Sedan finns det de m\u00e5nga rycken, vibrationerna och snabba r\u00f6relsekrafterna som vi alla upplever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r vi v\u00e4ljer en str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning f\u00f6r en j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsapplikation, l\u00e5t oss unders\u00f6ka flera viktiga \u00f6verv\u00e4ganden, som b\u00f6rjar med matningssp\u00e4nningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"jarnvagsspanningskallor\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">J\u00e4rnv\u00e4gssp\u00e4nningsk\u00e4llor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De flesta j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningar f\u00f6r elektronikbaserad utrustning \u00e4r DC, vilket betonar anv\u00e4ndandet av DC\/DC-omvandlare. Som redan framh\u00e5llits \u00e4r f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen inom elektrisk terminologi st\u00f6rfylld. Under utvecklingens g\u00e5ng av j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gselektriska system har standarder framkommit som ger en relativt v\u00e4ldefinierad specifikation enligt vilken en str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning ska fungera. EN 50155: 2017 \u00e4r den huvudsakliga standarden som t\u00e4cker mest utrustning f\u00f6r sp\u00e4nning, milj\u00f6 och s\u00e4kerhet. Standarden f\u00f6reskriver flera nominella arbetssp\u00e4nningar (Vnom), varav tre \u00e4r illustrerade i figur 1. Det kontinuerliga driftsp\u00e4nningsomr\u00e5det \u00e4r f\u00e4rgat gr\u00e5tt och sp\u00e4nningsfallet, i huvudsak en kortvarig nedg\u00e5ng eller minskning av insp\u00e4nningen i 100 ms i r\u00f6tt. Till exempel, baserat p\u00e5 en nominell 24 VDC, \u00e4r insp\u00e4nningsomr\u00e5det 9 VDC till 36 VDC. Ut\u00f6ver dessa specifikationer ger ytterligare hold-up-kondensatorer en kort period av fortsatt drift och beh\u00f6ver t\u00e5la \u00f6versp\u00e4nningar. J\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsstandard, RIA12, kr\u00e4ver ut\u00f6kad immunitet mot \u00f6versp\u00e4nning upp till 8,5 kV i 100 ns varaktighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"elektromagnetisk-immunitet-emi-elektromagnetisk-kompatibilitet-emc-och-elektrostatisk-urladdning-esd\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elektromagnetisk immunitet (EMI), elektromagnetisk kompatibilitet (EMC) och elektrostatisk urladdning (ESD)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kortvariga nanosekunds h\u00f6gsp\u00e4nningstransienter (h\u00f6g dV\/dt) p\u00e5 tusentals volt kan l\u00e4tt skada eller st\u00f6ra driften av k\u00e4nsliga elektroniska system. S\u00e5dana transienter kan utstr\u00e5las elektromagnetiskt eller ledas genom str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsledningarna. Str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningens funktion b\u00f6r ej orsaka problem eller st\u00f6ra annan utrustning. P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt m\u00e5ste en str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning vara immun mot st\u00f6rningar fr\u00e5n andra elektromagnetiska k\u00e4llor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EMC avser huruvida till exempel en DC\/DC-omvandlare skapar n\u00e5gra elektromagnetiska st\u00f6rningar, och standarder, EN 61000-4 (utstr\u00e5lad) och EN 50121-3-2 (via ledare) g\u00e4ller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EN 61000-4 t\u00e4cker ocks\u00e5 elektromagnetisk immunitet mot str\u00e5lad och ledningsledda emissioner, \u00f6versp\u00e4nningar, snabba h\u00f6gsp\u00e4nningstransienter och elektrostatisk urladdning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"stotar-vibrationer-och-miljohansyn\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">St\u00f6tar, vibrationer och milj\u00f6h\u00e4nsyn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00f6tar och vibrationer \u00e4r kanske de mest betydande mekaniska krafter som en DC\/DC-omvandlare uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r. Standard EN 61373 anger olika kategorier beroende p\u00e5 monteringsplatsen. Mindre kraft upplevs p\u00e5 eller i rullande materielkropp, medan montering p\u00e5 en axelanordning \u00e4r den tuffaste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milj\u00f6standarder som temperatur och luftfuktighet \u00e4r detaljerade enligt EN 50155, kategoriserade enligt monteringsplatsen, antingen internt i ett sk\u00e5p eller externt. Effekten av pl\u00f6tslig temperaturchock mellan v\u00e4sentligt olika temperaturer som potentiellt kan leda till kondens \u00e4r ett annat krav i denna standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av s\u00e4kerhetssk\u00e4l f\u00f6r passagerare m\u00e5ste DC\/DC-omvandlare som anv\u00e4nds i j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsapplikationer ocks\u00e5 uppfylla EN 45545-2. Denna standard definierar de material som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r konstruktionen av omvandlaren, om den kan starta en brand och dess anv\u00e4ndning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"valja-lamplig-stromforsorjning-for-jarnvagsapplikationer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e4lja l\u00e4mplig str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning f\u00f6r j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsapplikationer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Traco Power tillverkar en rad DC\/DC-omvandlare som \u00e4r certifierade f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndning i j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsapplikationer.
