Come parte dei suoi sforzi, l&#8217;azienda ha installato pannelli fotovoltaici (PV) su tre edifici della sua sede centrale in Germania. Questo investimento permette a Diotec di sfruttare una maggiore quantit\u00e0 di energia verde, che viene poi utilizzata per la produzione di wafer, chip e dispositivi. Questo diodo \u00e8 progettato per proteggere i moduli fotovoltaici e offre una bassa caduta di tensione in avanti in modalit\u00e0 bypass e una bassa perdita inversa in modalit\u00e0 di funzionamento normale. Pertanto, la seconda innovazione green di Diotec, la tecnologia EPOS al plasma, introdotta nel 1996, viene utilizzata nella produzione di wafer e chip del Gruppo in Germania e in Slovenia. Questa tecnologia rappresenta un processo ecologico in quanto, anzich\u00e9 utilizzare sostanze chimiche tossiche, l&#8217;incisione e la passivazione vengono effettuate mediante l&#8217;utilizzo del plasma in condizioni di quasi vuoto. La tecnologia EPOS al plasma non solo permette di evitare tonnellate di acidi aggressivi, ma migliora anche la qualit\u00e0 dei componenti prodotti.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;impiego di metodi di produzione puliti \u00e8 di fondamentale importanza per Diotec, poich\u00e9 contribuisce a migliorare la qualit\u00e0 dei prodotti del Gruppo e supporta la responsabilit\u00e0 ambientale.
