Forsyningsmangelen vil ingen ende ta og har mange \u00e5rsaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektronikkindustrien utvikler seg i et lynraskt tempo. Ny teknologi blir utviklet, og forbrukerprodukter blir raskere erstattet og har kortere levetid. Mange produkter, for eksempel biler, blir konstruert med smartere teknologi. fire kondensatortypene har noen felles fordeler:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stabilitet: stabil temperatur under belastning, stabil DC-forspenning, generelt stabile egenskaper.<\/li><li>St\u00f8rrelse: \u00c9n polymerkondensator kan erstatte flere MLCC-er.<\/li><li>Sikkerhet: polymerkondensatoren har en feilmodus for kortslutning som \u00f8ker sikkerheten for kretskort.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Shahrokh Kananizadeh, europeisk produktsjef for kondensatorer i Panasonic, har sagt f\u00f8lgende om produktene:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Dielektrisitetskonstanten endres ikke n\u00e5r spenningen endres \u2013 dette er den st\u00f8rste fordelen ved polymerkondensatorer (SP-Cap-er). De er sv\u00e6rt allsidige og egnet for de fleste bruksomr\u00e5der. Polymerkondensatorer er derimot ikke like allsidig, og bruksomr\u00e5dene deres m\u00e5 defineres n\u00f8ye. N\u00e5r du imidlertid finner en egnet polymerkondensator, gir den ofte bedre, langvarig og stabil ytelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den st\u00f8rste ulempen med polymerkondensatorer er at de er polariserte. Dette utelukker bruk i kretser hvor det kan oppst\u00e5 sperrespenning eller et AC-signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"bytte-til-polymerkondensatorer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bytte til polymerkondensatorer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du vurderer \u00e5 bytte til polymerkondensatorer, m\u00e5 du definere behovene dine i henhold til f\u00f8lgende kriterier:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"spenning\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spenning:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>MLCC-kondensatorer er spesifisert ved 0\/1 V \u2013 den faktiske kapasitansen reduseres med \u00f8kende p\u00e5trykt spenning. Polymerkondensatorer er stabile n\u00e5r spenning tilf\u00f8res, men du m\u00e5 regne med en reduksjon p\u00e5 10\u201320 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"nodvendig-kapasitans\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">n\u00f8dvendig kapasitans:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du m\u00e5 kjenne til kapasitansen til \u00e9n MLCC-kondensator i sammenheng med bruksomr\u00e5de (tilf\u00f8rt spenning, frekvens og aldring) og antallet parallelle kondensatorer for \u00e5 beregne den totale nettokapasiteten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"rippelstrom\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">rippelstr\u00f8m:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Polymerkondensatorer kan enkelt h\u00e5ndtere rippelstr\u00f8mmer p\u00e5 opptil to til tre Arms (h\u00f8yere rippelkrav med ensifrede ESR-produkter eller stablet konstruksjon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"driftsfrekvens-driftstemperatur-maksimal-hoyde\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">driftsfrekvens, driftstemperatur, maksimal h\u00f8yde:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Polymerkondensatorer er litt st\u00f8rre enn MLCC-er, men erstatter flere MLCC-er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"kostnader-for-komplett-losning\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">kostnader for komplett l\u00f8sning:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Polymerkondensatoren kan v\u00e6re dyrere hvis du bare bruker noen f\u00e5 MLCC-er, men siden den erstatter flere MLCC-er, sparer du vanligvis penger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shahrokh Kananizadeh i Panasonic pr\u00f8vde \u00e5 forenkle temaet ESR for oss med en generell veiledning til impedans og ESR-frekvens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Jo lavere impedans eller ESR-verdi kondensatoren har, jo mer nyttig er den for utjevning n\u00e5r den brukes i en krets. MLCC-er har lavest ESR og impedans, men SP-Cap-er ligger ikke langt unna. N\u00e5r du skal velge kondensatorer, er det viktig \u00e5 vurdere frekvensresponsen og egenresonansfrekvensen.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Det er sv\u00e6rt viktig at cap-ene brukes ved en lavere frekvens enn egenresonansfrekvensen. Vi anbefaler imidlertid ikke \u00e5 gj\u00f8re dette siden fordelene ved polymerteknologien ikke blir effektivt utnyttet med en 1 : 1-erstatning. Generelt sett er det lurt \u00e5 vurdere polymer i f\u00f8lgende tilfeller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>nettokapasitans &gt;= 10 \u03bcF (for bruksspenninger p\u00e5 opptil 14,4 V)<\/li><li>0,68\u201310 \u03bcF (ved bruksspenninger p\u00e5 45 V og h\u00f8yere)<\/li><li>bruksspenninger p\u00e5 opptil 67,5 V (60 V for t\u00f8ffe forhold)<\/li><li>frekvenser p\u00e5 opptil 1 MHz<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Andre brukstilfeller er imidlertid ogs\u00e5 mulige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shahrokh:<\/strong>&nbsp;P\u00e5 grunn av husst\u00f8rrelsen og fordelene ved polymer sammenlignet med MLCC-er, er endring i konstruksjon n\u00f8dvendig. En slik endring er imidlertid alt i alt en fordel ettersom det sparer plass p\u00e5 kretskort og reduserer kostnader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distrelec:<\/strong>&nbsp;Hvordan er de globale ressursene for polymerkondensatorer? Hvordan er produksjonsanleggene? Vil det snart oppst\u00e5 en mangel hvis vi begynner \u00e5 bruke dem over hele verden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Matthias:<\/strong>&nbsp;KEMET planlegger \u00e5 \u00f8ke produksjonskapasiteten for tantalpolymer innen mars 2020 med over 50 % sammenlignet med mars 2018. Den \u00e5rlige ettersp\u00f8rselen ligger p\u00e5 rundt 1100 tonn verden over, og reservene er p\u00e5 mer enn 100 000 tonn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shahrokh:<\/strong>&nbsp;Panasonic har en egen fabrikk og et FoU for hver polymerkondensator i Japan. Det finnes en annen kilde for SP-Cap og POSCAP utenfor Japan i tilfelle naturkatastrofer og leveringsproblemer, s\u00e5 vi forventer ingen mangler p\u00e5 n\u00e5v\u00e6rende tidspunkt. Vi vurderer enda en forsyningskilde for OSCON og Hybrid, men for \u00f8yeblikket har vi mer enn nok kapasitet i p\u00e5vente av vekst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distrelec:<\/strong>&nbsp;Tantal regnes som en konfliktressurs. Hvilke land f\u00e5r KEMET tantalet sitt fra?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Matthias:<\/strong>&nbsp;KEMET er den eneste produsenten av tantalpolymer og MnO2-kondensatorer som er helt konfliktfri, if\u00f8lge SECs lov om konfliktmineraler, del 1502 i Dodd-Frank-loven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi henter bare ut sertifisert, konfliktfritt materiale.
