EA utvikler og produserer innovative str\u00f8mforsyninger i deres tyske laboratorium. EA har ELR-serien med str\u00f8mforsyninger som er spesielt laget for testing av brenselceller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brenselceller har v\u00e6rt brukt i mange \u00e5r, men med nyere teknologiske utviklinger og globale klimainitiativer har disse sett store investeringer fra bilprodusenter som Honda, Toyota, Hyunday og Mercedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u00e5 designe og produsere brenselceller i h\u00f8y kvalitet trenger man \u00e5 karakterisere enheten og \u00e5 teste enhetens ytelse. For standby str\u00f8mstasjoner og biler m\u00e5 brenselceller monteres i stabler for \u00e5 m\u00f8te str\u00f8mkravene som er n\u00f8dvendig. Disse stablene kan genenere h\u00f8y effekt, noe som betyr at str\u00f8mforsyninger med h\u00f8y watt og elektroniske laster trengs for \u00e5 karakterisere og teste brenselcellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cellestablene kan levere godt over 10 kW str\u00f8m. Brenselceller er en form for kjemisk brensel. N\u00e5r en kjemisk reaksjon oppst\u00e5r generer denne som vanlig energi med et biprodukt som varme. Hydrogen som brukes i brenselceller kan hentes p\u00e5 flere m\u00e5ter &#8211; dampreforming av naturgass, biomasse forgasning, elektrolyse av vann eller termokjemi som solen produserer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finnes ogs\u00e5 ulike typer brenselceller, men de best\u00e5r alle av de samme elementene: en anode, en katode og en elektrolytt som lar ioner reise mellom to punkter i cellen, som vist i figur 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"hvordan-tester-du-korrisjonsresisstanse\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan tester du korrisjonsresisstanse?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den viktigste delen i en brenselcelle er resistoren. Elektrolyttmostanden bidrar mest til den totale mostanden av en brenselcelle. Polariseringsmotstanden f\u00f8lger samme reaksjon, og dobbeltlaget av kapistanse f\u00f8lger anode-elektrolytt-katode-grensesnitt. Istedenfor \u00e5 bruke m\u00e5linger for likestr\u00f8mmostand trenger man en vekselstr\u00f8m-m\u00e5ler for denne type motstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne vekselstr\u00f8m-m\u00e5leren er kjent som str\u00f8mavbrudd-metoden. Denne metoden, som navnet tilsier, skaper en str\u00f8m ved \u00e5 umiddelbart bytte lastestr\u00f8mmen til en stabil statusverdi p\u00e5 0 A. Du kan koble b\u00f8lgeformgeneratoren gjennom en bias-T til den elektroniske lasten; men bias-T er komponenter som bruker lite str\u00f8m og som ofte brukes i RF-applikasjoner. \u00c5 koble en b\u00f8lgeformgenerator med lavt str\u00f8mforbuk til en elektronisk last med h\u00f8y str\u00f8m har sine utfordringer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med deres ELR elektroniske laster l\u00f8ser EA dette problemet ved \u00e5 integrere b\u00f8lgeformgeneratoren til lasten. Ved maksimumspenning er utgangseffekten dominert av elektro-kinetiske effekter. Den sentrale delen av kurven bestemmer den line\u00e6re, ohmske motstanden utgangseffektegenskaper. Ved kurvens h\u00f8y str\u00f8m-lav spenning-punkt er de eksponsneielle egenskapene definert av energien som forbrukes ved en h\u00f8yere hastighet enn hydrogen og oksygen kan diffusere anoden og katoden kan forsyne energi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den simulerte utgangseffekten kan teste inverter- og DC-DC-ytelse ettersom lastene bruker b\u00e5de lav og h\u00f8y str\u00f8m. Resultatet indikerer hvor godt lastene kan holde p\u00e5 utgangseffekten med cellens varierende spenning. Heldigvis trenger du ikke et komplisert testoppsett med ekstern variabel motstand for \u00e5 teste invertere og DC-DC-konvertere. Det eneste du trenger er str\u00f8mforsyninger fra PSB-serien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"spar-energi-med-kjoligere-drift\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spar energi med kj\u00f8ligere drift<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e5de elektroniske laster i ELR-serien og toveis str\u00f8mforsyninger (kilde og last) fra PSB-serien kan absorbere str\u00f8m og levere denne tilbake til kraftnettet med en effektivitet p\u00e5 96%. N\u00e5r du bruker ELR-laster eller lastfunksjonen p\u00e5 PSB-utstyret, kan effektive invertere i de to instrumentene gi regenerativ energigjenvinning for \u00e5 redusere str\u00f8mkostnadene dine. \u00c5 returnere absorbert str\u00f8m til nettet sparer p\u00e5 kj\u00f8lekravene for disse instrumentene noe som har en utgangseffekt og last p\u00e5 30 kW. Instrumentene trenger en vifte med lavere kapsitet som ikke produserer mye st\u00f8y og har mindre kj\u00f8lestruktur for holde disse ved trygge operasjonstemperaturer. Dra fordeler av lavere brukskostnader og viten om at du hjelper milj\u00f8et.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"arbeid-i-alle-automatiserte-testmiljo\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbeid i alle automatiserte testmilj\u00f8<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PSB-str\u00f8mforsyninger og ERL-laster fra Elektro Automatik har flere grensesnitt som gj\u00f8r kommunikasjon og styring enkelt i noen testmilj\u00f8er. For enkel tilkobling til en PC har forsyningene og lastene USB og ethernet som standard grensesnitt. Valgfri ModBus og Profubus-grensesnitt gj\u00f8r det enkelt \u00e5 kontrollere instrumentene ved bruk av en programmerbar logisk kontroller (PLC). CAN-grensesnitt kan kobles til bilstyringssystem. Noe som betyr at disse instrumentene er mer fleksible enn andre str\u00f8mforsyninger og elektroniske laster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"oppsummering\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oppsummering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brenseltesting er en komplisert prosess som kan forenkles ved bruk av riktig verkt\u00f8y. Elektro Automatik er industriledende innen str\u00f8melektronikk og har flere l\u00f8sninger for testing av brenselceller innen bilproduksjon. Brenselceller som bruker hydrogen anses \u00e5 v\u00e6re et av de reneste brenslene og har nesten ingen utslipp. Det er viktig \u00e5 s\u00f8rge for at disse holder seg lenge og holder seg effektive
