F\u00f6r medicinsk, h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rdsutrustning g\u00e4ller s\u00e4kerhetsstandarden IEC 60601-1, som \u00e4r utformad f\u00f6r att skydda patienten och v\u00e5rdpersonalen. Detta krav \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt relevant n\u00e4r diagnostisk och medicinsk utrustning kan f\u00e4stas p\u00e5 patienten och n\u00e4r sjukv\u00e5rdspersonal applicerar elektroder eller anv\u00e4nder utrustningen. En viktig aspekt av IEC 60601 \u00e4r att den inte bara g\u00e4ller sj\u00e4lva utrustningen utan \u00e4ven str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om det till exempel \u00e4r fr\u00e5ga om en b\u00e4rbar bildsk\u00e4rm som anv\u00e4nder ett externt n\u00e4taggregat som ansluts till ett eluttag, m\u00e5ste n\u00e4taggregatet uppfylla specifikationen. Praktiskt taget all utrustning f\u00f6r bildbehandling, diagnostik och \u00f6vervakning omfattas av specifikationen, fr\u00e5n stora MRT-anl\u00e4ggningar till hj\u00e4rtfrekvensmonitorer vid s\u00e4ngkanten. Utrustningen, inklusive n\u00e4taggregat och tillbeh\u00f6r, bed\u00f6ms som en hel enhet. S\u00e4kerhetsstandarden IEC 60601 inf\u00f6rdes 1977 och har antagits i Storbritannien, Europa, USA och Kanada. \u00c4ven om standarden \u00e4r allm\u00e4nt anv\u00e4nd kan det finnas regionala eller landsspecifika tolkningar av standarden, s\u00e5 om din produkt kan komma att skickas \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att klarg\u00f6ra eventuella avg\u00f6rande skillnader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"forsta-iec-60601-och-tillhorande-terminologi\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00f6rst\u00e5 IEC 60601 och tillh\u00f6rande terminologi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Standardens grundprinciper fokuserar p\u00e5 isolation, skydd mot h\u00f6g sp\u00e4nning och l\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m. Under \u00e5rens lopp har standarden genomg\u00e5tt flera revideringar, med f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade s\u00e4kerhetsgr\u00e4nser, nya tekniska begrepp och en utvidgning av till\u00e4mpningsomr\u00e5det till att omfatta ytterligare s\u00e4kerhetsfaktorer. Den nuvarande grundstandarden \u00e4r IEC 60601-1 3:e upplagan, som beh\u00e5ller alla koncept fr\u00e5n tidigare standarder. S\u00e4kerhetsstandarden IEC60601-1-2 f\u00f6r &#8221;Elektromagnetiska st\u00f6rningar, krav och tester&#8221; har redan uppdaterats till 4:e utg\u00e5van. Detta till\u00e4gg har f\u00f6ranletts av den \u00f6kande m\u00e4ngden tr\u00e5dl\u00f6st anslutna medicinska apparater, smartphones och Wi-Fi-anslutningar som nu \u00e4r vanliga p\u00e5 sjukhus och medicinska kliniker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skydd, genom isolering och isolation, av patienter och klinisk personal fr\u00e5n farliga sp\u00e4nningar \u00e4r en central del av IEC 60601-1. Ur standardperspektiv \u00e4r en farlig sp\u00e4nning en sp\u00e4nning \u00f6ver 42,2 VAC eller 60 VDC. Isolations- och isoleringsskyddsfunktioner har i huvudsak till uppgift att tillhandah\u00e5lla en eller flera barri\u00e4rer mellan m\u00e4nniskor och de d\u00f6dliga sp\u00e4nningarna. Isolation anv\u00e4nder vanligtvis fysiskt avst\u00e5nd f\u00f6r att separera d\u00f6dliga sp\u00e4nningar, och isolering inneb\u00e4r att icke-ledande material anv\u00e4nds som barri\u00e4rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"lackstrom\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u>L\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m<\/u><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Figur 1 illustrerar det grundl\u00e4ggande konceptet med en l\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m (gr\u00f6n linje) fr\u00e5n det sp\u00e4nningsf\u00f6rande eln\u00e4tet via str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen och enhetens elektronik till patienten eller operat\u00f6ren. En PE-anslutning (skyddsjord) jordar alla ledande delar av enheten och undviker extern l\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m, men det kan fortfarande uppst\u00e5 l\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m fr\u00e5n andra delar av enheten. Isolering mot farliga sp\u00e4nningar definieras ocks\u00e5 som funktionell (n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig), skyddande (endast klass I), grundl\u00e4ggande (enkel), dubbel (tv\u00e5 oberoende metoder), kompletterande (enkel plus extra) eller f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkt (ett lager men likv\u00e4rdigt med dubbelt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Klass I-produkt:<\/strong> Denna produkt har minst en niv\u00e5 av grundl\u00e4ggande isolering och en ytterligare form av skydd som tillhandah\u00e5lls av en jordanslutning.<\/li><li><strong>Klass II-produkt:<\/strong> Denna produkt har ingen skyddande jordanslutning och m\u00e5ste ha tv\u00e5 lager isolering &#8211; dubbla eller f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkta.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I IEC 60601 finns det gr\u00e4nser f\u00f6r tre olika typer av l\u00e4ckstr\u00f6mmar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Jordl\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m:<\/strong> \u00e4r str\u00f6m som g\u00e5r fr\u00e5n enheten genom skyddsjorden i en klass I-produkt.<\/li><li><strong>Ber\u00f6ringsl\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m: <\/strong>\u00e4r str\u00f6m som flyter genom patienten eller operat\u00f6ren om de r\u00f6r vid enheten.<\/li><li><strong>Patientl\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m:<\/strong> \u00e4r str\u00f6m som flyter genom patienten via en applicerad del, dvs. inte patienten som hanterar den medicinska utrustningen. Det finns flera olika klassificeringar beroende p\u00e5 hur en elektrisk anslutning g\u00f6rs till patienten.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicerade delar (AP) definieras som:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>B (body):<\/strong> Inte normalt ledande och kan frig\u00f6ras fr\u00e5n patienten; kan vara ansluten till jord. Exempel p\u00e5 detta \u00e4r medicinska lasrar och MRT-skannrar.<\/li><li><strong>BF (body floating): <\/strong>Har ledande kontakt med patienten. Exempel p\u00e5 detta \u00e4r EKG-hj\u00e4rtm\u00e4tare och ultraljudsskannrar.<\/li><li><strong>CF (cardiac floating):<\/strong> Har eller kan ha direkt kontakt med patientens hj\u00e4rta. N\u00e4taggregaten finns \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden i olika typer av utrustning, fr\u00e5n b\u00e4rbara PET-skannrar, patientmonitorer och tandl\u00e4karapparater till stora MRI-, r\u00f6ntgen- och CT-anl\u00e4ggningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4taggregaten finns i olika format, inklusive \u00f6ppen ram, inkapslade-\/kretskortsmonterade, slutna och v\u00e4ggmonterade adaptrar. Alla markerade n\u00e4taggregat uppfyller de senaste standarderna IEC 60601. De uppfyller ocks\u00e5 standarden EN55011 klass B f\u00f6r ledd och utstr\u00e5lad elektromagnetisk st\u00f6rning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"tdk-lambda-wmm30-serien\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u>TDK-Lambda WMM30-serien<\/u><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En serie plug-in-v\u00e4ggmonterade AC\/DC-aggregat med en enda utg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 25 till 30 W klass II med 2 x MOPP-isolering som \u00e4r l\u00e4mpliga f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndning med B- och BF-applicerade delar.
