Diotec grundades 1973 i Heitersheim i Tyskland och har idag fyra tillverkningsanl\u00e4ggningar p\u00e5 tre olika kontinenter.<\/p>\n\n<p>I den h\u00e4r artikeln fokuserar vi p\u00e5 milj\u00f6v\u00e4nliga l\u00f6sningar och Diotec som gr\u00f6n producent av halvledare. Som en del av det h\u00e4r arbetet har f\u00f6retaget installerat solpaneler p\u00e5 tre av huvudkontorets byggnader i Tyskland. Tack vare den h\u00e4r investeringen kan Diotec anv\u00e4nda mer gr\u00f6n energi i produktionen av kiselplattor, chipp och enheter. F\u00f6retaget planerar dessutom att utrusta alla sina anl\u00e4ggningar med solpaneler.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bypassdioder till solceller anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att minska risken med delvis skuggade delar p\u00e5 grund av att solen st\u00e5r l\u00e5gt eller att panelerna t\u00e4cks av sn\u00f6 under vintern. Diotecs senaste produkt \u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrelec.biz\/en\/schottky-diode-25a-40v-axial-diotec-sbx2540-3g\/p\/30253881?track=true&amp;no-cache=true&amp;marketingPopup=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schottkydioden SBX2540-3G<\/a>. Den h\u00e4r dioden \u00e4r utformad f\u00f6r att skydda solcellsmodulerna och erbjuder ett l\u00e5gt framsp\u00e4nningsfall i bypassl\u00e4ge och l\u00e5g l\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m i normall\u00e4ge.
