Efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 infrastruktur beror fr\u00e4mst p\u00e5 att elfordon \u00f6kar eftersom fler biltillverkare nu fokuserar sina anstr\u00e4ngningar p\u00e5 elbilar f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta EU:s krav. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 uppenbart att med \u00f6kningar i f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av nya elbilar kr\u00e4vs ocks\u00e5 ytterligare expansion av infrastrukturen, inklusive nya tillg\u00e4ngliga laddpunkter och utbyggnad av befintliga laddpunkter.<br><br>Den \u00f6vergripande infrastrukturen f\u00f6r EV-laddning inkluderar ocks\u00e5 typen av laddstationer. Behovet av snabbladdare p\u00e5 l\u00e4mpliga platser \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r alla resor; som vi vet kr\u00e4ver alla typer av uppladdningsbara batterier laddning under l\u00e5ng tid, elfordon \u00e4r inte annorlunda. De minsta EV-batterierna \u00e4r p\u00e5 cirka 20-30 kW och de st\u00f6rsta kan vara upp till 100 kW. Med batterikapacitet p\u00e5 cirka 100 kW skulle ett vanligt 240 V-hush\u00e5llsuttag ladda batteriet p\u00e5 cirka 24 timmar vid 2.3 kW. En specialiserad v\u00e4ggladdpunkt laddar batteriet p\u00e5 cirka 7.5 timmar vid 7,4 kW och en snabbladdare kan ladda ett batteri p\u00e5 under 1 timme, uppskattat vid 50 kW. Tillg\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 snabbladdare \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r de flesta f\u00f6rare som reser l\u00e5nga str\u00e4ckor, i annat fall skulle hela infrastrukturen anses vara opraktisk.<br><br>I sj\u00e4lva verket kommer de flesta elfordons\u00e4gare att ha en dedikerad laddare i hemmet ansluten till det interna hush\u00e5llets eln\u00e4t och ladda fordonet \u00f6ver natten n\u00e4r el \u00e4r billigare och det \u00e4r l\u00e4gre efterfr\u00e5gan. Dessa hemmaladdare \u00e4r antingen ett vanligt 240 V 13 A-uttag eller s\u00e5 installerar de flesta energileverant\u00f6rer nu en v\u00e4ggenhet som \u00e4r p\u00e5 7,4 kW\/32 A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ev-laddpyramiden\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">EV-laddpyramiden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Tillv\u00e4xten av elfordonsmarknaden med biltillverkare har lett till en m\u00e4ngd olika laddare och anslutningstyper, var och en med sin egen unika design. Detta specifika \u00e4mne \u00e4r i sig en stor utmaning i den \u00f6vergripande designinfrastrukturen f\u00f6r elfordonsladdning. En av l\u00f6sningarna p\u00e5 detta problem \u00e4r laddningsstrategier.<br><br>I nedre delen av skalan finns l\u00e5ngladdare, som vanligtvis \u00e4r mellan 2-3 kW och kan anv\u00e4ndas i n\u00e4ra vilket hem som helst. Ut\u00f6ver detta finns det ocks\u00e5 ett antal hemladdare som kan monteras utanf\u00f6r huset eller i garaget och dessa v\u00e4ggladdare \u00e4r m\u00e4rkta till 7.4 kW och \u00e4r direktanslutna till n\u00e4tet.<br><br>Snabbladdare finns p\u00e5 de flesta offentliga platser, s\u00e5 som parkeringsplatser, k\u00f6pcentrum och i vissa fall p\u00e5 allm\u00e4n gatuparkering. Dessa laddare laddar ditt elfordon till en viss hastighet enligt laddningsn\u00e4tverket. Snabbladdare \u00e4r m\u00e4rkta mellan 7-22 kW och laddar ditt fordon fr\u00e5n noll till full kapacitet p\u00e5 cirka 3-6 timmar beroende p\u00e5 din batterikapacitet.<br><br>Snabbladdare \u00e4r \u00e4nnu snabbare och finns oftast p\u00e5 parkeringsplatser d\u00e4r elbilar l\u00e4mnas n\u00e5gra timmar. De finns i tv\u00e5 typer, AC-laddare anv\u00e4nder 43 kW och DC-laddare 50 kW. DC-laddarna levererar str\u00f6m direkt till bilen utan AC\/DC-effektomvandling och effektf\u00f6rlust under processen. Med b\u00e5da dessa laddmetoder laddar ett elfordon sitt batteri p\u00e5 cirka 1 timme.<br><br>\u00d6verst p\u00e5 laddskalan finns superladdare som laddar n\u00e5gonstans mellan 120 kW och 300 kW. Tesla var ett av de f\u00f6rsta elbilf\u00f6retagen som designade en superladdare p\u00e5 120 kW via en egen propriet\u00e4r kontakt och nyligen meddelade de om en ny superladdare p\u00e5 250 kW. Tesla uppger att de kan ladda batterierna fullt p\u00e5 15-30 minuter i sitt n\u00e4tverk med \u00f6ver 20 000 superladdare i Europa. Denna typ av laddare \u00e4r idealiska f\u00f6r bensinstationer eftersom de vanligtvis ligger p\u00e5 idealiska platser f\u00f6r l\u00e5nga resor, och \u00e4r l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4ngliga.