PLC:er styr analoga och digitala sensorer, en m\u00e4ngd av st\u00e4lldon och kommunicerar genom komplicerade gr\u00e4nssnitt i olika protokoll.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLC:er \u00e4r nu popul\u00e4ra i digitala applikationer, tack vare det industriella Internet of Things (IIoT). Den programmerbara logiska styrenheten anv\u00e4nds ofta i industrier f\u00f6r att utf\u00f6ra sekventiella och upprepande processer. Nya PLC:er spelar en viktig roll i Industry 4.0 och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar framg\u00e5ngsrikt fabrikers anl\u00e4ggningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"cnvs-block-toc cnvs-block-toc-1719921796815\" >\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"vad-anvands-plc-system-till\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad anv\u00e4nds PLC-system till?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som du redan vet \u00e4r en programmerbar logisk styrenhet, vanligen f\u00f6rkortad till PLC, en elektronisk enhet som styr driften av en maskin eller process och \u00e4r uppbyggd av halvledare. PLC:er kan ta emot indata och vidarebefordra driftinstruktioner via sina utg\u00e5ngar. En PLC \u00e4r vanligtvis kompakt och har en nyckelroll i att automatisera viktiga processer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tre huvudroller f\u00f6r programmerbara logikstyrningar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>att \u00f6vervaka och kontrollera industriella  automationsprocesser;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>att utf\u00f6ra uppgifter relaterade till provning och  m\u00e4tning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00f6r att utf\u00f6ra processtypsfunktioner, s\u00e5som de som anv\u00e4nds med HVAC-system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att utf\u00f6ra dessa funktioner \u00e4r varje PLC utrustad med sensorer och\/eller andra inmatningsenheter, genom vilka den tar emot de data som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att styrenheten ska kunna fatta beslut utifr\u00e5n logik.
