I dag er fokuset p\u00e5 termokamera i elbiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"bruk-av-termokamera-i-produksjon-av-elbiler\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bruk av termokamera i produksjon av elbiler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u00e5 forhindre overoppheting og potensielle branner brukes termokameraer til \u00e5 overv\u00e5ke temperaturen p\u00e5 elbilbatteriene. For \u00e5 konstruere en robust batteripakke til elbiler m\u00e5 litiumcellene sveises sammen med stor n\u00f8yaktighet.  Likevel kan d\u00e5rlig sveisearbeid f\u00f8re til defekter i sluttproduktet. Ved hjelp av termografi for batteritesting kan teknikere raskt identifisere defekte sveiser ved \u00e5 overv\u00e5ke sm\u00e5 temperaturvariasjoner langs sveises\u00f8mmen, noe som forbedrer brannforebyggende tiltak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"cellelekkasje\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cellelekkasje<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e5de fysiske elektrolyttlekkasjer og energilekkasjer p\u00e5 grunn av elektriske feil kan sette elbilens sikkerhet og effektivitet p\u00e5 spill. Disse cellene viser ofte mindre temperaturavvik under evalueringene. Som en integrert del av termiske sikkerhetsprosedyrer kan termokamera enkelt fange opp disse variasjonene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"lading-og-utlading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lading og utlading<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperaturkontroll er avgj\u00f8rende under lade- og utladningsfasene av elbilbatterier, der temperaturen potensielt kan stige med 5-6 \u00b0C. Termografering muliggj\u00f8r ber\u00f8ringsfri temperaturoverv\u00e5king av litiumbatterier, noe som gir presise m\u00e5linger av overflatetemperaturen i disse kritiske fasene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"infrarod-teknologi\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Infrar\u00f8d teknologi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Infrar\u00f8d teknologi spiller en avgj\u00f8rende rolle i brannsikring, men har sine begrensninger, og kan for eksempel ikke trenge gjennom glass.