<br><br>Det finns n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 EV-laddf\u00f6retag som har \u00f6verskridit 150 kW som \u00e4r vanligt hos de flesta superladdare. Ett av dessa f\u00f6retag \u00e4r ABB i Schweiz. ABB har lanserat sin Terra DC-snabbladdare med h\u00f6g effekt, som kan ge upp till 350 kW, vilket \u00e4r n\u00e4stan tre g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 mycket som Teslas superladdare. Tyv\u00e4rr finns \u00e4nnu inget p\u00e5 marknaden som kan hantera denna typ av laddningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga, men tekniken finns och \u00e4r redo att implementeras n\u00e4r elfordon v\u00e4l har den f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"anslutningsmojligheter\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anslutningsm\u00f6jligheter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns inte bara ett stort antal laddningsalternativ inom EV-infrastrukturen utan \u00e4ven en m\u00e4ngd olika laddkontakter. De flesta kontakter och laddsystem \u00e4r inte kompatibla med varandra, vilket \u00e4r en utmaning i elfordonsbranschen. Standarden anv\u00e4nds fr\u00e4mst i bilmodeller fr\u00e5n den asiatiska regionen och \u00e4r s\u00e4llsynt i Europa, varf\u00f6r det finns v\u00e4ldigt f\u00e5 offentliga laddstationer av typ 1.<br><br><strong>Typ 2-kontakt<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Trefaskontaktens huvudsakliga distributionsomr\u00e5de \u00e4r Europa och anses vara standardmodellen. I privata utrymmen \u00e4r laddeffektniv\u00e5er upp till 22 kW vanliga, medan laddeffektniv\u00e5er upp till 43 kW (400 V, 63 A, AC) kan anv\u00e4ndas i offentliga laddstationer. De flesta offentliga laddstationer \u00e4r utrustade med ett typ 2-uttag. Alla mode 3-laddkablar kan anv\u00e4ndas med detta och elbilar kan laddas med b\u00e5de typ 1 och typ 2-kontakter. Alla mode 3-kablar p\u00e5 laddstationer har s\u00e5 kallade Mennekes-kontakter (typ 2).<br><br><strong>Kombinationskontakter (kombinerat laddsystem eller CCS)<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; CCS-kontakten \u00e4r en f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad version av typ 2-kontakten, med ytterligare tv\u00e5 str\u00f6mkontakter f\u00f6r snabb laddning och st\u00f6der AC- och DC-laddeffektniv\u00e5er upp till 170 kW. I praktiken \u00e4r v\u00e4rdet vanligtvis cirka 50 kW.<br><br><strong>CHAdeMO-kontakt<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Detta snabbladdningssystem utvecklades i Japan och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r laddkapacitet upp till 50 kW vid l\u00e4mpliga offentliga laddstationer. F\u00f6ljande tillverkare erbjuder elbilar som \u00e4r kompatibla med CHAdeMO-kontakten: BD Otomotive, Citro\u00ebn, Honda, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Subaru, Tesla (med adapter) och Toyota.<br><br><strong>Tesla Supercharger&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; Till sin superladdare anv\u00e4nder Tesla en modifierad version av typ 2 Mennekes-kontakten. Detta g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r Model S att ladda upp till 80% inom 30 minuter. Tesla erbjuder sina kunder gratis laddning. Hittills har det inte varit m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r andra bilm\u00e4rken att laddas med Teslas superladdare.<br><br><strong>Hush\u00e5llsuttag<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; laddeffektniv\u00e5er upp till 3.7 kW (230 V, 16 A) kan n\u00e5s via hush\u00e5llsuttag f\u00f6rutsatt r\u00e4tt s\u00e4kringsniv\u00e5. Din elbil laddas via en typ 2-laddkabel. Vi rekommenderar definitivt en maximal laddeffekt p\u00e5 2.3 kW (230 V, 10 A) om uttaget inte har kontrollerats i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g. Hush\u00e5llsuttag finns ibland \u00e4ven p\u00e5 offentliga laddstationer. Denna laddmetod \u00e4r tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r alla elbilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"natverksinfrastruktur\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e4tverksinfrastruktur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antalet EV-laddpunkter tillg\u00e4ngliga i Europa \u00f6kar varje \u00e5r d\u00e5 \u00e4gandet av elbilar v\u00e4xer. Detta sker snabbare i vissa regioner j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med andra. \u00c5r 2019 fanns cirka 15 000 h\u00f6geffektladdpunkter (22 kW+) och 2020 f\u00f6rdubblades detta n\u00e4stan till 25 000 enligt uppgifter fr\u00e5n European Alternative Fuels Observatory. Detta beror inte enbart p\u00e5 framstegen inom EV-laddning utan ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 nationella policyramar (NPF) som inf\u00f6rts enligt artikel 3 i direktiv 2014\/94\/EU.