Effektiv produksjon er avhengig av intelligente enheter som tillater tilkobling i sanntid. Disse er med p\u00e5 \u00e5 forvandle tradisjonelle sensorer og aktuatorer til intelligente komponenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forrige m\u00e5ned publiserte vi en artikkel om <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/no\/elektronikk\/hvilken-rolle-spiller-brytere-i-industry-4-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bryterens rolle i Industry 4.0<\/a>. I denne artikkelen gikk vi gjennom hvordan en elekronisk bryter med IO-Link grensesnitt gj\u00f8r det mulig \u00e5 koble maskiner og prosesslinjer digitalt til IoT. I denne artikkelen fokuserer vi p\u00e5 IO-Link og hva denne kommunikasjonsprotokollen brukes til, og g\u00e5r gjennom ulike l\u00f8sninger fra ledende produsenter for \u00e5 vise hvor viktig IO-Link er. L\u00e6r mer om hvordan IO-Link kan bist\u00e5 produsenter med overgangen til Industry 4.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"hva-betyr-io-link-i-industry-4-0\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hva betyr IO-Link i Industry 4.0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Big Data, robotikk og virtuell virkelighet blir enda mer innebygd i produksjonsprosessene, noe som betyr at disse i stadig st\u00f8rre grad digitaliseres. Tradisjonell produksjon blir til smartfabrikker hvor hver kvadratmeter er tilkoblet. Med IO-Link blir tradisjonelle sensorer &laquo;smarte&raquo; og de kan da tilkobles til ulike systemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med en IO-linksensor f\u00e5r man ikke kun rapporter om h\u00f8ye eller lave signal, man mottar ogs\u00e5 temperaturm\u00e5linger i sanntid. Tidligere var det kun mulig \u00e5 hente p\u00e5- og av-status fra sensorene. Med IO-Link har man n\u00e5 en datastruktur som b\u00e5de er tydelig og som kan leses av maskiner. Helmut B\u00f6rjes er produktansvarlig hos WAGO og forklarer det slik: &laquo;IO-Link er n\u00f8kkelen til den digitale framtiden&raquo;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>IO-Link blir stadig mer popul\u00e6rt innenfor ulike bruksomr\u00e5der, men kommunikasjonsprotokollen gj\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 mulig \u00e5 utvikle innovative sensorl\u00f8sninger. Den st\u00f8tter data og informasjon som er globalt tilgjengelig, og grunnleggende for Industry 4.0.<\/em><\/p><cite>CBN,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbn.co.za\/featured\/io-link-industry-4-0-for-everyone-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>IO-Link: Industry 4.0 for alle<\/em><\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"io-link-kommunikasjonstandard\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">IO-Link kommunikasjonstandard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IO-Link er det f\u00f8rste toveis punkt-til-punkt kommunikasjonssystemet som er standardisert. Dette gj\u00f8r at IO-Link er et veldig fleksibelt grensesnitt for datainnsamling. Den \u00e5pne kommunikasjonsstandarden gj\u00f8r at data flyter kontinuerlig fra sensoren eller aktuatoren til kontrollniv\u00e5et. Fordi det er samsvarende med vanlige industrielle arkitektuerer, som Fieldbus og industriell ethernet, kan det lett kobles til eksisterende PLCer eller HMIer ved bruk av standard kontakter uten at man trenger \u00e5 bruke ekstra kabler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er spesielt viktig at \u00e5pen informasjonsteknologi &#8211; s\u00e5kalt grensesnitteknologi &#8211; mellom sensorer\/aktuatorer og I\/O-terminalen er samsvarende med den internasjonale IO-linkstandarden, IEC 61131-9.
