En l\u00f6sning verkar vara l\u00e5ngt borta och det finns flera anledningar till den bristande tillg\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5r elektronikindustrin snabbt fram\u00e5t. Nya produkter utvecklas och konsumentprodukter ers\u00e4tts i allt snabbare takt, vilket medf\u00f6r att produkternas livsl\u00e4ngd blir allt kortare. M\u00e5nga produkter, exempelvis bilar byggs med smartare teknik, vilket alltid leder till att fler elektronikkomponenter anv\u00e4nds, och i slut\u00e4nden att fler kondensatorer anv\u00e4nds i varje enhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det resulterar i att de stora leverant\u00f6rerna av keramiska flerskikts kondensatorer ligger p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen f\u00f6r sin kapacitet och kan inte producera den m\u00e4ngd kondensatorer som beh\u00f6vs. De stora f\u00f6retagen investerar i utveckling av kondensatorer med h\u00f6gre kapacitet, vilket inneb\u00e4r att de minskar eller avslutar produktionen av standardserier med keramiska flerskikts kondensatorer. De produkter som slutar tillverkas eller levereras i mindre m\u00e4ngder \u00e4r de som \u00e4r viktiga f\u00f6r sm\u00e5 f\u00f6retag som fr\u00e4mst \u00e4r inriktade p\u00e5 produktion av sm\u00e5 kvantiteter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men n\u00e4r en d\u00f6rr st\u00e4ngs, \u00f6ppnas en annan. Tillverkare som KEMET och Panasonic har utvecklat polymerkondensatorer som alternativ till keramiska kondensatorer f\u00f6r att t\u00e4cka marknadens behov. Vem hade kunnat tro att dessa sm\u00e5 enheter inte bara kan ers\u00e4tta keramiska kondensatorer utan \u00e4ven ger b\u00e4ttre prestanda n\u00e4r de anv\u00e4nds!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 DC-f\u00f6rsp\u00e4nning, generellt stabila egenskaper<\/li><li>Storlek: 1 polymerkondensator kan ers\u00e4tta flera keramiska kondensatorer<\/li><li>S\u00e4kerhet: polymerkondensatorer ger dina kretskort extra s\u00e4kerhet med kortslutningsskydd<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Shahrokh Kananizadeh, European Capacitor Product Manager hos Panasonic har uttalat sig om produkterna:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Den dielektriska konstanten \u00e4ndras inte om sp\u00e4nningen \u00e4ndras, det \u00e4r De \u00e4r mycket m\u00e5ngsidiga och passar de flesta anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den. \u00c5 andra sidan kan polymerkondensatorer inte anv\u00e4ndas l\u00e4ttvindigt, utan m\u00e5ste v\u00e4ljas efter en tydligt definierad anv\u00e4ndning. Men n\u00e4r v\u00e4l en polymerkondensator som passar har hittats ger det oftast b\u00e4ttre, l\u00e5ngvarig och konstant prestanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den stora nackdelen med polymerkondensatorer \u00e4r att de \u00e4r polariserade. Det inneb\u00e4r att de inte kan anv\u00e4ndas i kretsar d\u00e4r de kan uts\u00e4ttas f\u00f6r omv\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsp\u00e4nning eller likstr\u00f6m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"byta-till-polymerkondensatorer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Byta till polymerkondensatorer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du \u00f6verv\u00e4ger att byta till polymerkondensatorer kan du definiera dina krav enligt f\u00f6ljande kriterier:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"spanning\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sp\u00e4nning:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifikationen f\u00f6r keramiska kondensatorer \u00e4r 0\/1 V \u2013 den faktiska kapacitansen minskar med den str\u00f6mstyrka som tillf\u00f6rs. Polymerkondensatorer \u00e4r stabila n\u00e4r str\u00f6m tillf\u00f6rs, men r\u00e4kna \u00e4nd\u00e5 med en s\u00e4nkning p\u00e5 10\u201320 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"krav-pa-kapacitans\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krav p\u00e5 kapacitans:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du m\u00e5ste k\u00e4nna till kapacitansen f\u00f6r 1 keramisk kondensator under till\u00e4mpning (tillf\u00f6rd str\u00f6m, frekvens och \u00e5ldring), samt antalet parallella kondensatorer f\u00f6r att ber\u00e4kna den totala nettokapaciteten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"rrippelstrom\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">RRippelstr\u00f6m:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Polymerkondensatorer