N\u00e4r lysdioderna \u00f6verskrider den optimala temperaturen, kan lysdioderna g\u00e5 s\u00f6nder. Innan lysdioderna g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder kan du dock se annan p\u00e5verkan p\u00e5 lysdiodernas parametrar och prestanda. Visste du till exempel att lysdiodernas f\u00e4rg och ljusstyrka \u00e4r temperaturk\u00e4nsliga?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Effekter p\u00e5 den dominanta v\u00e5gl\u00e4ngden<\/strong>. Detta kan leda till problem om en lysdiod anv\u00e4nds med konstant sp\u00e4nning. N\u00e4r temperaturen stiger, sjunker framsp\u00e4nningen. Ett av de vanligaste s\u00e4tten att g\u00f6ra detta \u00e4r passiv kylning med hj\u00e4lp av kylelement och v\u00e4rmeledande material (TIM), som leder bort \u00f6verskjutande v\u00e4rme och kyler lysdioderna. Aluminium har en godtagbar f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att leda v\u00e4rme till ett mer kostnadseffektivt pris. Kylelementets form och design \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktiga faktorer f\u00f6r kyleffekten. Ett kylelement med extruderade fl\u00e4nsar har en st\u00f6rre yta \u00e4n vanliga kylelement. Detta inneb\u00e4r att v\u00e4rmen kan ledas bort mer effektivt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"hur-varmeledande-material-okar-fordelarna-med-anvandning-av-kylelement\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hur v\u00e4rmeledande material \u00f6kar f\u00f6rdelarna med anv\u00e4ndning av kylelement <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>V\u00e4rmeledande material (TIM)<strong> <\/strong>fyller luftfickorna mellan kylelementets yta och ytan p\u00e5 lysdiodens kretskort. N\u00e4r den h\u00e4r tiden hade g\u00e5tt m\u00e4tte vi kylelementets temperatur med en <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/sv\/hallbarhet\/3-satt-att-spara-energi-med-varmekameror\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v\u00e4rmekamera<\/a> f\u00f6r att fastst\u00e4lla hur mycket v\u00e4rme den hade absorberat. Sedan upprepade vi den h\u00e4r \u00f6vningen, men med ett v\u00e4rmeledande material mellan kylelementet och Powerstar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Av bilden nedan framg\u00e5r tydligt att mer v\u00e4rme \u00f6verf\u00f6rdes till kylelementet n\u00e4r vi anv\u00e4nde v\u00e4rmeledande material.
