Island har endret fra kull og olje til fornybare kilder som geotermisk varme og vannkraftprosjekter, blant andre. Island er kjent som &#8216;landet av flamme og is&#8217;, og landets beliggenhet gj\u00f8r at de har tilgang p\u00e5 flere fornybare energikilder. Energisektoren i Nederland fokuserer lavkarbon-energysystemer. Dette bidrar ogs\u00e5 til flere jobber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I 2021 kom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2020\/09\/sweden-energy-production-renewable-power-district-heating\/#:~:text=54%25%20of%20Sweden's%20power%20comes%20from%20renewables%2C%20and%20is%20helped,support%20a%20local%20energy%20boom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">54% av Sveriges<\/a> str\u00f8m fra fornybare kilder. 75% av elektrisiteten kommer fra: vannkraft (45%), atomkraft (30%) og vindkraft (17%), if\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/sweden.se\/climate\/sustainability\/energy-use-in-sweden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sweden.se<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"storbritannia\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Storbritannia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Den britiske regjeringen har satt igang en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/net-zero-strategy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" zero=\"\" strategy=\"\">Net Zero Strategy<\/a>, en plan med fokus p\u00e5 klimapolitikk, forslag og tverrfaglige handlinger for \u00e5 redusere karbonutslipp. If\u00f8lge kilden, er m\u00e5let at all elektrisiteten i Storbritannia i l\u00f8pet av 2035 vil komme fra fornybare kilder, og det er planer om \u00e5 plante 18 millioner tr\u00e6r innen 2030. De har ogs\u00e5 planer om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det forbudt \u00e5 selge diesel- og bensinbiler fra 2030. If\u00f8lge Finlands nasjonale energi- og klimastrategi er m\u00e5let at fornybar energi skal st\u00e5 for mer enn halvparten av landets totale energiforbruk i l\u00f8pet av 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"frankrike\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frankrike<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Frankrike er en av de globale lederne n\u00e5r det gjelder utfordringene knyttet til klima, men mye arbeid gjenst\u00e5r n\u00e5r det gjelder landets langsiktige klimam\u00e5l. Siden 2015 har Frankrike hatt et strengt regulert rammeverk i utviklingen av hydrogen. Ifjor kom nesten 20% av Frankrikes totale energiforbruk fra fornybare kilder, if\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/en\/france\/20220627-renewable-energies-on-rise-in-france-but-far-off-2030-targets\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RFI<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"tyskland\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tyskland<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyskland er en av de st\u00f8rste CO2-verstingene i EU. Landet fortsetter \u00e5 generere betraktelige utslipp sammenlignet med andre forurensere i unionen, som f.eks. Frankrike, Italia og Polend, selv om disse niv\u00e5ene har sunket omtrent 20% siden 2005, if\u00f8lge en CO2-rapport fra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/450017\/co2-emissions-europe-eurasia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Statista<\/a>. Omtrent 76% av verdens utslipp dekkes av klimam\u00e5lene som allerede er etablert av mer enn 70 land, inkludert de st\u00f8rste forurenserne: Kina, USA og EU, if\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/en\/climatechange\/net-zero-coalition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" nations=\"\">FN<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kina, USA og EU har sine egne l\u00f8sninger og m\u00e5l for fremtiden.