<br><br>Ett ledande land inom elfordon \u00e4r Norge, d\u00e4r det finns \u00f6ver 300 000 registrerade elfordonspassagerare vilket var mer \u00e4n 15% av den totala bilmarknaden 2020. Plug-in-bilens marknadsandel har varit v\u00e4rldens h\u00f6gsta under flera \u00e5r, och har varit det f\u00f6rsta landet d\u00e4r f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av elfordon g\u00e5tt om den med f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningsmotorer. Det finns f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande cirka 500 000 elfordon i Norge, inklusive hybrider och plug-in-hybrider med en befolkning p\u00e5 cirka 5,2 miljoner.<br><br>Att hantera detta otroliga upptag av elbilar \u00e4r laddn\u00e4tinfrastrukturen. Det finns f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande cirka 9000 laddpunkter i Norge som sp\u00e4nner \u00f6ver 2500 stationer enligt elektrokartor. Och det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 det renaste n\u00e4tet i v\u00e4rlden, d\u00e4r 98% av elen som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att ladda elbilar kommer fr\u00e5n en f\u00f6rnybara energik\u00e4llor.<br><br>Runt om i Europa finns det m\u00e5nga energif\u00f6retag som ger sig in i EV-laddbranchen eftersom de \u00e4r b\u00e4st l\u00e4mpade f\u00f6r denna typ av marknad, s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r de kan erbjuda elf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen med f\u00f6rnybara energik\u00e4llor som vind-, sol- och vattenkraft. Det nederl\u00e4ndska f\u00f6retaget&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fastnedcharging.com\/en\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fastned<\/a>&nbsp;\u00e4r en ledande EV-laddspecialist med sina nyligen introducerade laddstationer som oberoende f\u00f6rlitar sig p\u00e5 solpaneler. Denna l\u00f6sning \u00e4r ett kostnadseffektivt s\u00e4tt att ladda elbilar eftersom tidigare befintliga l\u00f6sningar kr\u00e4ver str\u00f6m fr\u00e5n lokala kraftverk. Nya laddstationer skulle d\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6va utnyttja det redan befintliga kraftn\u00e4tet, vilket ytterligare belastar energin\u00e4tet d\u00e5 de placeras p\u00e5 offentliga platser.<br><br>Vissa f\u00f6retag tittar p\u00e5 elfordon f\u00f6r att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra s\u00e4ttet att g\u00f6ra aff\u00e4rer, liksom att n\u00e5 en demografisk utveckling. Oljebolag som BP och Shell har installerat EV-laddare i n\u00e4stan alla sina bensinstationer i Europa, s\u00e5 att de kan f\u00f6lja med i trender och utvidga sin kundbas. Dessutom \u00e4r majoriteten av bensinstationerna strategiskt placerade f\u00f6r enkel \u00e5tkomst f\u00f6r de flesta f\u00f6rare, vilket \u00e4r en stor f\u00f6rdel i den \u00f6vergripande EV-infrastrukturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"elfordons-laddsakerhet\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elfordons ladds\u00e4kerhet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Det finns tv\u00e5 aspekter i att ladda elfordon, sj\u00e4lva laddaren samt laddkabeln med relevant kontakt. EV-laddpunkterna faller under IEC 61851 i EU-direktivet, som f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande utvecklas och \u00e4r i st\u00e4ndig utveckling. Laddkabeln och kontakten faller under EU:s IEC 62196-direktiv f\u00f6r kontakter, uttag, fordonsanslutningar och fordonsuttag. Dessa EU-standarder \u00e4r satta f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerheten f\u00f6r utrustningen s\u00e5v\u00e4l som f\u00f6r slutanv\u00e4ndaren. Till exempel levereras inte str\u00f6m till fordonet om inte ett kompatibelt fordon \u00e4r anslutet, och fordonet ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r immobiliserat medan kabeln \u00e4r ansluten.