Samtidigt har Bulgarien haft kriser p\u00e5 grund av restriktioner inom lagen kring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rferl.org\/a\/bulgaria-health-organ-transplants\/31188078.html\">donationer av levande organ<\/a>, vilket har tvingat vissa patienter att resa n\u00e5gon annanstans. V\u00e5r unders\u00f6kning visade att ett f\u00f6retag i Bulgarien som specialiserat sig p\u00e5 bioprinting har s\u00e4krat en investering p\u00e5 0,5 miljoner euro f\u00f6r att arbeta i framtiden f\u00f6r additiv tillverkning inom sjukv\u00e5rden och hur detta kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att bioprinta organ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt rankas <strong>Irland<\/strong> ocks\u00e5 bland de 10 fr\u00e4msta l\u00e4nderna n\u00e4r det kommer till risk, med i genomsnitt 10,5% av patienterna som inte lyckas s\u00e4kra en organdonator i tid, och den h\u00f6gsta andelen tillskrivs de som v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 en lungtransplantation. Landet har helt nyligen lagt fram ett <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.ie\/en\/press-release\/01f22-minister-donnelly-to-publish-the-human-tissue-transplantation-post-mortem-anatomical-examination-and-public-display-bill\/\">lagf\u00f6rslag<\/a> som syftar till att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra organdonation och transplantation, \u00f6verg\u00e5ng fr\u00e5n en policy d\u00e4r anh\u00f6riga ska fatta beslut om en anh\u00f6rigs \u00f6nskem\u00e5l om obduktionsdonation, till ett mjukt opt-out-system. Det finns ocks\u00e5 ett f\u00f6retag som fokuserar p\u00e5 bioprinting i landet som har f\u00e5tt en ej avsl\u00f6jad summa finansiering f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja tekniska framsteg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven om situationen \u00e4r allvarlig och forts\u00e4tter att p\u00e5verka m\u00e5nga patienters liv, \u00e4r det viktigt att notera de l\u00e4nder och f\u00f6retag som arbetar f\u00f6r att vidareutveckla teknisk innovation f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att bioprinting blir verklighet inom det kommande decenniet. Denna best\u00e5r av en skiva-f\u00f6r-skiva-modell som \u00e4r rekonstruerad med hj\u00e4lp av biobl\u00e4ck, en kombination av levande celler och biopolymergeler.
