1gi hat\u00e1r\u00e9rt\u00e9keket, \u00faj m\u0171szaki koncepci\u00f3kat bevezetve, a hat\u00e1ly\u00e1t pedig tov\u00e1bbi biztons\u00e1gi t\u00e9nyez\u0151kkel b\u0151v\u00edtett\u00e9k. A jelenlegi alapszabv\u00e1ny az IEC 60601-1 3. kiad\u00e1s, amely megtartja a kor\u00e1bbi szabv\u00e1nyok \u00f6sszes koncepci\u00f3j\u00e1t. Az \u201eElektrom\u00e1gneses zavarok, k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek \u00e9s tesztek\u201d IEC60601-1-2 kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 szabv\u00e1nyt m\u00e1r a 4. kiad\u00e1sra friss\u00edtett\u00e9k. Ezt a kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9st a vezet\u00e9k n\u00e9lk\u00fcl csatlakoztatott orvosi eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k, okostelefonok \u00e9s Wi-Fi-kapcsolatok n\u00f6vekv\u0151 sz\u00e1ma v\u00e1ltotta ki, amelyek ma m\u00e1r mindennaposak a k\u00f3rh\u00e1zakban \u00e9s az orvosi rendel\u0151kben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az IEC 60601-1 egyik k\u00f6zponti eleme a betegek \u00e9s a klinikai szem\u00e9lyzet v\u00e9delme a vesz\u00e9lyes fesz\u00fclts\u00e9gekt\u0151l a szigetel\u00e9s \u00e9s az izol\u00e1l\u00e1s r\u00e9v\u00e9n. A szabv\u00e1nyok szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l vesz\u00e9lyes fesz\u00fclts\u00e9gnek min\u0151s\u00fcl a 42,2 V feletti v\u00e1lt\u00f3- \u00e9s a 60 V feletti egyenfesz\u00fclts\u00e9g. A szigetel\u00e9si \u00e9s izol\u00e1l\u00e1si funkci\u00f3k feladata l\u00e9nyeg\u00e9ben az, hogy egy vagy t\u00f6bb g\u00e1tat biztos\u00edtsanak az emberek \u00e9s a hal\u00e1los fesz\u00fclts\u00e9gek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Az izol\u00e1l\u00e1s jellemz\u0151en fizikai t\u00e1vols\u00e1got haszn\u00e1l a v\u00e9gzetes fesz\u00fclts\u00e9gek elv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1ra, a szigetel\u00e9s pedig nem vezet\u0151 anyagokat haszn\u00e1l akad\u00e1lyk\u00e9nt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"szivargoaram\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u>Sziv\u00e1rg\u00f3\u00e1ram<\/u><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Az 1. \u00e1bra a sziv\u00e1rg\u00f3\u00e1ram (z\u00f6ld vonal) alapkoncepci\u00f3j\u00e1t szeml\u00e9lteti, amely a fesz\u00fclts\u00e9g alatt \u00e1ll\u00f3 h\u00e1l\u00f3zatr\u00f3l a t\u00e1pegys\u00e9gen \u00e9s a k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9k elektronik\u00e1j\u00e1n kereszt\u00fcl jut el a betegig vagy a kezel\u0151ig. A v\u00e9d\u0151f\u00f6ldel\u00e9s (PE) vezet\u00e9ke a k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9k minden vezet\u0151k\u00e9pes r\u00e9sz\u00e9t f\u00f6ldeli, \u00edgy a k\u00fcls\u0151 sziv\u00e1rg\u00f3\u00e1ram elker\u00fclhet\u0151, a k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9k m\u00e1s r\u00e9szeib\u0151l viszont m\u00e9g el\u0151fordulhat. Ennek t\u00f6bbf\u00e9le besorol\u00e1sa lehet att\u00f3l f\u00fcgg\u0151en, hogy mik\u00e9nt j\u00f6tt l\u00e9tre az elektromos kapcsolat a beteggel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Az alkalmazott r\u00e9szegys\u00e9gek (Applied parts \u2013 AP) meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1sa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>B (test):<\/strong> \u00c1ltal\u00e1ban nem vezet\u0151k\u00e9pes \u00e9s nem \u00e9r a beteghez; f\u00f6ldelhet\u0151. Ilyen p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az orvosi l\u00e9zer \u00e9s az MRI testszkenner.<\/li><li><strong>BF (test, lebeg\u0151): <\/strong>Elektromosan vezet\u0151 kapcsolatban van a p\u00e1cienssel. Ilyenek p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az EKG pulzusm\u00e9r\u0151k \u00e9s az ultrahangos szkennerek.<\/li><li><strong>CF (sz\u00edv, lebeg\u0151):<\/strong> K\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl \u00e9rintkezik vagy \u00e9rintkezhet a beteg sz\u00edv\u00e9vel. Az 1 x MOOP az IEC 62368-1 sz\u00e9les k\u00f6r\u0171 elektromos berendez\u00e9sbiztons\u00e1gi szabv\u00e1ny \u00e1ltal meghat\u00e1rozott \u201ealapvet\u0151\u201d elektromos szigetel\u00e9st biztos\u00edt.
