F\u00f6r att minska milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan fr\u00e5n elektroniktillverkning kommer det att kr\u00e4vas en koncentrerad satsning p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/sv\/tillverkning\/hallbarhet-inom-industriell-automation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00e5llbar tillverkningsteknik<\/a>, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad \u00e5tervinningsteknik och starkare regelverk f\u00f6r att hantera dessa fr\u00e5gor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"avfallshantering-av-elektronik\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avfallshantering av elektronik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4rlden f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker stoppa avfall med initiativ f\u00f6r <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/sv\/mat-och-dryck\/noll-matsvinn-digital-revolution-i-livsmedelsindustrin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noll avfall<\/a>, \u00e5tervinningsprogram och anv\u00e4ndning av f\u00f6rnybar energi. K\u00e4lla: UNITAR<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Som framg\u00e5r av figuren ovan \u00e4r de l\u00e4nder i Europa som har den h\u00f6gsta frekvensen e-avfall f\u00f6ljande: Ryssland, Tyskland, Storbritannien och Frankrike (2022). Enligt <a href=\"https:\/\/ewastemonitor.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/GEM_2024_18-03_web_page_per_page_web.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rapporten<\/a> anses dock europeiska nationer \u2013 s\u00e4rskilt de i Europeiska unionen \u2013 vara \u201dgoda exempel\u201d n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller lagstiftning och hantering av e-avfall. Europeiska kommissionen offentliggjorde i mars 2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/ip_23_1661\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lagen om r\u00e5varor av avg\u00f6rande betydelse<\/a> och erk\u00e4nde behovet av att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra unionens oberoende vid upphandling av viktiga r\u00e5varor. Lagens fr\u00e4msta m\u00e5l \u00e4r att garantera en &#8221;s\u00e4ker och h\u00e5llbar f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning av r\u00e5varor av avg\u00f6rande betydelse&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r understryker \u00f6kningen av e-avfall v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver behovet av effektiva program f\u00f6r \u00e5tervinning av elektronik liksom sv\u00e5righeterna med att hantera dessa material. En betydande del av det avfall som produceras av uttj\u00e4nt elektronik inneh\u00e5ller farliga material som, om de bortskaffas p\u00e5 felaktigt s\u00e4tt, kan sippra ut i milj\u00f6n. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigt att se till att dessa material bortskaffas p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt, och att ny elektronik utformas f\u00f6r att vara s\u00e5 milj\u00f6v\u00e4nlig som m\u00f6jligt. F\u00f6rutom \u00e5tervinning av e-avfall finns det flera andra s\u00e4tt att minimera m\u00e4ngden elektronikavfall som produceras. L\u00e4s vidare f\u00f6r att ta reda p\u00e5 mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"5-basta-metoder-for-att-minska-elektronikavfall\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 b\u00e4sta metoder f\u00f6r att minska elektronikavfall<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att minska milj\u00f6effekterna av elektroniktillverkning kr\u00e4vs en m\u00e5ngfacetterad strategi som omfattar anpassningar av kundernas beteende, f\u00f6retagens sociala ansvar och produktionsteknik. Nedan beskriver vi n\u00e5gra av de viktigaste stegen som kan tas f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra h\u00e5llbarheten i elektronikbranschen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"hallbar-design\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00e5llbar design<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r viktigt att minska milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan fr\u00e5n elektroniktillverkning genom att utforma produkter med milj\u00f6h\u00e4nsyn i \u00e5tanke. Ett exempel p\u00e5 ett varum\u00e4rke som engagerat sig f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbarhet \u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elfa.se\/sv\/manufacturer\/wago\/man_wag?queryFromSuggest=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WAGO<\/a>. WAGO f\u00f6rnyade en av sina mest popul\u00e4ra produkter, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elfa.se\/sv\/manufacturer\/wago\/man_wag?queryFromSuggest=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">skarvningskopplingen 221<\/a> genom att skapa en alternativ version som \u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/sv\/sm-sv\/vi-presenterar-wagos-grona-sortiment-med-hallbara-skarvkontakter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tillverkad delvis biocirkul\u00e4rt och av \u00e5tervunnen plast<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"gron-tillverkning\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gr\u00f6n tillverkning&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabriker \u00e4r den st\u00f6rsta k\u00e4llan till f\u00f6roreningar i elektronikbranschen, men nu g\u00e5r branschen mot <a href=\"https:\/\/knowhow.distrelec.com\/sv\/internet-of-things-iot\/behover-smarta-fabriker-vara-mer-miljovanliga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gr\u00f6nare smarta fabriker<\/a>, som \u00e4r byggda med h\u00e5llbar teknik.
