Varme frigj\u00f8res som et biprodukt i denne prosessen. Hoved\u00e5rsaken til LED-feil er ofte d\u00e5rlig varmebehandling. Derfor m\u00e5 man ved all bruk av LED-lamper vurdere hvor mye varme LED-lampene skaper og hvordan man skal h\u00e5ndtere denne varmen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>I motsetning til filamentgl\u00f8dep\u00e6rer utstr\u00e5ler ikke LED-lamper varme direkte fra selve LED-lampen. De leder heller varme fra PN- koblingen til varmepluggen p\u00e5 LED-pakken. Varmepluggen kobles ikke til elektrisk, men loddes til PCB. Den sitter under LED- og trekker varmen gjennom den og inn i PCB-kortet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"hva-skjer-nar-en-led-lampe-overopphetes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hva skjer n\u00e5r en LED-lampe overopphetes<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Normalt er den maksimale grensesjikttemperaturen for en standard LED-lampe rundt 150 \u00b0C. N\u00e5r LED-lamper overskrider sin optimale temperatur, kan det oppst\u00e5 full LED-svikt. Men f\u00f8r LED-svikten kan man se andre virkninger p\u00e5 LED-parametrene og ytelse. Visste du for eksempel at LED-farge og -lysstyrke er temperaturf\u00f8lsomme?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Effekter p\u00e5 dominant b\u00f8lgelengde<\/strong>. Dette er blant annet avhengig av grensesjikttemperatur. En \u00f8kning i grensesjikttemperatur kan \u00f8ke b\u00f8lgelengder, noe som vil f\u00f8re til et visst fargeskift.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Effekter p\u00e5 lysutgang<\/strong>. Det finnes en relasjon mellom grensesjikttemperatur og lysfluks. Etter hvert som temperaturer \u00f8ker, vil lysfluks falle. Ulike b\u00f8lgelengder har ulike niv\u00e5er av f\u00f8lsomhet for denne effekten, hvorav ravgul er mest f\u00f8lsom.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Effekter p\u00e5 LED-levetid<\/strong>. LED-p\u00e5litelighet er en direkte funksjon av grensesjikttemperatur. En h\u00f8yere grensesjikttemperatur f\u00f8rer ofte til en redusert LED-levetid og redusert ytelse.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Effekter p\u00e5 ledespenning<\/strong>. En av de vanligste metodene for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re dette er passiv kj\u00f8ling ved \u00e5 bruke kj\u00f8leelementer og varmegrensesnittmateriale (TIM), for \u00e5 lede den overdrevne varmen og avkj\u00f8le LED-lampene. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5ten vil den overfl\u00f8dige varmen bli ledet fra LED- til kj\u00f8leelementet, hvorp\u00e5 det deretter str\u00e5les inn i de omkringliggende omgivelsene.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"kjoling\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kj\u00f8ling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Et kj\u00f8leelement er rett og slett en blokk metall som fungerer som en passiv enhet og trekker varme bort fra en elektronisk enhet og sprer den i luften. De vanligste metallene som brukes for kj\u00f8ling er jern, aluminium og kobber. Kobber har en tendens til \u00e5 ha den h\u00f8yeste varmeledningsevnen, men er en mye dyrere l\u00f8sning. Jern har en tendens til \u00e5 ha den laveste varmeledningsevnen. Selv om aluminium fortsatt har et produktivt niv\u00e5 av varmeledningsevne for en mer kostnadseffektiv pris. Formen og designen til et kj\u00f8leelement er ogs\u00e5 n\u00f8kkelfaktorer for \u00e5 muliggj\u00f8re kj\u00f8leeffekten. Et kj\u00f8leelement med ekstruderte finner har et st\u00f8rre overflateomr\u00e5de enn et uten. Dette betyr at varme kan str\u00e5les bort mer effektivt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"hvordan-tim-forsterke-fordelene-ved-kjoling\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvordan TIM forsterke fordelene ved kj\u00f8ling <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Varmegrensesnittmateriale (TIM)<strong> <\/strong>fyller luftlommene mellom overflatene av kj\u00f8leelementet og overflaten til LED PCB. Gjennom \u00e5 gj\u00f8re dette danner TIM et kontinuerlig lag for \u00e5 lede varme mer effektivt bort fra LED-lampen til kj\u00f8leelementet. Dermed kan bruken ytterligere \u00f8ke fordelene ved et kj\u00f8leelement og muliggj\u00f8re effektiv drift av LED-lamper i lengre tid.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>For \u00e5 vise denne effekten i praksis tok vi en 1 LED Powerstar festet til et kj\u00f8leelement og betjente den i 30 minutter. Etter at denne tiden hadde g\u00e5tt, brukte vi et <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/no\/baerekraftighet\/3-mater-termiske-kameraer-kan-spare-energi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">varmekamera<\/a> til \u00e5 m\u00e5le temperaturen p\u00e5 kj\u00f8leelementet for \u00e5 fastsl\u00e5 hvor mye varme som hadde blitt trukket i det. Deretter gjentok vi \u00f8velsen med det samme oppsettet, men brukte TIM mellom kj\u00f8leelementet og Powerstar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Fra \u00f8yeblikksbildet nedenfor er det tydelig at mer varme har blitt trukket inn i kj\u00f8leelementet n\u00e5r TIM har blitt brukt.
