I Norge har dette v\u00e6rt ulovlig siden 2020. I denne artikkelen g\u00e5r vi gjennom \u00f8kovennlige og effektive oppvarmingssystemer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"tre-miljovennlige-oppvarmingssystemer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tre milj\u00f8vennlige oppvarmingssystemer<\/h2>\n\n<p>Takket v\u00e6re fornybare energikilder kan vi n\u00e5 hente varme fra bakken (geotermisk), luften (varmepumper) eller solen (solfangere). Hvilken metode er mest b\u00e6rekraftig?<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"1-varmepumper\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Varmepumper<\/h3>\n\n<p>Varmepumper er effektive, energibesparende enheter som overf\u00f8rer varme innend\u00f8rs fra luft, jord eller vann. Selv om varmepumper trenger str\u00f8m for \u00e5 fungere, kan de produsere omtrent tre varmeenheter for hver elektrisk enhet som brukes, noe som resulterer i store kostnadsreduksjoner.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>&laquo;Akselerert distribusjon av varmepumper, p\u00e5 linje med nasjonale klimam\u00e5l, kan redusere globale CO2-utslipp med et halvt gigatonn i l\u00f8pet av 2030.&raquo;<\/em><\/p><cite>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/the-future-of-heat-pumps\/executive-summary\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">International Energy Agency (IEA)<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<h4 id=\"varmepumper-for-luftbaren-varme\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varmepumper for luftb\u00e5ren varme<\/h4>\n\n<p>Varmepumper for luftb\u00e5ren varme henter varme fra luften utenfor og overf\u00f8rer denne innend\u00f8rs til oppvarming. Selv om denne pumpen ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis er like effektiv i kalde temperaturer, har de en god virkningsgrad.<\/p>\n\n<p>Det fins to ulike typer i denne kategorien: luft-til-luft eller vann-til-vann. Ved \u00e5 fjerne varmen p\u00e5 innsiden av huset og frigj\u00f8re denne utenfor, kan varmepumpene ogs\u00e5 brukes med reverserende effekt for avkj\u00f8le huset om sommeren.<\/p>\n\n<p>Varmepumper for luftb\u00e5ren varme er energieffektive og har lave driftskostnader, de reduserer energikostnader og bidrar til et bedre milj\u00f8.<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"vaeske-til-vann-varmepumper\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e6ske-til-vann varmepumper<\/h4>\n\n<p>V\u00e6ske-til-vann varmepumper, s\u00e5kalte berg- eller jordvarmepumper, bruker den konstante jordtemperaturen for oppvarming og avkj\u00f8ling.  Disse varmepumpene er b\u00e5de \u00f8kovennlige og effektive.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Hvordan genereres varmen? Varmepumpen henter varme fra jorden gjennom r\u00f8r under jorden. V\u00e6sken overf\u00f8rer varme fra jorden til varmepumpesystemet innend\u00f8rs. De bruker lokale vannkilder, som innsj\u00f8er, elver eller dammer, som en varmekilde. De er effektive og yter konsekvent uavhengig av endringer i temperaturen utenfor. Men de trenger tilgang til en p\u00e5litelig vannkilde, og dette er ikke alltid tilgjengelig.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"2-solfangere\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Solfangere<\/h2>\n\n<p>N\u00e5r det kommer til solkraft, tenker de fleste kanskje p\u00e5 solcellepaneler &#8211; paneler som forvandler sollys om til elektrisitet. Men det fins ogs\u00e5 et annet alternativ. Disse er kjent som solfangere.<\/p>\n\n<p>Solfangere bruker ogs\u00e5 paneler, og fanger sollys og omformer denne om til varme. Disse kan deles inn i to kategorier:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Luftsystemer<\/strong> &#8211; luften varmes direkte av sollyset og sirkulerer gjennom bygningen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Vannb\u00e5ren varme<\/strong> &#8211; vann varmes opp og kan brukes for oppvarming av hus og vann.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Solfangere er relativt enkle \u00e5 installere og er en utmerket varmekilde. Biomasse for oppvarming<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tidligere var det vanlig \u00e5 bruke olje og gass for oppvarming av oljefyren, men siden dette ble ulovlig i Norge i 2020 er det n\u00e5 vanlig \u00e5 bruke biomasse, som trepellets, landbruksavfall eller spesialavlede biomasser. Trepellets mates automatisk til biomassekjelen, og disse trenger ikke fylles opp like ofte. Vedkubber og flis kan ogs\u00e5 brukes i husholdningskjeler.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ved \u00e5 bruke denne oppvarmingsmetoden kan biomasse fyres effektivt i kjeler eller kaminer for \u00e5 produsere varmt vann eller oppvarming. Biomasse er en fornybar energikilde som kan hentes p\u00e5 en b\u00e6rekraftig m\u00e5te, i motsetning til kull.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"konklusjon\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konklusjon<\/h2>\n\n<p>If\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/heating\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IEA<\/a> blir effektive og b\u00e6rekraftige oppvarmingsteknologier mer popul\u00e6re rundt om i verden, men fossile brennstoff st\u00e5r likevel for 60% av den totale energibruken v\u00e5r. Gass og olje er fortsatt den vanligste oppvarmingsmetoden.<\/p>\n\n<p>Derfor er det grunnleggende \u00e5 bytte til et milj\u00f8vennlig oppvarmingssystem. Solfangere, varmepumper, biomasse og geotermiske systemer er alle med p\u00e5 \u00e5 tilby innovative og b\u00e6rekraftige l\u00f8sninger som enkelt kan erstatte tradisjonelle metoder.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Ved \u00e5 ta i bruk disse teknologiene, reduserer vi avhengigheten v\u00e5r av fossile brennstoff, reduserer karbonutslipp og skaper en mer b\u00e6rekraftig fremtid for kommende generasjoner.
