Fordon, arkitektur, teknik, konstruktion (AEC), industridesign, utbildning, tandv\u00e5rd, medicin, milit\u00e4r, flyg, kl\u00e4der, glas\u00f6gon, konst och smycken, livsmedel och m\u00e5nga andra anv\u00e4nder additiv tillverkningsteknik f\u00f6r b\u00e5de prototyptillverkning och distribuerad tillverkning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dag kommer vi att ta upp n\u00e5gra av till\u00e4mpningarna av 3D-utskrift genom att visa upp l\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r forskare, l\u00e4rare och ingenj\u00f6rsstudenter, lyfta fram f\u00f6rdelarna med 3D-utskrift och beskriva dess vanligaste anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"cnvs-block-toc cnvs-block-toc-1661950255631\" >\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"additiv-tillverkning-och-tillhorande-terminologi\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additiv tillverkning och tillh\u00f6rande terminologi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Termen additiv tillverkning (AM, Additive Manufacturing) avser ett tredimensionellt fast f\u00f6rem\u00e5l av i princip vilken form som helst som kan skapas fr\u00e5n en digital modell. Det inneb\u00e4r att man applicerar tunna lager av flytande, pulveriserad plast eller metall och sedan sammanfogar dessa lager f\u00f6r att skapa ett objekt <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En annan term som r\u00f6r additiv tillverkning \u00e4r &#8221;3D-utskrift av prototyper&#8221;. Vi n\u00e4mnde det i inledningen, det kallas ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r &#8221;rapid prototyping&#8221; och \u00e4r en process d\u00e4r man skapar olika delar av flera materialskikt. 3D-utskriftsprototyper \u00e4r ett enkelt, snabbt och prisv\u00e4rt s\u00e4tt att skapa produkter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5r 2015 skapades <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/69669.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISO\/ASTM 52900 standard<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/69669.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a> f\u00f6r att definiera den terminologi som anv\u00e4nds inom tekniken f\u00f6r additiv tillverkning (AM), som anv\u00e4nder sig av principen om additiv formning och g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att bygga verkliga tredimensionella geometrier (3D) genom att l\u00e4gga till material gradvis. Det finns olika 3D-utskriftsmetoder som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att bygga 3D-strukturer och objekt, och vissa \u00e4r mer popul\u00e4ra \u00e4n andra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stereolitografi (SLA)<\/li><li>Sm\u00e4lt p\u00e5lagrad modellering (FDM, Fused Deposition Modeling)<\/li><li>Selektiv lasersintring (SLS, Selective Laser Sintering) <\/li><li>Digital ljusbehandling (DLP, Digital Light Processing)<\/li><li>Selektiv lasersm\u00e4ltning (SLM, Selective Laser Melting)<\/li><li>Sm\u00e4ltning med elektronstr\u00e5le (EBM, Electron Beam Melting)<\/li><li>Tillverkning av laminerade f\u00f6rem\u00e5l (LOM, Laminated object manufacturing)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"stereolitografi\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stereolitografi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SLA \u00e4r en av de \u00e4ldsta processerna f\u00f6r 3D-utskrift och uppfanns av Chuck Hull 1986. Det \u00e4r en perfekt metod f\u00f6r mekanikingenj\u00f6rer som vill bekr\u00e4fta om en del kan passa in i deras konstruktion. Stereolitografi \u00e4r dock inte bara anv\u00e4ndbart f\u00f6r ingenj\u00f6rer; om du vill skriva ut en plastprototyp av ett projekt \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 en utm\u00e4rkt teknik.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hur fungerar en SLA-skrivare? SLA-skrivare fungerar inte som vanliga bordsskrivare. De arbetar med ett \u00f6verskott av flytande plast som efter h\u00e4rdning och formning bildar ett fast f\u00f6rem\u00e5l. En del av skrivaren sjunker ner i tanken en liten bit n\u00e4r plasten h\u00e5rdnar, och lasern skapar ytterligare ett lager tills utskriften \u00e4r klar. Varje lager skapas av skrivaren med hj\u00e4lp av en kraftfull laser som styrs av X- och Y-filterspeglar, \u00e4ven kallade galvanometrar eller galvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"smalt-palagrad-modellering-fdm-fused-deposition-modeling\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sm\u00e4lt p\u00e5lagrad modellering (FDM, Fused Deposition Modeling)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) \u00e4r f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande den mest popul\u00e4ra tekniken f\u00f6r 3D-utskrift. Ett lager i taget appliceras tills delen \u00e4r klar. F\u00f6rutom termoplast kan den extrudera st\u00f6dmaterial. Det liknar p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt stereolitografi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"selektiv-lasersintring-sls\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selektiv lasersintring (SLS)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SLS \u00e4r en 3D-teknik d\u00e4r polymerpulverpartiklar sintras p\u00e5 en 3D-modell f\u00f6r att skapa en fast struktur med hj\u00e4lp av en h\u00f6geffektslaser. Eftersom det ger en l\u00e5g kostnad per del och fri design (SLS kr\u00e4ver inga st\u00f6dstrukturer eftersom osinterat pulver omsluter komponenterna under utskrift) anv\u00e4nds det ofta av tillverkare och ingenj\u00f6rer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SLS 3D-skrivare hj\u00e4lper till att skapa komplexa geometrier som \u00e4r sv\u00e5ra eller o\u00f6verkomligt dyra att tillverka med traditionella metoder, t.ex. r\u00f6rliga delar, delar som g\u00e5r att l\u00e5sa i