IIoT -enheter anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att \u00f6vervaka och kontrollera tillg\u00e5ngar i produktionsanl\u00e4ggningar och anv\u00e4nds \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att m\u00e4ta och analysera utrustningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden som en del av en underh\u00e5ll, reparation och \u00f6versyn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sensorer \u00e4r viktiga, allt fr\u00e5n temperaturm\u00e4tningar till v\u00e4tsketrycksensorer och kameror f\u00f6r applikationer f\u00f6r synbehandling. Sensorer anv\u00e4nds ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att \u00f6vervaka vibrationer med hj\u00e4lp av neurologiska algoritmer f\u00f6r ljudbearbetning av data som erh\u00e5llits fr\u00e5n digitala mikrofoner. Vision \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en avg\u00f6rande avk\u00e4nningsteknik, som anv\u00e4nds till exempel f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att flasketiketter sitter korrekt p\u00e5 en produktionslinje f\u00f6r tappning, eller i funktionella s\u00e4kerhetsapplikationer f\u00f6r att isolera utrustning om produktionspersonal skulle komma in i ett os\u00e4kert omr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"arkitektur-for-en-visionbehandlingslosning\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arkitektur f\u00f6r en visionbehandlingsl\u00f6sning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I alla moderna fabriker kan datorbaserad visionbehandling anv\u00e4ndas i en m\u00e4ngd olika applikationer. Datorsyn \u00e4r beroende av att en eller flera videokameror \u00e4r anslutna till ett datorsystem. Uppgiftens karakt\u00e4r kommer att avg\u00f6ra komplexiteten i den inblandade behandlingen och de ber\u00e4knade resurser som kr\u00e4vs. Till exempel kan en applikation som godk\u00e4nner eller avvisar flaskor baserat p\u00e5 hur noggrant en etikett har satts kanske inte kr\u00e4ver flera kameror och intensiva ber\u00e4kningsresurser. En algoritm som detekterar etikettens kanter inom ett f\u00f6rdefinierat omr\u00e5de p\u00e5 flaskan \u00e4r relativt enkelt med hj\u00e4lp av mjukvarubaserade Kalman-filter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men en applikation som beh\u00f6ver skilja armarna hos en hydraulisk pressoperat\u00f6r fr\u00e5n metallpanelerna som bearbetas och sj\u00e4lva utrustningen \u00e4r mer involverad. Denna applikation kr\u00e4ver ett neuralt maskininl\u00e4rningsn\u00e4tverk och kan kr\u00e4va flera olika kameravinklar f\u00f6r att uppfylla funktionella s\u00e4kerhetskrav. Det konvolutionella neurala n\u00e4tverket \u00e4r b\u00e4st l\u00e4mpat f\u00f6r visionbaserade objektdetekteringsuppgifter och m\u00e5ste tr\u00e4nas f\u00f6re distribution. N\u00e4r det v\u00e4l har tr\u00e4nats kallas anv\u00e4ndningen av ett neuralt n\u00e4tverk f\u00f6r inferens. En inbyggd PMIC ger m\u00f6jlighet att ladda ett Li-Po\/Li-Ion-batteri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kortets perifera gr\u00e4nssnittsfunktioner inkluderar flera I2C-, USART-, SPI- och CAN-portar, ett 8-bitars kameragr\u00e4nssnitt och en MIPI DSI-v\u00e4rd. Analogt till digitalt st\u00f6d inneh\u00e5ller tv\u00e5 12-bitars DAC och tre 16-bitars ADC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arduino Portenta Vision-sk\u00f6lden ansluts till Portenta H7 via h\u00f6gdensitetskontakter. Den integrerade Himan HM-01B0-kameran med mycket l\u00e5g str\u00f6mf\u00f6rbrukning ger QQVGA- och QVGA-utg\u00e5ngar med bildhastighet fr\u00e5n 15 fps till 120 fps. Tv\u00e5 MEMS-mikrofoner finns ocks\u00e5 integrerade i sk\u00f6lden. De dubbla k\u00e4rnfunktionerna i Portenta H7 g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att k\u00f6ra MicroPython-kod och Arduino C-skisser separat p\u00e5 k\u00e4rnorna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Programvarusupport snabbar upp distributionen av datorvision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portenta H7 och Portenta Vision-sk\u00f6lden st\u00f6ds fullt ut av en f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad version av den popul\u00e4ra Arduino IDE.
