Dessa kondensatorer erbjuder exceptionella energi-vikt-egenskaper &#8211; se figur 1 &#8211; och h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att bli ett framv\u00e4xande alternativ f\u00f6r lagring av energi inom transport. Med sin h\u00f6ga effektt\u00e4thet, snabba laddning och h\u00f6ga urladdningsstr\u00f6megenskaper m\u00f6ter ultrakondensatorer kraven p\u00e5 motorstart, toppbelastningskapacitet och regenerativ energilagring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ultrakondensatorer och deras l\u00e4mplighet f\u00f6r transportsystem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Superkondensatorer och ultrakondensatorer \u00e4r h\u00f6gkapacitetskondensatorer med kapacitansv\u00e4rden p\u00e5 tiotals eller hundratals Farad. Kapacitansomr\u00e5det f\u00f6r ultrakondensatorer str\u00e4cker sig vanligtvis l\u00e4ngre, till tusentals Farad. En por\u00f6s elektrod med aktivt kol har stor yta och h\u00f6g laddningsseparation genom ett tunt elektrolytskikt och skapar en elektrisk dubbelskiktskondensator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transportanv\u00e4ndningsfall f\u00f6r ultrakondensatorer inkluderar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>System f\u00f6r \u00e5tervinning av bromsenergi f\u00f6r tunnelbanet\u00e5g och sp\u00e5rvagnar.<\/li><li>Integrering med batterier f\u00f6r h\u00f6g prestanda.<\/li><li>L\u00e5gtemperaturstart f\u00f6r diesellok.<\/li><li>Lastbalansering f\u00f6r flera vagnsdrivenheter under snabb acceleration.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r motorstart kan ultrakondensatorer leverera den omedelbara toppbelastningskapacitet som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att starta en dieselmotor, vilket f\u00f6rl\u00e4nger batteriets livsl\u00e4ngd och minskar kostnaderna f\u00f6r underh\u00e5ll och utbyte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exempel p\u00e5 ultrakondensatorer fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.ch\/en\/manufacturer\/spscap\/man_spsc?page=1&amp;pageSize=50#productsCount\">SPSCAP<\/a> inkluderar SCE- och SCP-serierna med l\u00e5gt ESR, cylindriska delar med h\u00f6g driftcykel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SCE-serien &#8211; se figur 2 &#8211; har kapacitans i intervallet 100 F till 800 F, med varianter f\u00f6r svetsbara eller g\u00e4ngade avslutningar i ena \u00e4nden. Med svetsbar terminering i b\u00e4gge \u00e4ndar och en arbetscykel p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 1 000 000, passar den energi\u00e5tervinningsl\u00f6sningar, lokmotorstart och hybriddrivlinor. SCP2000 m\u00e4ter 60.8 mm x 108.4 mm och v\u00e4ger 402 g. Den har arbetstemperaturintervall fr\u00e5n -40 \u00b0C till +65 \u00b0C. Maximal toppstr\u00f6m \u00e4r \u00f6ver 2000 A, och den maximala kontinuerliga str\u00f6mkapaciteten vid \u220640 \u00b0C (temperatur\u00f6kning 40 \u00b0C) \u00e4r 208 A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nya ut\u00f6kningar till SPSCAP-serien ultrakondensatorer inkluderar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.de\/en\/ultra-capacitors-cdcl-spscap\/pf\/3037721\">CDCL<\/a>&#8211; och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.de\/en\/ultra-capacitor-432f-7v-spscap-cdcm0432c0-0002r7shz\/p\/30180890?q=&amp;pos=1&amp;origPos=1&amp;origPageSize=50&amp;track=true\">CDCM<\/a>-ultrakondensatorer. De nya produkterna omfattar en rad olika kapacitansv\u00e4rden, 2.85 VDC arbetssp\u00e4nning och kompakta dimensioner. Till exempel best\u00e5r CDCL-familjen av fem ultrakondensatorer med v\u00e4rdena 650 F, 1200 F, 1500 F och 3000 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r popul\u00e4ra applikationer, s\u00e5som l\u00e5gtemperaturmotorstart, ger en f\u00e4rdigmonterad ultrakondensatormodul en snabb och enkel metod f\u00f6r implementering. Ett exempel \u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.de\/en\/engine-start-module-300f-24v-spscap-mdcl0300c0-0028r5shz\/p\/30238175\">MDLC0300C0<\/a>, 300 F, 24 V konstruerad i en robust IP65 batteriliknande profil.