varandra, delar med inre kanaler och annat. SLS l\u00e4mpar sig f\u00f6r olika applikationer, s\u00e5 som skr\u00e4ddarsydd tillverkning, brygg- eller sm\u00e5batchtillverkning och SLS-snabbprototypframst\u00e4llning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"digital-ljusbehandling-dlp-digital-light-processing\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digital ljusbehandling (DLP, Digital Light Processing)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Larry Hornbeck fr\u00e5n Texas Instruments konstruerade DLP 1987. Det \u00e4r en annan 3D-utskriftsprocess som liknar stereolitografi, men ger snabbare utskriftstider \u00e4n SLA. B\u00e5de DLP och SLA fungerar dock med fotopolymerer. DLP-utskrift kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att skriva ut otroligt detaljerade f\u00f6rem\u00e5l i harts, t.ex. leksaker, smyckesformar, tandl\u00e4kartill\u00e4mpningar, prydnadsf\u00f6rem\u00e5l, figurer, f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkare och andra f\u00f6rem\u00e5l med exakta detaljer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"selektiv-lasersmaltning-slm-selective-laser-melting\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selektiv lasersm\u00e4ltning (SLM, Selective Laser Melting)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selective Laser Melting (SLM) \u00e4r en nyare 3D-teknik som utvecklades av den tyske forskaren Wilhelm Meiners 1995. Den kategoriseras ofta som en snabbproduktionsteknik tack vare den snabbare tryckprocessen. F\u00f6r att skapa delar m\u00e5ste man anv\u00e4nda en EBM i ett h\u00f6gt vakuum f\u00f6r att sm\u00e4lta metallpulver lager f\u00f6r lager. Den pulveriserade metallen sm\u00e4lts med hj\u00e4lp av en h\u00f6g energim\u00e4ngd elektroner. Sm\u00e4ltning med elektronstr\u00e5le liknar selektiv lasersm\u00e4ltning eftersom b\u00e5da skrivs ut fr\u00e5n pulver, men EBM anv\u00e4nder en elektronstr\u00e5le i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r en laser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EBM 3D-skrivare har en pulverbeh\u00e5llare, en pulvermatare, en pulver\u00e5terstrykare, en energik\u00e4lla som avger en elektronstr\u00e5le och en uppv\u00e4rmd konstruktionsplattform. Det \u00e4r viktigt att komma ih\u00e5g att utskriftsprocessen m\u00e5ste ske i vakuum eftersom elektronstr\u00e5len annars skulle sluta fungera om elektronerna kolliderade med gasmolekyler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"tillverkning-av-laminerade-foremal-lom-laminated-object-manufacturing\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tillverkning av laminerade f\u00f6rem\u00e5l (LOM, Laminated object manufacturing)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>LOM \u00e4r ett billigt s\u00e4tt att 3D-skriva ut objekt i flera olika typer av material, inklusive papper, polymer och metall, men alla kr\u00e4ver en annan metod f\u00f6r att f\u00e4sta ihop materialskivorna. Denna typ av additiv tillverkning utvecklades av Helisys Inc. (numera Cubic Technologies). Det \u00e4r en mindre vanlig metod \u00e4n de som n\u00e4mns ovan, men den borde bli popul\u00e4rare d\u00e5 den \u00e4r effektiv, prisv\u00e4rd och snabb. Hur fungerar det? I LOM-tekniken rullas det skiktade materialet p\u00e5 byggplattformen (3D-skrivarens b\u00e4dd). Vanligtvis har \u00e4mnet en vidh\u00e4ftande bel\u00e4ggning som sm\u00e4lter n\u00e4r matningsrullen v\u00e4rms upp. Det f\u00f6ljande lagret f\u00e4ster sedan p\u00e5 det f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"industriella-tillampningar-av-additiv-tillverkning\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Industriella till\u00e4mpningar av additiv tillverkning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antalet verksamheter som anv\u00e4nder 3D-utskrift har \u00f6kat betydligt. M\u00e5nga branscher anv\u00e4nder additiv tillverkning och f\u00f6retag utvecklar nya aff\u00e4rsmodeller och m\u00f6jligheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandviewresearch.com\/industry-analysis\/3d-printing-industry-analysis#:~:text=Report%20Overview,21.5%20million%20units%20by%202030.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grand View Research<\/a>, f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas marknaden f\u00f6r 3D-utskrifter \u00f6ka med en \u00e5rlig tillv\u00e4xttakt (CAGR) p\u00e5 20,8% mellan 2022 och 2030, fr\u00e5n 13,84 miljarder dollar \u00e5r 2021. leveranserna av 3D-skrivare n\u00e5dde 2,2 miljoner enheter globalt \u00e5r 2021 och 21,5 miljoner enheter f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas levereras \u00e5r 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"flyg-och-forsvarsindustri\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flyg- och f\u00f6rsvarsindustri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6retag inom flyg- och f\u00f6rsvarsindustrin var bland de f\u00f6rsta att inf\u00f6ra additiv tillverkning. Tekniken f\u00f6r att skapa 3D-modeller g\u00f6r det enkelt att tillverka tillbeh\u00f6r som v\u00e4skor, skydd och f\u00e4sten som g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att f\u00f6rvara dr\u00f6nare p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt. Dessutom anv\u00e4nds 3D-utskrift av metall f\u00f6r att reparera flyg- och milit\u00e4rutrustning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"fordonsindustri\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fordonsindustri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fordonsindustrin beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4tta komponenter och resistens mot tuff milj\u00f6 f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra k\u00f6rkomforten och f\u00e5 fordonen att klara olika milj\u00f6f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden.