<br><br>Under IEC 62196-direktivet finns ocks\u00e5 underdirektiv (IEC 62196-1 och IEC 62196-2) som i detalj f\u00f6rklarar utformningen av varje typ av kontakt och dess specifikationer. Det introducerades f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra kompatibilitet mellan produkter fr\u00e5n olika tillverkare.<br><br>Konfigurationer:<br><br><strong>Typ 1<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Anv\u00e4nds ofta i USA och Japan, designades ursprungligen av tillverkningen Yazaki och publicerades under SAE J1772-standarden i USA. Kontakten i sig har ett runt h\u00f6lje med ett jack p\u00e5 fordonets uttag f\u00f6r att best\u00e4mma dess orientering n\u00e4r den anv\u00e4nds. Det till\u00e5ter driftsstr\u00f6m p\u00e5 32 A och maxstr\u00f6m p\u00e5 80 A, men endast i USA.<br><br><strong>Typ 2<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; \u00c4ven k\u00e4nd som en Mennekes-kontakt, den har ett runt h\u00f6lje med ena sidan fasad f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra korrekt orientering n\u00e4r den anv\u00e4nds. Den har ocks\u00e5 flera stift- och hylskontakter f\u00f6r upp till fyra AC-ledare, en skyddande induktor och \u00e4ven tv\u00e5 signalstift f\u00f6r att styra dess funktionalitet. Typ 2-kontakter har ocks\u00e5 en extra funktion d\u00e4r kontakterna inte kan ber\u00f6ras med ett normalfinger f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra elst\u00f6tar, och i den nyare versionen av denna kontakt har den f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrats ytterligare genom att inkludera luckor. Kontaktdonet kan arbeta upp till 63 A med maxstr\u00f6m p\u00e5 70 A f\u00f6r enfasapplikationer. Inom EU \u00e4r det ett krav att alla offentliga AC-laddare ska vara f\u00f6rsedda med en typ 2-kontakt och uttag.<br><br><strong>Typ 3<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Denna konfiguration, till skillnad fr\u00e5n de andra tv\u00e5, best\u00e5r inte bara av ett kontaktdon utan ocks\u00e5 en fordonskoppling. Denna speciella kontakt har ett ovalt hus med en fasad sida f\u00f6r korrekt orientering n\u00e4r den anv\u00e4nds. Det finns ocks\u00e5 ber\u00f6ringsskydd p\u00e5 i form av luckor \u00f6ver stiften f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra all m\u00e4nsklig kontakt, och det finns ocks\u00e5 en l\u00e5smekanism n\u00e4r den s\u00e4tts i ett uttag. Denna kontakt m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r enfasladdning upp till 16 A utan kontrollpilotkontakt, 32 A med, samt trefasladdning upp till 63 A.<br><br>Som vi redan vet \u00e4r efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 EV-laddstationer mycket h\u00f6g i Europa, och det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt att se till att varje laddpunkt \u00e4r i drift. Annars kan infrastrukturen belastas ytterligare. Flera problem kan uppst\u00e5 som kan leda till en felaktig laddpunkt, s\u00e5 som \u00f6verbelastning, utrustnings- och systemfel, samt \u00f6verhettning. M\u00e5nga l\u00e4nder i Europa har redan b\u00f6rjat ta itu med denna fr\u00e5ga genom att se till att varje offentlig laddstation \u00f6verensst\u00e4mmer med relevanta europeiska s\u00e4kerhetsstandarder f\u00f6r elektriska system. F\u00f6rordningen som m\u00e5ste till\u00e4mpas p\u00e5 varje station inneh\u00e5ller f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/webstore.iec.ch\/publication\/24656\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HD 60364-6<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/webstore.iec.ch\/publication\/29958\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HD 60364-7-722<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/webstore.iec.ch\/publication\/1882\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HD 60364-5-54<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/webstore.iec.ch\/publication\/60169\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HD 60364-4-41<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/webstore.iec.ch\/publication\/1878\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HD 60364-5-52<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter HD 60364 m\u00e5ste alla kvalificerade elektriker utf\u00f6ra tester p\u00e5 ett l\u00e5gsp\u00e4nningssystem efter installationen. Testerna inkluderar m\u00e4tning, inspektion och testning av de olika driftstillst\u00e5nden f\u00f6r laddstationen i fr\u00e5ga.