kan enkelt hantera rippelstr\u00f6m upp till 2 och 3 b\u00e5gar (h\u00f6gre krav st\u00e4lls f\u00f6r ensiffriga ESR-produkter eller vid staplad konstruktion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"driftfrekvens-arbetstemperatur-maximal-hojd\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Driftfrekvens, Arbetstemperatur, Maximal h\u00f6jd:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Polymerkondensatorer \u00e4r n\u00e5got st\u00f6rre, men kan ers\u00e4tta flera keramiska kondensatorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"totalkostnad-for-losningen\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Totalkostnad f\u00f6r l\u00f6sningen:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Om endast ett f\u00e5tal keramiska kondensatorer anv\u00e4nds kan polymerkondensatorer bli dyrare, men tack vare att de kan ers\u00e4tta flera keramiska kondensatorer sparar det vanligtvis en del kostnader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shahrokh Kananizadeh vid Panasonic beskriver begreppet ESR med en generell v\u00e4gledning f\u00f6r impedans och ESR-frekvens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Ju l\u00e4gre impedans eller ESR-v\u00e4rde en kondensator har, desto mer anv\u00e4ndbar \u00e4r den f\u00f6r utj\u00e4mning n\u00e4r den anv\u00e4nds i en krets. Keramiska kondensatorer har l\u00e4gst ESR och impedans, men SP-kondensatorer kommer ganska n\u00e4ra. Det \u00e4r viktigt att uppskatta frekvens\u00e5tergivning f\u00f6r de kondensatorer du \u00f6verv\u00e4ger att anv\u00e4nda och speciellt g\u00e4ller det sj\u00e4lvresonansfrekvensen.<\/p><p>Det viktigaste \u00e4r att se till att kondensatorerna anv\u00e4nds i en l\u00e4gre frekvens \u00e4n sj\u00e4lvresonansfrekvensen. Men det \u00e4r ingenting vi rekommenderar eftersom f\u00f6rdelarna med polymertekniken inte utnyttjas effektivt vid 1:1-ers\u00e4ttning I allm\u00e4nhet \u00e4r det klokare att \u00f6verv\u00e4ga polymerkondensatorer f\u00f6r f\u00f6ljande till\u00e4mpningar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En nettokapacitans p\u00e5 &gt;= 10 \u03bcF (f\u00f6r tillf\u00f6rd sp\u00e4nning upp till 14.4 V)<\/li><li>0.68\u201310 \u03bcF (vid tillf\u00f6rd sp\u00e4nning p\u00e5 45 V och h\u00f6gre)<\/li><li>Tillf\u00f6rd sp\u00e4nning upp till 67.5 V (60 V f\u00f6r sv\u00e5ra f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden)<\/li><li>Frekvenser p\u00e5 upp till 1 MHz<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Men det finns \u00e4ven andra t\u00e4nkbara anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shahrokh:<\/strong>Med tanke p\u00e5 kapselstorlekarna och f\u00f6rdelarna med polymer j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med keramiska kondensatorer kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6rmodligen en ny design. En ny design kan bli en f\u00f6rdel eftersom den b\u00e5de sparar pengar och utrymme p\u00e5 kretskorten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distrelec:<\/strong>&nbsp;Hur ser de globala resurserna ut f\u00f6r polymerkondensatorer? Vilka produktionsanl\u00e4ggningar finns? Om vi b\u00f6rjar anv\u00e4nda dem i global skala, kommer det att uppst\u00e5 en brist?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Matthias:<\/strong>&nbsp;KEMET planerar att \u00f6ka produktionskapaciteten f\u00f6r tantalpolymer med mer \u00e4n 50 % till mars 2020 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med mars 2018. Den nuvarande \u00e5rliga efterfr\u00e5gan ligger p\u00e5 cirka 1100 ton globalt, med reserver p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n 100 000 ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shahrokh:<\/strong>&nbsp;Panasonic har en egen fabrik f\u00f6r varje typ av polymerkondensator och FoU i Japan. Vi har en ytterligare leveransk\u00e4lla f\u00f6r SP-kondensatorer och POSCAP utanf\u00f6r Japan i h\u00e4ndelse av naturkatastrofer eller leveransproblem, vilket inneb\u00e4r att vi inte f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar oss n\u00e5gon brist. VI \u00f6verv\u00e4ger en ytterligare leveransk\u00e4lla f\u00f6r OSCON- och hybridkondensatorer men f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande har vi tillr\u00e4cklig f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntad tillv\u00e4xtkapacitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distrelec:<\/strong>&nbsp;Tantal anses vara en konfliktresurs.
