Med disse systemene er prediktivt vedlikehold mye enklere da anlegg kan oppdage, analysere og l\u00f8se maskinproblemer i sanntid.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>If\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/607716\/worldwide-artificial-intelligence-market-revenues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Statista<\/a> vil det globale AI-programvaremarkedet doble verdien fra 51 milliarder dollar i 2022 til svimlende 126 milliarder dollar innen 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"hva-er-et-maskinovervakingssystem\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hva er et maskinoverv\u00e5kingssystem?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En av de st\u00f8rste ulempene i produksjon er nedetid, og dette p\u00e5virker b\u00e5de produktivitet og avkastning. Reaktivt vedlikehold betyr n\u00e5r man fikser en maskin etter at den har brutt sammen. Planlagt vedlikehold er planlegging av periodiske unders\u00f8kelser og analyser av utstyr for \u00e5 oppdage feil. Disse unders\u00f8kelsene utf\u00f8res uansett hvilken tilstand utstyret er i. N\u00e5r man utf\u00f8rer proaktivt vedlikehold inneb\u00e6rer dette en gjennomgang av analyser for \u00e5 forst\u00e5 maskinens kapasitet. Data brukes for \u00e5 ta beslutninger, men ser kun p\u00e5 faktorer som kan for\u00e5rsake maskinfeil, og overv\u00e5ker ikke eller rapporterer om maskinens tilstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er grunnen til at AI har v\u00e6rt s\u00e5 vellykket i produksjon. En smartfabrikk kan betydelig forbedre hele produksjonsprosessen, og anleggsansvarlige kan ta bedre, mer informerte beslutninger. Smartfabrikker bruker teknologier som AI, IIoT, sensorer og nettskydatabehandling for \u00e5 samle data.
