De utnyttjar vindens energi och omvandlar den till elektricitet. Vingarna drivs runt av vinden och driver en turbin&nbsp; som skapar energi. Ju mer vind det \u00e4r, desto mer el genereras. &nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vindtekniken \u00e4r fortfarande under utveckling, vilket ger innovationer som skiljer sig fr\u00e5n traditionella vindkraftverk. F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande \u00e4r den h\u00f6gsta vindkraftturbinen den kinesiska modellen MingYang Smart Energy. Det \u00e4r ett st\u00f6rre vindkraftverk till havs \u00e4n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ge.com\/renewableenergy\/wind-energy\/offshore-wind\/haliade-x-offshore-turbine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GE Haliade-X<\/a> (l\u00e4s nedan).
