Vilka tror du \u00e4r nyckelfaktorerna f\u00f6r att driva den h\u00e4r branschen fram\u00e5t?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I samband med Industry 4.0 och IIoT f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras kraven p\u00e5 kontrollniv\u00e5n dramatiskt. \u00c5 ena sidan \u00f6kar efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 decentraliserade styrenheter kraftigt, och \u00e5 andra sidan integreras helt andra applikationer successivt i n\u00e4tverk p\u00e5 h\u00f6gre niv\u00e5. Decentraliserade l\u00f6sningar blir allt viktigare och \u00f6kar kraftigt efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 billiga, skalbara och industriella kontroller samt intelligenta noder, till exempel f\u00f6r att ansluta enheter till molnet. Anv\u00e4ndaren kan till exempel anv\u00e4nda det medf\u00f6ljande operativsystemet (OS) eller utveckla och installera sitt eget system \u2013 n\u00e4stan vilket operativsystem som helst kan installeras som k\u00f6rs p\u00e5 ARM- eller Raspberry Pi-basis. F\u00f6r storvolymkunder eller OEM-f\u00f6retag erbjuder vi att skapa en skr\u00e4ddarsydd mjukvaru-image under produktionen och att anpassa enhetens utsida till deras egen f\u00f6retagsidentitet. Med CODESYS som mjukvara kan v\u00e5ra RevPi-modeller till och med anv\u00e4ndas som PLC:er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Vilka nyheter kan vi f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta oss 2022?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revolution Pi 4, baserad p\u00e5 Raspberry Pi Foundations CM 4, f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas lanseras i slutet av 2022. Vilka tycker du f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet \u00e4r de mest utmanande aspekterna av att arbeta i den h\u00e4r branschen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inom omr\u00e5det h\u00e5rdvaruutveckling orsakar allokering utmaningar f\u00f6r oss. F\u00f6r nya tester och konstruktioner \u00e4r vi d\u00e4rf\u00f6r alltid beroende av aktuella leveranstider. \u00c4ven om vi f\u00f6rbinder oss till ett chip under utvecklingen kan vi inte alltid garantera att det kommer att vara tillg\u00e4ngligt vid produktionstillf\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e4remot begr\u00e4nsas mjukvaruutveckling s\u00e4llan av marknaden. H\u00e4r st\u00e4ller rekryteringssituationen till allt mer problem. Sedan pandemins b\u00f6rjan har arbetsmarknaden f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats n\u00e5got, eftersom fler och fler f\u00f6retag erbjuder m\u00f6jligheten till hemmakontor. Det g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rare f\u00f6r oss att v\u00e4xa eftersom vi \u00e4r i mycket st\u00f6rre konkurrens med stora f\u00f6retag nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Hur tycker du att s\u00e4kerhetsproblem har tagits upp?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det helt\u00e4ckande s\u00e4kerhetskonceptet \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt viktigt f\u00f6r KUNBUS, eftersom RevPi ska vara s\u00e5 flexibel som m\u00f6jligt och kunna anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r en m\u00e4ngd olika applikationer, utan att vi beh\u00f6ver k\u00e4nna till v\u00e5ra kunders respektive anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den i detalj. V\u00e5ra kunder kan till exempel utveckla sin egen image f\u00f6r applikationerna. Vad deras programvara g\u00f6r exakt kan vi bara gissa, men vi vet inte exakt. Till exempel letar klassiska mjukvaruf\u00f6retag efter plattformar f\u00f6r att flytta sina applikationer bort fr\u00e5n molnarkitekturer till kanten och n\u00e4rmare kunden. Dessutom forts\u00e4tter Ethernet-baserad f\u00e4ltbusskommunikation att spridas, till exempel OPC UA eller molnuppkoppling. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r b\u00e5de h\u00e5rdvaran f\u00f6r bas- och I\/O-modulerna s\u00e5v\u00e4l som programvaran f\u00f6r Revolution Pi \u00f6ppen k\u00e4llkod.
